Abstract The aim of the current study is to test the direct impact of the environmental texturethrough its four classifications (Placid, Randomized Environment, Placid, Cluster Environment, Disturbed-Reactive Environment, and Turbulent Fields)on organizational decline. For the purpose of data collection, the study relied on the questionnaire as a main tool that was prepared by developing measures in the light of the ideas contained in the articles of specialized researchers and theorists in the field of study variables. To achieve the goal of the study, (192) of the leaders of private higher education were targeted (the university president, the university president’s assistant for scientific affairs, the university president’s assistant for administrative affairs, the dean of the college, the assistant dean for scientific affairs, the assistant dean for administrative affairs, the head of the department) working in (129) A university and a private college in the governorates of the Middle Euphrates, with a total community of (335) members of university leaders, distributed to them the study tool (questionnaire form) to survey opinions about the variables of the study. Confirmation factor, validity and reliability test, mean and standard deviation, Pearson's simple correlation coefficient, simple linear declineequation, multiple linear declineequation, coefficient of relative variance, and relative importance. By adopting statistical programs (AMOS V.26, SPSS V26, SMART PLS V.3.3). The results proved the validity of the study’s hypotheses, and the study came out with a set of results, perhaps the most prominent of which is that the environment in which private universities and colleges operate is a turbulent environmentcharacterized by high complexity and dynamism, in addition to an impact of the environmental textureon organizational decline.Keywords:environmentaltexture, organizational decline, environmentalcomplexity, environmentaldynamism, environmentaluncertainty.The first topic: the methodology ofthe studyFirst: the study problemThe problem of the study can be stated in the following questions: -1-What is the prevailing type of environment? The Chinese economic reform is currently considered an economic miracle amongst nations; hence, this experience is exemplary experience to be followed by the states that are transitioning from political and economic stages to completely different ones. China changed from an underdeveloped and primitive society to a developed, civilized, and prosperous society that competes with the most advanced industrial states. During the period of this transition, China adopted thoughts and strategies that conform to the beliefs of its society that has a rich heritage dating back to thousands of years; therefore, China has achieved an economic development that outweighs what is happening in various industrially advanced states. As a result, China economy is rated second highest economy next to the US economic balance; in addition, it is expected that the Chinese gross domestic product will outbalance that of the US in the third decade of this century, although its population represents 18% of that total population of the world.

Abstract:The purpose of this research is to study and analyses, from a statistical point of view, the most important determinants of the country's situation (poor, rich), and to identify the most important moral factors that make sense using the logistic regression of the binary logistics technology and reject the hypothesis for coefficients whose moral level is greater than where we have adopted a significance level = 0.05.The results of the study showed that using a two-response logistic regression gave logical results behind the studied phenomenon.

Abstract: This research aims to uncover the role of the worker's voice mechanisms in enhancing employees' engagement represented by (physical, cognitive engagement, and emotional engagement). The current study relied on a questionnaire tool to measure the level of availability of employee voice mechanisms and employee engagement with private banks in central Euphrates governorates. (Diwaniyah, al-Najaf al-Ashraf, Babil, Muthanna, and Holy Karbala) The/ Republic of Iraq. And by using special statistical packages in the program (SPSS.V.25) and (AMOS.V.25), the results of normal distribution, modeling of the structural equation, reliability coefficient, internal validity, arithmetic mean, standard deviations, relative importance, and a matrix were extracted. Correlation, and regression coefficient, as results of the study, showed the existence of a correlation and influence between mechanisms of employees’ voice in increasing level of employee involvement in their employee.

Abstract:The research sought to determine the relation between the components of information technology represented (human resources, physical components, software components, databases, communication networks) and electronic purchasing, based on a set of assumptions that state that these activities are related to and affect electronic purchasing, the study applied to al-etihad food industries company / babil / iraq, where the questionnaire form was used as a main tool for data collection, as the study sample reached (278) working individuals, and in order to extract the required results, the statistical package (spss.v.25 & amos.v.25) was used. Correlation and influence tests were used to verify the study hypotheses. The results of the statistical analysis supported the study hypotheses and showed the existenceof a correlation and influence relationship for the components of information technology on the electronic purchasing dimension.
