Abstract
It is not surprising to see in the Holy Quran the different methods and the various images that included it and its leg to guide humanity and guide them and guide them to the path of right and right and achieve happiness in this world and the other.
One of the most important methods mentioned by the Qur'an is the style of argumentation. It is a manifestation of the realism of this religion and its great legislation. It is meant to establish the argument for creation and to show the truth and its significance. It has the importance of the fact that some invitees need it with him not to mask the truth and remove its suspicion and to establish the argument against it, especially with the violators of the law of God, so the effect appeared in the statement of truth and the pieces of falsehood.

Abstract
Al-Quran and Prophetic law ( Al-Sunnah) is a consort which cannot be separated. Both of their sciences are existed in the Metrical poem of Al-Shatibi (Huriz Al-Amani and Wajh Al-Tahani) by Imam Abi Mohammad Al-Qasim bin Vera Al-Shatibi. Because of the importance of this metrical poem, I wanted to highlight one of its sciences, that is, the inclusions of its lines contain parts of prophet's Hadeeth. The present paper entitled '' The Episodical Quotation in Al-Shatibiya Metrical poem; Collection and studying'' is born to reveal this issue. I collect all prophets' Hadeeth which are quoted by Al-Shatibi in his metrical poem. It includes thirteen Hadeeth. So, the paper consists of an introduction, three chapters and a conclusion. In the introduction, I talked about the importance of the subject and the significance of the metical poem under study. I also show the reason behind choosing this topic. The planning and methodology of the paper one is also explained. Chapter one deals with three parts. In the first part, I point out the quotation or citation in language and idiom. In the second part, I shed light on Al-Imam Al-Shatibi's biography; his name, pedigree, surname, life, his scientific journey, some of his teachers, students, sciences, books, oeuvre and death. In the third part, I define his metrical poem. In chapter two, I mention the citation in the introduction which includes nine Hadeeth. In chapter three, I mention the citation in the magnification part which includes four Hadeeth. I followed one methodology in all Hadeeth. Firstly, I mention the line where citation is there, and then al-Hadeeth where citation is taken, after that, I showed the significance of the citation. Thirdly, I study and make sure of the existence of Hadeeth whether it is in the books of Al-Bukhari and Ibn Muslim or one of them. If it exists, I only comment on the two books. This is fourth part. Fifthly, I judge the Hadeeth. If it exists in the two sound books, I only say that it is narrated by Al-Bukhari and Muslim. In the conclusion, I show the most important results I arrived it. The results are fourteen in numbers.

Abstract
Scholars of Hadith, especially critics, have taken care of purifying the 'Sunnah' of the Prophet, from which is an outsider. They have made signs for the fabrication of Hadith by talking about (Unlikeness to the prophecy words) in what they called (weakness of the letter and spirit 'meaning') or (corruption of the letter and spirit). That is the speech of prophet is prophecy inspiration, wisdom and purpose of the mind, and not above it any human rhetoric and eloquence. Yet some fabricators did not refrain to try to simulate the method of the Hadith to be accepted by the listener. So they tried to imitate his style, but how far! they could reach the good style of the Prophet in eloquence and clarity. So I wanted to study the Prophet's text and its characteristics which is different from that of eloquent and rhetoricians moreover it differs from that of fabricators. Then I tried to identify the means of scholars in detection of this defect and their approach in defecting so the title of the researcher was: (The Defect Of Unlikeness Of The Words Of Prophecy At Hadith Scholars).
Problem of Research: The research discusses the problem of ambiguity in the use of Hadith Scholars for the term (Unlikeness of the words of prophecy) in their defecting of many ahadith (texts) saying: (It is unlike the words of prophecy) and other words close to this.
Objective of the Research: It aims to identify the relationship between the defect of (Unlikeness of the words of prophecy) and the prophetic eloquence, and the characteristics of the Prophet's speech, and to stand on the approach of the scholars in using this defect and its applications.
Research Methodology: The descriptive and analysis method was followed through collecting scholars' opinions on this problem and its applications on some of the hadiths and narrations that included this problem.
Results of the Research: The research tried to provide a definition of the concept of (Unlikeness Defect). It proved that this defect is specific to 'matn' (text) and not to 'isnad' (chain of narrators). There are many benefits of for this defect: it makes the critic not accept the Hadith looks like authentic. Four sections in terms of weakness or corruption of the letter and spirit. We know the approach of critics in the defecting the ahadith. The research stands on the most important characteristics of the prophetic speech and the prophetic rhetoric, and also dealt with the concept of (common words) singled out by the Prophet (SAS).

Abstract
The content of this manuscript is about the benefit of faith for a person without deeds. The conflict raised between the truth of faith and the deed, and the effect of senses default or some of them on the belief of heart and tongue utterance. Three teams disputed on this issue, where two of them –Al-khawarej and Almutazela- thought that faith is one indivisible truth; Whereas the third team –Ahl AlSunnah wa ALjamma'h- believed on the connection among the believe of heart, tongue utterance and senses deeds. They also thought that faith might increase and decrease. In addition to that, an attitude of Al-Asharieh were founded about this issue, which depended on the faith of heart on achieving success, which means that the faith by itself is enough for survival.

The study of religious sects and sects is one of the most important studies, especially as it is a basic building block for the dialogue of civilizations. Advertising acquired a vital distinctive role in television broadcasting, due to TV diverse techniques and features that provide elements for innovation, dazzlement, impact, and spreading of the commercial. This is all done by making full use of the advantages of image, motion, plot, color, and sound as well as the vitality of television as a widely spread and a popular medium elements. The broad development in modern transmission technology in television satellite stations, enabled instantaneous delivery of transmitted media messages to the citizens inside their homes in all parts of the world through TV little monitors. The First Chapter dealt with the methodological framework of research in terms of the importance, objectives, problem, questions, limits, research and sample society, and research methodology. The Second Chapter dealt with the exposure to media and its impact on university youth. The Third Chapter dealt with analysis and results of this field study of university youth exposure to television advertising in satellite channels. The researcher used the questionnaire method as the most appropriate approach to achieve the objectives of this research.

Abstract:
The aim of this research is to study the role of Learning Organization )LO) philosophy in applying the philosophy of Lean System (LS) and approving the relationship between these philosophies. The research discussed and described the concept ofLO philosophy and its main dimensions according to Senge Model (1990) with the advantages of applying this philosophy in organizations. It also discussed the concepts of LS philosophy, its modern strategies, and the benefits that achieved from this philosophy to work and production in productive and service organizations. The research methodology selected the service organizations as a case study and chose the College of Education for girls in the Univeristy of Tikrit as well as the General Directorate of Education of Salahaldeen to apply the field research. The research was based on a questionnaire which was set according to the standards of LO, and the strategies of the LS as tools to collect data from research samples. The study concluded on both theoretical and practical (field research) the existence of a strong relationship between the two philosophies (LO, LS) with the existence of common denominators between them in terms of development and improvements in work and production. Using the team work model, the use of high tech and info technologies in all production phases and at all management levels, and also the process of achieving and sustaining efficiency in LS are closely related to LO as a double and interrelated relationships. The process of activating the philosophy of LO is achieve through promoting the culture of LS and its tools in organizations to enable each organization to identify the most important information about the beneficiaries or customers and avoiding the waste of unnecessary daily communications. This is done by enhancing efficiency and ease of knowledge acquisition share among all the employees and management.
