The research deals with the theory of probability calculation and its application to male criticism by collecting clues through extrapolation and tracing them in their fluorescence in order to reach knowledge of the narrators' condition, and the collection of a male judgment against them. As he was considered the first to introduce theory into the Sharia sciences, including hadith and men, and the research may consist of three demands:
The first: Sayyid Muhammad Baqir al-Sadr (biography and methodology), in which the research showed the biography of the master and his methodology in his jurisprudential and men's research.
The second: the theory of probability calculation (emergence and mechanism of action), as the research showed the emergence of the theory and its mechanism of action, and the result that it leads to by justifying the theory’s action and its performance.
The third: The role of probability calculation theory in compiling clues and criticizing narrators at Sayyid al-Sadr, as he showed in it the mechanism for applying the theory to Sharia sciences, especially male criticism, and how to reach a judgment through it, by applying it to one of the narrators for whom no male judgment was issued, namely (Ahmad Bin Muhammad bin Yahya Al-Attar) and the research - by applying the theory of probability calculation - reached its documentation

The contradiction at times is stable so that between them there is a contradiction between the sayings of men in reality and other unstable sayings so that they can be combined, which raises the contradiction, and for this reason talk about the possibility of applying the resources of customary combination between the two words between the words of male scholars such as the personal numbers such as the government and the qualitative numbers such as The effect of absolute speech on restricted speech or general speech on private speech or on clear speech on clearer speech from the speaker that leads to a multiplicity of will may constitute an obstacle to the combination, and I have separated the proof stage where it is possible to carry with him the words of one of the men on the other and consider them one. And the scientist of the actual fact that this may actually happen if there is reassurance of the unity of the methodology used in the documentation, then customary collection was possible by imposing the general over the special, for example, otherwise there will be a contradiction between them and the presentation of what is more clear, which is private documentation.

Conclusion Literary works in all their forms; whether prose or poetry, can achieve eternity through the aesthetic images they display. In addition to the artistic ability that they impact on the recipient in their time and in later times. People traded these works through the Pre-Islamic paganism. Then they wrote them down during the era of blogging. After that scholars studied them as literary texts. Scholars mainly studied the artistic images. This, in fact, is what we found in the poetry of Qais Ibn Al-Khateem. His poems became so famous to the point that they were called: (Al-Habarat) because they were valuable. This study then deals with the beauty of repetition in Qais Ibn Al- Khateem's poetry.

The study was titled: (Employment of the Historical Legacy of the Poets of the Era of Islam), which is an introduction, a prelude, three topics, the conclusion of the research, and a list of sources and references, while the introduction spoke about an introductory introduction to the concept of inherited in language and convention, and a historical overview of the heritage in the poem Arabic, and the first topic was entitled: The Political Heritage, the second topic talked about the religious heritage, and the third topic presented a social heritage, then the conclusion of the research, a list of sources and references and a summary in Arabic and English.

This research deals with an aspect of our ancient literature replete with all kinds of sciences and knowledge, which represented a wide field of studies, so my choice came to one of the figures of the Umayyad era, that era that witnessed development and renewal in all sciences, so my choice was for the poet (Kaab bin Ja`il) a poet who prevailed in that era And we adopted music, both external and internal, because of its effect on shaping the poetic image in his poetry, so the research came with an introduction, and two studies: the first examined external music and its effect on shaping the image, and the second stood in it at the most important phenomena of internal music and its effect on shaping the image, namely: contradiction, Alliteration, repetition, and acceleration, and response to chest deficiency, and concluded the research with the most important findings of the research.

This research deals with the nature of the society and its topics in Jaafari Poetry and its relation in Psychology aspects that contributed to it formation . He deals with all images of the nature of society in his various poems which aims through it to the development in all aspects of life. We tried to discover these images in the (political, literary and social) field and it effects on both the local and international levels of society .

The focus of the research revolves around the concept of freedom and determinism and the relationship between them in Greek philosophical thought, and what resulted from the two concepts of philosophical beliefs based on special intellectual visions and premises, which revolved around the individual and the human in general, and this is what was explained through the research, where the researcher worked on studying the problem Through the research, which consists of two sections: the first topic, in which the researcher deals with two axes, the first in which he defined the concept of freedom and determinism in general, and the second between them in Greek philosophical thought in particular, and the second topic in which the researcher touched on the dialectic of the relationship between freedom and determinism in Greek philosophical thought And that is through studying the problem in the prominent Greek schools, with each of: First, the Sophistic school, which was looking at the subject through its slogan that man is the criterion of everything, and secondly, a statement of the meaning of freedom for Socrates, who linked them In his philosophical view, which is for man to obtain the best and the best, which is virtue and goodness, and thirdly according to Plato, and fourthly when Aristotle, who touched on the issue in terms of human choice and linking it to his will, and fifthly, the researcher studied the subject in both the Stoic and Epicurean schools
