The Arab Gulf

The dates became the main commodity in the annual exports from Basrah to USA since the late decades of the 19th Century .Then this trade flourished at the beginning of the next century , but effected by epidemics which were spreading from time to time in Basrah and its vicinity . This paper deals with these effects on the trade during the preparing of dates for exportation and when the American authorities put some restrictions on importation of dates to their ports

The objective of this research is to identify whether the provisions in the Kuwaiti constitution, which have dealt with the economic system, were influenced by the individual and socialist doctrines or not? In order to achieve our objective, we ought to study these two doctrines; to examine the provisions of the Kuwaiti constitution and to which extend these economical doctrines have an effect on the Kuwaiti constitutional legislator; and then to identify the key features of the economic system in the Kuwaiti constitution in order to define its position in relation to the general theory of constitutional law and the political system.

There was no real educational system in Oman ,in Fact ,there were only some schools inside mosques and houses for male students only who were also very limited in un ber .Later ,the system developed and schools moved from mosques to houses rented for this purpose where the subjects of Quran ,Arabic ,history and geography were taught .The number of students also increased. The first regular school only appeared in 1935 during the rule of Saeed Bin Taymour under the name of Al-Saeedi School in Muscat .The school was of Special design and had rooms for the administration and the teachers and classes for the students .When Sultan Qaboos came to power in 23rd of July 1970,he promoted the policy of granting education for all the citizens .During the first year of his rule ,214 students were enrolled, a school for girls was opened and 650 girls joined it and other schools in Salala,Mirbat and Sadah were also opened .The educational scale completed to include all the stages i.e from primary,intermediate and secondary schools up to the institutes of male and female teacher training.

The research aimed to discuss an important matter . This matter is concerned with the problem of internal migration in Iraq and other Arab countries . We have chosen some Arab countries in order to represent the Arab countries as a whole . We measured this migration theoretically and mathematically by using some equations to measure this case . Also we used an exercise to show that effect on increasing the unemployment in Iraq and the other countries . Finally we got to some conclusions showing the impact in increasing the unemployment .

In 2011,new vessels registered their entry to marine service by28% compared with 2009 to 8.6% of the world fleet growth, and the reason behind this is the rise in supply ships as a result of buying ships orders before the global economic crisis. Saudi Arabia takes the first place among oil exporter countries and has the largest multi-channel economy in the Middle East and industrial exports depend on global markets and it has in the area of industrial ports (55) in four major industrial ports: King Fahad industrial port in Yanbu and Jubail and port of dhaba and port of Ras Al-khair.

The study aims to clarify the relationship between some elements of air with different marine phenomena as currents, salinity and waves in the north-west Arabian Gulf,the study has included and adopt air elements from FAO station near marine waters and the coast of Iraq in 2011, this station reflects the general weather conditions of the marine areas and the overlap between the ground and water (coastal areas), the results of application of some mathematical equations and monitoring field have shown that conditions affect certain Navy properties in the region, as the amount of wave height and the values of the speed and direction of ocean currents are subject to the impact wind factor while temperature affects the values of temperature and salinity of the sea water in the study area.

This paper aims to analyze the tide heights ( high and low waters ) and time data to explain some physical characteristics of the tide for six months starting from January to June 2012 at four stations distributed along the Shatt Al-Arab River were analyzed.The results show that the Shatt al-Arab River is characterized by tide phenomenon which comes from the Arabian Gulf,tidal wave and its power exposed to decay and dispersion when it progresses to river upstream due to the effect of the current friction with the bottom of the river as well as the river gradient,in spite of this effect the tide wave reaches to the way of Qurna City.The tidal ranges varied between 0.72 meter at the Basra station and 1.72 meter at the Outer Bar station.The maximum and minimum values of highs and lows water are 0-3.1 meter during the study period . Also the study found that there are differences in the values every month during the study period.This is due to the different locations of the stations from the tide power source and also because of the impact of tidal constituents exploited during each month. Diurnal inequality appeared in the study area according to the effect of the declination of the moon.Tidal wave reaches to Basrah station after4-5 hours of occurrence in the outer Bar station while it reaches after about eight hours to Qurna

This research aims to study the view of Francis Fukuyama of state-building, State of Iraq post-Saddam as a model.The subject of the state is at the essence of political philosophy investigation , both theoretical and practical. The United States of America is the primarily responsible for the process of building a state of post Saddam Iraq, thus the responsibility for change.
The resolve of the United States is different from the pre-2003,it did not work on building a state to be a model for countries in the region in the system's security and political and economic.

The current research tries to draw a clear and scientific view related to the idea of "dreaming" The famous Islamic philosopler Sader Al Dean Al Shirazi was able to search deeply in this issue and its relation to people life. He divided dreams into true and false after giving a compnehensive definihon to the term dreams. He also explained the process of dreaming (the way of aceurance to dreaming process) and the role of imagination in this process. He also illustrates the matter of expression (expression of dreaming) and importance of expressing dearm in people's life .[So, as a conclusion, this research reveals Al Shirazi,s draws a complete view to dreaming issue.]

The modern poets tried many types of poetry, in pursuit behind the poem that meet the conditions of modernity and its techniques, so the poem seemed in many forms and several formulations and finally settle down in this new form, which deals with the participation of the reader in making poetic event, as long as the poem reveal something and hiding others.
It seems that the multiplicity of renewal methods and the diversity of forms may become today based on the Basrian arts affection on the poem; which has become with overwhelming trend, including the art of cinema, which deals with rapid flash snapshots. It appears that modern poets may inspired this gleaming and short style of poem from this art, although some scholars tried to dragged to what prevailed in the Arab poetic heritage. Not to mention the modern Arab poets influenced by Eastern and Western arts alike, especially those which attributes to the development of new poetry over its benefit of science and knowledge of its time and its attempt to engage the reader in making the poem. This is a revolution in the concept of poetry, because the recipient did not imagine that the poem turns into a few lines only, and these lines may sometimes devoid of poetic rhythm, which involves a new concept for poetry and its vision.

In the event of the commission of the prisoner offense punishable by disciplinary from the presence of the penal administration, should be given guarantees of a fair proceeding along the lines of the safeguards imposed in the criminal trial, as to ensure fair proceedings of the prisoner set of rights, he may, for example, the right to appeal the judgment before him, and has the right to have this reasoned judgment, and have the right to counsel in disciplinary offenses approaching criminal offenses in terms of magnitude, and have the right to examine witnesses and other rights, and in spite of the evolution of the punitive treatment of prisoners, but there are traces of harshness and severity still hardwired mar this treatment and cast a shadow on the most important principle that must govern the punitive treatment of prisoners, which it may not be subjected to any prisoner to any form of cruel and inhuman or degrading scratch human dignity and degrade his humanity, the prisoner lost his right to freedom, but it do not lose his right to physical integrity and treated as a human being, starting, something must be guaranteed by law.

This research highlights the influence of the Achaemenid sculpture on the Iraqi Ancient sculpture .It aims to reveal the basic elements of this influence , this research was build on four chapters , and the theoretical one consisted of two topics :the first dealt with the Achaemenid civilization and its relationship with Iraqi ancient civilization , and the second one dealt with formality systems of Iraqi ancient sculpture and the Achaemenid one .
