The research found a conclusion is important is that the role of manufacturing in Iraq in general and Basra in particular, was not the level of ambition in accordance with the standards of the evolution of the value of production, the value of production requirements, and its contribution to the generation of GDP, and its contribution to employment, and the evolution of the number of enterprises manufacturing.

The salt concentration in sea and rivers water is affected by number of factors, the most important are : the evaporation rates, the average temperature, solar radiation, and air moisture. There is no doubt that the evaporation rates and the rates of precipitation in the form of rain or snow will affect seas’ and rivers’ salinity, which vary depending on the location of the latitude, season of the year and the proximity or distance from the continental coast. After study and analysis we noticed that time represented in days, months, seasons and years has no effect on the concentration of salinity in Shatt al-Arab and the effect of water and air temperature on salinity was weak according to Pearson correlation coefficient, which is calculated in SPSS program.

This study aims at identifying the aspects of argumentation in Arabic poetic texts represented by Al-Harith bin Halaza Al-Yashkari's Mu'allaqah (a pre-Islamic poem) in which the ultimate aim of such argumentation is to deny the charges fabricated by Umar bin Kalthum, another poet, in his well-known Mu'allaqah in Umar bin Hind's palace. In an attempt to persuade the king that his tribe was not involved in such accusations, In his text, Al-Harith used various argumentative devices, including logical (such as inference and others), linguistic (such as reference, conjunction, reiteration) or rhetoric (such as simile and metaphor).
