The research aims to release the joint cointegration relations between crude oil prices. global gold prices and the exchange rate of the Iraqi market. The fall in crude oil prices leads investors to reduce the fear of investing in metals gold. As exchange rate fluctuations affect international transactions, and thus affect the Iraqi economy. This study is based on annual data obtained from various data sources and under the assumption that the presence of correlation between gold. oil crude prices and exchange rates . the context of the PP test analysis to test the root of the unit. using the method of Engle Granger cointegration have been analyzed and tested design showed the joint integration testing results show that there is a long-term relationship between the bilateral measured variables trend. while the relationship is one-way in the short term → exchange rates. crude oil prices → global gold prices this is consistent with the logic of economic theory.

Cihan Private University was founded in 2007 the program of Bachelor of Accounting and Information Technolog was within their study programs. This study aimed to identify the factors associated with the decision of the students from the Department of Accounting and Information Technology to accept the study of this subject. Five variables have been identified which have an effect on the decision to study this program including past achievements, personal concerns, prospects of employment, family members, as well as media and communication (visual and audio) including radio and television, advertisements in the streets and billboards in the college and on the internet. The results showed that cultural influences, gender and the type of work influenced the student\'s choice of specializing in accounting. However, it did not provide enough evidence to address the conditions that led to the decline in the number of students studying accounting in some countries compared to the increase in the number of foreign students. In addition to past achievements’ factors and career prospect, Advertising and billboards had a significant (P<0.05) effect in the decision for a student to study accounting and information technology at the University of Cihan.
The study concluded that for the success of the accounting program, the concerned authorities should follow-up with students who have the requisite skills required to become an accountant and to provide a realistic perception of the working environment of the qualification.

The fluctuations of global oil prices have led to various crises and risks on the economies of oil-producing countries, including Iraq, which depend on the production and export of crude oil in the financing of the general budget and therefore affected by fluctuations in world oil prices, and this requires strengthening the budget with a supplementary budget to meet the deficit, Large sums making the process of activation of sources of non-oil income a strategic necessity. The results of the research have been reached many of which were the most important that the fluctuation of oil prices during the period (2003 – 2016 ) ignificantly affected the budgets of public in Iraq, and produced serious repercussions that posed real challenges to the budget was a surplus or deficit in the budget.

The support vector machine (SVM) where used for classify diabetes patients of two classes, depending on some of the factors that affect in determing the two type of the disease, where a sample was takes by size (216) observations for the patients with diabetes from Al-mawani general hospital in basrah, by using the statistical program R language , the results showed that the method of the support vector machine gives high accuracy in the classification depending on the correct classifierrate about 96%

Prediction is one of the most important decision-making tools and the most important element in the planning process for the future. In order to make the right decision, it is necessary to study all available alternatives and analyze past and present variables to determine what is the best and what effects will result from this decision, Past and present in order to know the future.
This study starts from the theory that the supply of money in Iraq during the period (1990-2015) witnessed instability, which necessarily reflected on the acceleration of inflation rates in the country, and this is due to the increase of the country\'s oil exports with the rise in oil prices globally, which led to an increase in money supply significantly in the country with the expansion of government spending.
The supply of money as a time series has been studied and analyzed to build a model that predicts the use of ARIMA models or the so-called Box-Jenkins package and demonstrates the predictive power of these models in the analysis of money supply data in the narrow sense of the Iraqi economy. And whether the money supply witnessed stability or fluctuation in that period. By comparing the time series of data using the lowest mean error squares (MSE), the ARIMA (0.1,5) model was selected to predict the future data of the money supply in Iraq by observing the predictive values that the series is stable and stable from 2017 onwards. The large fluctuation in the money supply in the Iraqi economy during the study period is due to the political conditions experienced by the country.

Oil is one of the important strategic resources for producing countries in general and Arab gulf countries specifically, where they depend largely on oil revenues to finance their budgets and satisfying their needs of foreign money as well as the payment of the import bills therefore, all producingcountriesis affected by fluctuations in oil price especially when price drop, because price are affected by many economic variables, especially, supply and demand or political and security variables. In addition, the Arab gulf countries have about % 49.48 of the world reserves, but they do not have a market for pricing futures contracts. Therefore, this paper reviews the importance of this subject and the possibility of establishing a market for pricing futures contracts of oil in AGC couutries , due to the availability of most of the components of the establishment of this market.
