Although the book “Behar al-Anwar” is a modern encyclopedia، the research was able to extract explanatory research from it، with the explanation and comments of al-Majlisi، in which he relied on reputable copies of books of interpretation، hadith، jurisprudence and others.
Therefore، the research found that explanatory research is one of the most important and most important sciences، and the research was able to study in it a way that the reader can benefit from، and we ask God Almighty to help us in writing it.

Trade exchange occupies an important place in the economy of the whole world, as it is the backbone of the economy and in its development, countries develop and prosper, and Islam, as a comprehensive divine religion that guides all mankind, has taken care of the economic aspect in general and aspect trade exchange in particular, and put in it many general controls that guarantee the happiness of mankind.
Hence, the research came to address the Qur’anic verses that talk about trade exchange and its controls, by clarifying its concept based on the sayings of the Imami interpreters.
The research concluded with several results, the most prominent of which are: the existence of a set of Qur’anic controls that govern the process of commercial exchange, such as the requirement of mutual consent between the seller and the buyer, the prohibition of under-balancing and measuring, the prohibition of usury, the obligation to fulfill commercial contracts and covenants, and others.

The books and works that are the original sources for the novel works of the Imamis, some of which have gained wide fame, led to the absence of the need to search about the legality of those books, such as the four books (Al-Kafi and Who Does Not Attend the Faqih, Al-Tahdhib and Insight), and some of those books were among the topics that were texted Arbab Al-Jarh and Al-Ta’deel on the fact that it is one of the established books and this type of book has no problem in not considering it, and the third section of those books and works differed in the words of the media about its legality. It is no secret to the reader that the investigation - which is the control, confirmation, documentation, and judgment of the texts by the one who is responsible for the investigation - this is with a knowledgeable honesty - is a science and an art like all other sciences and arts, rather it is one of the most important of them because of its great impact on preserving the nation’s heritage and showing it to the scientific arena. Marriage is the basis of social and family life. The tribal tradition is a common and inherited custom in the societies ruled by the tribe, and that this custom is one of the backward traditions, and it contradicts the teachings of our true religion, and this is due to the lack of awareness among the members of the clan or the society in which this custom prevails. In marriage, Sharia confirmed this prohibition, and the law also fought this tribal custom, and it stated in more than one legal article to prevent this phenomenon, as it came in Article ninth of the Iraqi Personal Status Law.

The concept of clothing or clothing is clearly and explicitly mentioned in the Holy Qur’an in several meanings and we have clarified some of them, and also the word “dress” was mentioned in the honorable Sunnah and with the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) , and the sayings of the jurists.
The subject of my research in this thesis is a deductive jurisprudence study , in which I deal with the legal evidence from the Qur’an and the Sunnah to prove the most important vocabulary of the rule of clothing in contemporary Islamic law , which is mentioned in the discussion of the legal controls for it, and to address the most important provisions that the light of Islamic law has.
And because of the importance of the rule of clothing in Islamic Sharia, and after the developments that are taking place in society in changing concepts and understanding the covering dress of the taxpayer , which called for writing a research in this field and it is our duty to explain the legal rulings.
Through this study , we will show the ambiguity in the covering and non-covering dress , what is the legal veil and what is not , and clarify what is ambiguous from the cases of imitation that have increased in recent times.
 

My research tagged (Sources of Fiqh Deduction of Sayyid Muhammad Al-Rouhani from Sharia Evidence (may his secret sanctify)) is summarized in a statement of the sources of Fiqh Deduction from the Noble Qur’an, the Noble Sunnah, Reason and Consensus, with two examples of each demand that clarifies the approach and method in the handling of Mr. We included in the preamble to the meaning of deduction.
The research is divided into several demands:
