The aim of this study to identify the effect of using two strategies for active learning ( Jigsaw Strategy & Problems Solving) in learning some balanced beam\\'s skills in artistic gymnastics for women , as well as to identify the best of the three methods (jigsaw strategy , problems solving and the traditional method) in learning some skills balance beam , the research has used the experimental methodology, and the subject included the students of the college of Physical Education and Sports Sciences / University of Baghdad / third grade and by the lot was selected (10) students for each group of groups Search three and The statistical package for social sciences (SPSS) was used means, the standard deviation and the (T.test), the one way a nova and the LSD test. A number of conclusions were reached, the researcher has concluded that using jigsaw strategy, problem solving and the traditional method has a positive effect on learning some balance beam\\'s skills under study. However, his effect varies among the research groups. The experimental group that applied the jigsaw strategy has surpassed the groups , The second was the problem solving strategy and finally the traditional method.

The issue of the quality of the performance of higher education has become a major concern in both the Arab and the international world. The university is the home of expertise in human knowledge and behavior, and its role is not only to provide students with knowledge within the classroom but also to promote society, Comprehensive development in different societies.
The research society included the members of the teaching staff of the faculties of physical education and sports sciences in the universities of Iraq (349), where the sample of the research (279) of the faculty members and 80.4% of the community of origin, and after it became a measure of the quality of the university performance instructions and paragraphs that were ( 24), which is ready to be applied to the sample of the study (279) of the total (8) college percentage (80.4%) of the research sample.
The researchers concluded that the teaching performance of the faculty member is one of the main tasks performed by the Iraqi universities and contributes to the achievement of the objectives of the university and its mission and the process of evaluating the performance of the faculty member useful to know and determine the strength of excellence in teaching the material taught by the university and the effectiveness of teaching cannot be determined from Without a process of continuous evaluation of the teaching performance of the faculty member.

The research sample was selected with (20) practice and (30-40) And the deliberate manner and those who are overweight has divided two groups experimental style random distribution of the number (10) for each group, Anthropometric measurements were measured in the tribal tests. The first group was subjected to the proposed diet and the second group to the Dashti diet system and then to the remote tests. The results were processed by the SPSS, The most important conclusions were significant differences in the total anthropometric measurements in the research sample, Where the weight variable decreased significantly and all the body\'s surroundings were also decreased due to the two diet systems to lose weight, We recommend the adoption of the proposed diet for weight loss and according to the instructions contained in the research.

The purpose of the research was to prepare a psychological program consisting of psychological exercises and applied to the phase II students College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, and whether these psychological exercises have a clear impact on the mental health change among the phase II students Physical Education and Sports Sciences, Qadisiyah University. Are there any differences between those who carry out these psychological exercises? The experimental sample and the control sample. The most important results were reached. The research aims at knowing:
- Preparation of hypoxic exercises using the (Training Mask 2.0).
-Identification of the effect of hypoxic exercises using the training mask in the development of some physiological variables and the achievement of running 800 meters for juniors.
Method of the study:
The researchers used the training curriculum to achieve the research objectives. We separated the participants to (Experimental - Control) groups and all participants were athlete from (Peshmerga club/ Track and field) in Sulaimany governorate. The participants age were from (16-17) years old for (2016-2017) session who are 800 meter runners, included the each group (4 participants), excluded two runners from the study experiment by reason of lack of attendance in the training. Thus, we conducted the study on six athletes, who were representing (%75) of the original community. Participants attempt the study from three days during six weeks which equalised (18 training units) and the control group conducted their usual training.
Conclusion:
Using hypoxia training mask obstructed the process of breathing and this reduces the amount of oxygen in the inhalation progress. Utilising hypoxia training mask contributed to change physiological functions successfully. The high interval intensity training with using hypoxia training mask improve (800 meter runners) ability and the time period achievements. The results showed that the experimental group improved their performance compared with control group. The experimental group by using hypoxia training adapt their physiological function comparing with control group with their usual training.
