Educational services is one of the basic services and an important pillar of social development and the focus of the wishes of the citizens and their importance has consistently private specialists and geographers to study everything related to this type of service.
The research focused on the development of these services in city of Abu Alkhaseeb with a retrogressive look to the emergence of the city and renamed as researcher interested in the genesis of the city and renamed through historical stages and focused attention on the origins and evolution of educational services Until the year 2012 .
As she was beginning the first of educational services is limited to religious education, or what is known as the (Koranic schools) until the appearance in his capacity as non-formal education at the opening of Mahmudiya School in 1895 and down to the beginnings of formal education in 1913, while government official opening of the school mentioned in the same year .
Then taking education development until the year 1968 in a horizontal and by opening several schools in the city . This development continued to horizontal in 1997.After this year and up to the year 2012 saw education in the city of Abu Alkhaseeb significant growth and a remarkable development as this expansion was expanded vertically, affecting the efficiency of educational services in the city where this development was a negative development because of the pressure on the school buildings.

تعد صناعة الأسمدة الكيمياوية من الصناعات الرائدة لما لها من دور في جوانب الحياة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والبيئية، إلا إن أداءها في محافظة البصرة يشير الى تدني في إنتاجيتها والارتفاع في تكاليفا والانخفاض في إيراداتها بمعدل سالب قد بلغ (- 9. 10%) للعامين (2011-2012) وحققت بذلك خسارة مالية قدرها (1518523) ألف دينار في عام (2012) ويعود سبب ذلك الى معوقات اقتصادية منها وفنية ، لذا فإن هدف البحث يكمن في التعرف على واقع الشركة العامة لصناعة الأسمدة في محافظة البصرة مع تقييم مستوى أدائها والنظر في معوقاتها للتصدي لها وذلك بوضع إستراتيجية ملائمة للنهوض بها .

The air transport of the most important means of transport to enjoy the best means quickly able to reach farther distances in a short time can not be achieved other. transport vehicles, and comes the importance of the services provided by this area in terms of passenger and cargo, baggage and mail from one country to another and that led to facilitate transportation and increase links and international relations, which helped turn the deployment of civilization and all what is new from scientific innovation, and accounts for air transport in Iraq for about 75% of the total passenger traffic arriving and departing to and from Iraq, and serves to reduce the distances between countries. It is still way untapped actively in the movement of the flow of goods, and concentrated its activities on the passenger in Iraq in general and Basra in particular research aims to clarify the extent of evolution in air transport in Iraq and Basra province in particular, and the study concluded that there must be balance in the geographic distribution of air traffic has clearly focused at Baghdad International Airport of the total passenger traffic because of the restriction of movement in Basra airport by the airline and put only two flights a week. As well as improve the quality of services provided at airports and keep pace with global developments in the application of modern specifications and requirements in the field of civil aviation and meet the growing demand in other attractions.

انتهى البحث عند بناء مقياس السمات الابتكارية ، وقامت الباحثة بتوزيعه على مدراء المدارس المشمولة بالإرشاد التربوي إذ أظهرت النتائج المستخلصة من خلال الوسائل الاحصائية (أن المرشدين والمرشدات يتمتعون بالسمات الابتكارية فضلاً عن إنعدام الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية بين الذكور والاناث في السمات الابتكارية )

The importance of this study emerges from the recently increasing consumption of such waters at the study area. The present study aims to assess the quality of (R.O.) drinking water selling at Basra City, Iraq. The measuring included the salinity concentration of studied water samples, based on both the electrical conductivity (EC) and total dissolved solids (TDS). Forty-eight samples were collecting from different R.O. water supply stations distributed on 12 residential districts within Basra City. Laboratory testing had shown that there are insignificant variations in the levels of salinity for studied water samples. Despite the salinity concentrations for these water samples were in agreement with the WHO recommended standards, the growing consumption of R.O. waters is not be safe ever.

Several reasons and factors helped in the transformation of Basrah from just a primitive military camp into a big trading town and a main gate for Iraq to the world as a port. Some of these factors are related to the town characteristics and others are political, economical and sociological. This transformation helped Basrah to develop rapidly through its geographical location on Shatt Al-Arab connecting it to the Arabian Gulf beside its historic town –Al-Abullah- and its dominance on the terrestrial paths from the east to the west and vice versa. For the former reasons trading relationships expanded and an active layer of rich traders appeared, as well as a complicated trading foundations like markets, exchange, banks and developed insurance systems.

The vocal harmony is one of an important and vital factor in the study of the positions of voice in Al-Quran and the Arabic Language in particular. The vocal harmony through its different phenomenon leads to an effective role to reinforce the vocal form for the items of Al-Quran verse due to the joining of these voices together in one unit forming one word or a group of words in one perfect thought. These voices should be from different ways and should be harmonic and easy to be utterel.

Mohammed Saheel Ahmed , is an Iraqi writer who represented the third generation of the short story in Iraq and he has a great contributions in the Iraqi short story’s path. This study attempts to treat one series of the talent of this writer, however ; his second short story’s group ( Now Or After Years ) which had published in 2005 and had been chosen for this study because it represents the development of the style of this writer, after his first short stories' Collection (Eye and The window)which had published in 1985 It Was a long period The Writer has riched hes Writing experience : ( Form and Content ) and developed his ability in narrating The richness of the artistry experience mixed with life experience all that reflected –
positively – on his narrative art

AL-Basrah was and still a source of inspiration in many wai It was characterized by its education and knowledge touch . Many scientists, Artists and philosophers were born in this place . They were creative in their Fields and they enriched the libraries by their writin95of which were very impotant for writers and researchers.

One of the great writers was Al - sheikh Muhammed Ameen Zain AL-Deen. He was very significant scientist in religion and morals and thought activity. In addition to the previous qtlalities, He was well known Artist.
His writing reached AL-Bahrain and east area of AL-Suadia. I choosed this research of this writer to emphasize on his religious, educational thousht.
