The research deals with the Tranian Islamic revolution in 1979 ,and its impact on the change of American policies orientations towards Iran from and the region ,which result the transformation of Iran from being a strategic ally of the United States and the westren Union before the Islamic revolution to a hostile state after the revolution .Also the research include the United States' policy before the revolution and beyond, and its attempts to survival of the Shah's regime and why has failed in this endeavor ? The research also tries to answer several questions; is the US policy in transforming the Shah's regime to a strategic ally of the United States has an impact on the revolution? and to what extent the impact of this policy on the strength of the revolution and its continuity, and failure in reducing and escalating it ?.Did the US policy admitted in the new reality imposed by the revolution which is the end of the Shah and his power forever?

This paper is a comparative study of syllable phonotactics in Iraqi Arabic ( IA) and Kuwaiti Arabic ( KA). The major concern of the researcher is to arrive at conclusions regarding the potential syllabic structures in the two dialects ( in terms of comparative phonology), and the revelation of identical syllabication principles. The prominent findings of the paper are:
(I) The onset and coda both in IA and KA license either one or two consonants.
(2) Both varieties permit syllabic patterning /-c+c-) across syllable boundary within one and the same word.
(3) All the possible types of syllabic structures in both varieties are eleven.
(4) Both varieties show the same distributional characteristics of their syllabic patterning in different word-positions and in monosyllabics.
(5) The rating of words having the syllable pattern / cvcc/ in KA is higher than the rating of words in IA. This is due to the predominance of the bedouin nature of the former

This study deals with the actual beginnings of the American activity in Arab Gulf regin and Bahrain in particular since its establishment in 1893 until 1990.This subject of great impotance to the strategic position of Bahrain as important American military base in Middle east .Also it refects the American economical advantages in Bahrain in and in and in particular calar and in the whole area in general , especially after discovering oil and regress of British role in the area after world war II .23

The electric power of the most important industrial activities because of the multi of aspects of their uses in various sectors, Like in houses, industrial, agricultural, commercial and government, and increasingly this importance, especially in areas with hot and dry climates, so to this industry especially Importance for various other industries in the southern region of Iraq, particularly if there elements of the industry such as fuel, demand, hands and Transports …. etc .

The research aims to study the reality of electric power in the southern region of Iraq ( Basra, Dhi Qar, Maysan, AL-Muthanna) until 2011 in their of historical development and the factors of industrial establishment and impact in geographical contrast of the apportionment of electric power stations in the study area, and the reality of the production and manufacture of electric power, as well as for the study of the most important problems and challenges that prevent the development and progression to this industry, with statement of a future vision for this industry until 2020.The study examined the following themes :
First : Historical development of the electric power industry in the southern region for period (1960 - 2011) .
Second: the factors of industrial establishment for electric power industrial in southern region .
Third: Geographical distribution of the production of electric energy in the southern region .
Fourth: Geographical distribution for electrical energy consumption in the southern region .
Fifth: The Problems suffering by the electric power system of production, transmission and distribution .
Sixth : Future prospects for the electric power industry in the southern region until 2020 .

The study monitored the levels of noise pollution in Basrah governmental hospitals for this subject of real importance in revealing noise intensity in the main health institutions .A survey has made to follow this phenomena in Basrah governmental hospitals which is six hospitals which is sx hospitals only .Noise have been measured in different positions and activities within the departments of each single hospital . the study observed noise intensity in three times bamely as; morning time ( from 8 a.m to 10 a.m) , afternoon time ( from 12p.m to 2 p.m) and finally evening time ( from 6. P.m to 8 p.m) . the stydy dependeud on sound level meter for measuring voice intensity , its type is of sl-4010 dBA .the study used DB unit and in different readings for elicitation of different percentages of each location .
The study reveals the high level of noise intensity in all basra governmental hospitals in all times and all departments , these levels extceeded allowable environmental boundaries for noise intensity in health institutions . the international level was 45 for morning time , 40 DB for afternoon time ,and 35 for evening time , and this is followed in all European ,American , Asian , and Arab countries So, it was of real importance to identify the problem , its reasons and work on stopping the population of this phenomena .

Gulf Cooperation Council was of clear effect on the external policy of Sultanate of Oman, starting from 1981. This was through their focusing on common interests and limiting any dogmatic ideology in their external relations. Accordingly, the Omani - Soviet relations developed positively after long period of disagreement on their policies. The Soviets adopted new policy after the death of their president Leonid Brezhnev 1982 in one hand, and the settle down of Omani –South Yamani relations in 1982 on the other hand, which led to starting the diplomatic relations in 1985 and exchanging ambassadors in 1985, to reach its climate in 1989. They collect their military effort respectively in 1990 to protect the whole region after raising the dilemma between Iraq and Kuwait and the related war in 1990. Oman tried to enhance their relation with Soviet to find certain balance in power. This relationship continued until the breakdown of the Soviet Union on Dec. 1991 and acknowledging Russia as the heir of the Soviet Union.

Mahmood Abdul Wahab is one of the important narrators in the writing of modren Iraq fiction . His writings distinguished by the dominance of codified place which refer to existence of certain environment which is mostly Southern Basri environment . He lived and affected by that enirirnoment and reflect that in his fiction and his Single fiction ( Foam Clouds ) . He suffered with his city of war Catastrophe , which is lasted for eight years . He tries to shed light on these circumstances via his art . He make use of his art and the Camera of the Cinema to reflect this history of memories

Time is manifested in Hemesat collections in positions represent a premonition related to the self based on interaction with the needs and wishes , pain and anxiety which is related with the universe , by morning that mentioned in poems opened on love and nature, while at night expressing the retrieval with the beloved reveals high cohesion with him, or retrieval of memories goes hand in hand with loss. The ego link represent in sad farewell position , or definition of belonging to dimension which describe torment in the absence of the mother , nights poems revealed the times represented attitudes which its effects manifested as stable corner in memory wall, the definition of the features of the experience of love that makes no secret of an urgent need to communicate with the man. In others, the nights were a symbol refers to futility of reality, and uselessness, and in another poem included the affiliation of ego for the time rejected surrounded by loss loaded with major concerns while today poem obsessed with love and grief monitoring its extension and its repercussions in conscience ,poem of tomorrow adopted the thing that we wish and loss , other's loss, and place loss. The collection manifested another time flow adopted a statement of experiences its dimensions identified by yesterday poem , now, the moment, hours, day, summer, autumn, and theyears.

Al Jawahri is a talented poet and his talent and poetical skills fixed his name as one of the most important poets in the current era. In the previous literary eras, the interest was in remembering poetry, spreading it between tribes, and boasting it. On the other hand the poets of recent periods keen on diverting the topics of their poetical products to cover different arts and scientific aspects, like Islamic science, Arts, Linguistic, Philosophy, History and others. Al Jawahiri Culture was of multiple resources from the poetry of different eras, Holy Quran, Proverbs, and linguistics. He called for revolution on the Arabic prosody to start or encouraging the idea of free poetry, which flourished then under the lead of Al Sayyab and Al Bayati and Najik.
It is worth to mention that Al Jawahiri was not a poet only, but he was a scientists and philosopher. He studied linguistics which prevents him from committing any grammatical mistakes, although he disagreed with grammarian in many points like parsing and others.

Through the extensive reading for two of Al Mufilaat of the Bahraini poet Al Muthakhab Al Abidi and AL Murkhash Al Asgar, one can see certain contrastive dialogue. Both of the poets passed through the same experience generally but they dealt with it in different visions and treatments. Both of them love a girl named as Fatima and a friend named as Omar, and these two characters are the core of their experience.
The researcher produced an explanation to parallel section for both of the poets, following points of agreements and disagreement in their two poems under study

The current paper tries to reveal an analytical explanation to rules of inference that was depended by Sibawayh Omer bin Uthman (180 AH) in illustrating the linguistic rules and their grammatical base. Sibawayh started from structural sample, then comparing it with what have been followed or created by Arabic people. Accordingly, sometimes we find him agree with certain structure for it can be represented in the speech of Arab people; and on the other times disagree according to these linguistic measurements. The researcher firstly identified types or rules of inference and analyze them according to the linguistic texts used by Sibawayh for explaining these rules. His book was of big importance in analyzing the speech patterns of Arabic people, and he seeks producing certain understanding to the linguistic structures and their elements.
The researcher selected the different readings, to choose certain structure and illustrating the rule of agreement or disagreement of that structure according to grammarian and depending on speech of Arabs.

The wide spread of communication and information technologies recently result in developed and rapid changes in different sectors like financial, banking, and commercial sectors. Such development used to be called as digital economics, where different commercial transaction can be hold via internet and change the usual traditional paper treatments to electronic ones. The electronic commerce was prominent in the transaction of buying and selling, conducting agreements, revealing offers and so on. This commerce shortened place and time factors to be able on covering their different agents and brokers electronically. Also there were certain legislations to protect and organize this commerce.
These conceptions encouraged Gulf Cooperation Council Countries to adopt the electronic commerce for developing their economical state in one hand and follow up the international information development like all the advance countries.

Al Kulini was born in 255AH, with the same period of Al Imam Al Askari. He took his name from the name of the city under the name Kulin in Iran. His scientific personality emerged in the second half of his life and before traveling to Iraq. He visited many of the famous cities of science and knowledge like Al Rai city, and Qum city. He then emigrated to Al Kufa city and to Baghdad, where Al Samari used to live as the last representative or congress of Al Imam Al Uhja. A lot of the Sunni scientist acknowledged the scientific state and progression of AlKulini; like Ibn Al Atheer, Bin Mubarik, Al Zubidi, Ibn Hujir, Ibn Asaker. It is worth to mention that 36 sheikh in the introduction of his book Al Kafi.
He studied under the supervision of the famous scientists in the 4th century, AH. His book Al Kafi was the first book to be composed depending on the four hundred genetics, this book was known as Al Kulini in the period of Al Najash rule. The histerion agreed that his book Al Kafi was wrote in the period of the minor occultation and he wrote it in 20 years. Statistics revealed 16.477 holy traditions. Al Kulini based on three sects in arranging his book: the doctrine, legislations, and the decency.
