Abstract:
The poet Abdullah Al-Faraj distinguished as one of the Kuwaiti poets who are founders of the traditional poetic movement which is led by Tabatabai that aimed to develop this poetry. This movement, also, attempted to get rid from the old tendency which was adopted by old poets and get poetry out of the typical and old monasticism such as from introductions and stand on the Balinese monuments in topics such as love poetry, lamentations and praise.
This paper studied the causes of his tendency to write a Nabataean poetry.
And his fondness in Nabataean poetry comparing to the traditional poetry and the main causes for his fondness which might be religious or humanitarian from his daily life especially since his life has passed two periods. The period of luxury, opulence life. The second period of asceticism and poverty and renounce life with all its worldly matters.

Abstract:
The present study aims at presenting interpretation of two of Keats' odes:" Ode to a Nightingale" and "Ode on a Grecian Urn" with special concentration on the significance of the symbols. The Statement-Evidence-Approach is to be followed as a procedure in presenting the interpretation of each one of the odes sperately.The intended interpretation enhanced with quoted material from the original text as "evidence". The comparison between the two odes is made to determine the central symbols the "Nightingale" and the "Grecian Urn" and the minor symbols in the two poems. While the"Nightingale"is dynamic and vital the" Urn" is static and lifeless. Some other features of the romantic poetry are expressed in different ways in both of the odes through the symbols that express the beauty of nature, love, superstition, mythological, religious and historical notions. The paper ends up with some conclusions, appendices and a list of references.

Abstract:
Figurative functions which are presented by methods of (Simile, metaphor, Metonymy) consider basic substrate of the pillars of the poem. Poetry is based on imagination. The imagination is based on the image which shines in the reader's spaces to live aside some aspects of the life of the poet to share some poet's feelings and emotions that the poet has experienced in detail.
The function of simile is the most prominent figurative functions which is attendance in poetry and the most beautiful and influential because of its super capacity to shorthand and concise through its three corners
(Likened and likeness and point of resemblance).
We find many hidden worlds which cannot be hidden only by the glorious poet. And those worlds are only good to extract by smart reader's ability through feeling the beauty in them. The more the poet is brilliant in his similarities, the more his poetry is fresher, closer and more influential in the receiver.

Abstract:
This paper is about the Turkish attitude towards the Iraq occupation for Kuwait 1990 – 1991 on the account that Turkey has a diplomatic device which is active and flexible which is able to reduce the effects of that occupation and to enter in meditation to end the crisis but the Turkish diplomacy finds regional role as it one of the most main actors the region due to its geo – political location as as a neighbor for Iraq. The direct cause which made it possible to stand up to its policy is because of the difference in possibilities between them as well as preoccupied with internal problems.

Abstract:
This paper dealt with the transmission about event of the cave and the Prophet (peace be upon him) as it contained in the historical sources according to the narrators of Basrah and how these transmissions were transmitted? as well as what is the point of view of the narrator as a result of his transfer to the transmission? Which is it adopted in his documentation for those historical information? Did he provide a clear picture of this subject or not?
The study is devoted to only the narrators from the city of Basrah without studying the narrators from other cities.

Abstract:
Alwaleed bin Hisham Al-Qahdmi is one of the most famous historical narrators in Basrah in historical blogging.
His scientific status is reflected in praise and amendment by scholars of biographical evaluation and historians. He is vertified as confident by checking his disciples who were transferred from him as Khalifa bin Khayat, Omar ibn Shibah and many others.
He has quoted sources of history and literature a lot and his transmissions in books of Al-jahz, Ibn Qutaiba and others whose number was 36.
He had written one book in Basrah. His transmissions extended for a long time since the pre-Islamic era until the beginning of the third century AH.
Spatial expansion of his transmissions included large areas of the Arab Islamic state such as Iraq, the Levant, the Arabian Peninsula, Egypt, Oman, Yemen and Persia. Their number varied and most of it was saturated about Iraq and Basra itself until his transmissions about Iraq amounted to about 140.

Abstract :
The research evaluated the effect Of the power plants (Hartha and Najeebiya) on shatt Al Arab water quality at 2015. It evaluates 6 samples for three sites to each plant. The analysis considered most of water chemical elements, water temperature drain water and Ec. The result shows high drain water temp. of 42 c compared with normal river water 22 c. The average drain water recharge to the river are 80000 and 12800 L/ h for the plants respectively. The EC, Cl, Na, Ca are ( 3 – 4 ,2 ) des . cem., (338- 362) , (271- 341) , and (167,197) mg / L respectively . most of the results are considered as unsuitable for most of economic uses.

Abstract:
Diwan Al-Nabegha Al- Shibani committed to expression of manifestations which interest in a self and the other, and life and beyond by stating the elements that blend within them preaching and wisdom by clarification facts that text adopted to be defined and their implications for values and experiences that revealed by the poet about his own vision and the characteristic of the human soul as well as its links, or conflict with those values and what they reveal about changes the situations through time.
He, also, committed to say in the annihilation which revealing experiments that showed the depletion of things and their decay to a special universe. He described special items through describing the conditions of the people. Those conditions included relations, or acts, or images which are defined by variables that are happening or refer to them from the features of the ego and the limits of consciousness.
The poet passed on to the words about the results that infiltrate secretly from the action of speech and the consequent characteristics which consider as a window to the action that entails.
He mentioned when referring to the deeds the attitudes and visions that reveal concepts and values committed by the act in its multi-image and what it refers to perceptions.

Abstract:
Repetition represents one of the most artistic and stylistic phenomena in contemporary critical studies. It is achieved a creative and aesthetic value in the literary discourse since it reveals us about the underlying real contents behind this sort of discourse.
This paper seeks to monitoring 'Repetition' types and their impact in the formation of poems of Ahmed Matar through the investment of principles and mechanisms of the artistic approach in the structure analysis of the repetition in his poems.
They are many types such as repetition in letter, word and phrase as well as derivational repetition.
It was due to that repetition those structures the obvious impact in the giving of some of his poems a rhythmic dimension and a musical tune which share in the overall rhythmic structure as well as achieved some of the its semantic purposes which the poet tried to express it and deliver it to the recipient.

Abstract:
Controls and natural determinants operate as influences in the operations of the whole transport system for liquid and dry natural gas in the province of Basrah.
The location of Basra province gives it a privacy of the uniqueness on the rest of the other provinces since it is being the only province
Which has a geographical location that overlooking the Arabian Gulf. This site has led to create diversity in modes of transport for liquid and dry natural gas in the study area. The geological construction played a major role in the composition of the groupings and gas structures as well as the presence of gas fields in it. Moreover, the soil is not solid that played a big role in the expansion of transport networks of liquid and dry natural gas from Basra Governorate.
The coasts and marine depths have had a great role in impact and limited to shipping. Not to mention the effect of the Hydrological system in navigational channels which have an effective influence on the gas tankers which go to the oil ports that located at the head of the Arabian Gulf. In addition to climate elements such as temperature, wind, fog and others which have an influential role in transferring liquid and dry natural gas from Basra Governorate.

Abstract:
The study area limited in the eastern coast of the Arabian Gulf which is the coastal region of Iran that included the three governorates of Khuzestan, Hormozgan and Bushehr.
This region distinguished with different agricultures comparing with others area. However, this plant is concentrated in areas of plains and valleys especially in Khuzestan which was characterized by the formation of a plateau or sandy coast.
This paper assured that the theory that stated successful establishment of cane cultivation in a particular location within the Eastern Province of the Arabian Gulf has been proved to be correct.

The number of factories arrive 187 in 2015 and the number of workers in which 581 workers for the same year as the area ranged those coefficients between (250-300) m 2 per factory.
It is showed through this paper that these factories have negative impacts on the agricultural environment in the district of Abu al-Khasib as well as it lacks the technical and environmental conditions.

Abstract:
The study aims to learn about reality of traditional Archive in the South Oil Company in terms of laws and regulations and conservation measures as well as the technical and administrative aspects. In addition to, the electronic archive that been used in the company through what has been archived electronically compared to the traditional archive.
And constraints encountered in the application of electronic archiving in the South Oil Company.

Abstract:
The first part covered the introduction and the importance of the research. The introduction focused on the study of energy systems of great importance in the field of sports activities and the effect of physical efforts according to energy production systems in some physiological variables of the circulatory system among the university players. The problem of research was not to adopt training planning to build relationships According to the energy production systems. The research hypotheses included differences between the results of the remote tests for the tests of the production system of the anaerobic energy of Phosphine and the system of production of air energy in the research sample The second part is on the theoretical studies of the production systems of the Energy (, lactic system and antenna system). The third part included the research methodology in which the researcher used the descriptive approach where the sample reached (18) players. In section 4, the results of the physiological tests of the research sample were determined after the physical effort according to the system of production of the Anaerobic energy and the air power production system. Measurement of the variables after the physical effort was within the natural and physiological limits as well as the results of measuring the variables in terms of the decline and in favor of the system of production of air energy.
