Abstract
The numerical study, which is containing the mathematical modeling, is considered one of the most important subjects within engineering applications, in general. In other words, it is the basis of engineering studies in its all different majors. And from this point, we can consider the research as a model of mathematical modeling in all engineering applications and in the holy Quran.
Specifically, the research is a numerical study, which is focusing on analyzing numbers that can be seen in both verses (65,66) of Al- Anfal Sura, and it has been done through enabling the roles of Al- Tansis, cross reference, and repetition between both verses. Through analyzing and studying the two verses, I found that there is a massive equivalent in between the verses. This amazing equivalent makes both verses undergo to one scientific and mathematical law which is displaying to researchers the secrets of the equality between the two verses.
Furthermore, the (65, 66) verses introduce a complete diagram that reflects important information that can be used in new levels of analysis and composition in the ideology of the mathematical language. Also, this information display a change in meaning that will deliver us from the meaning of (circumlocutions) which is the way of expressing or explaining ideas by using many words with meaning , to the meaning of (Briefing) which is expressing ideas by using less number of words with deep meaning. The transmission, in 65 and 66 verses, will help us to stand on some ideas about the Rhetorical Miracles.

Abstract
This research analysis the bilateral relation between China and the United States, after the end of Cold War. The methodology adopted is the historical approach and comparative analysis.
The period of Mao Ts Tong in China, and Richard Nixon in the U.S.A, was distinguished by the resumption of relations, after being served for (22) years. The study, thus, handled are relations between the two countries, in their political, diplomatic and economic levels. The study emphasized the economic relations between both countries, which other relation evolved.
The research findings showed that the relations between both countries was governed by natural interests, in most of the cases. This because China which represent a huge human power, makes a large purchasing power and a permanent market for America products. Likewise, China would benefit from American investments and the technology transfer. This will promote its economic development.
The study also found that China is distinguished by its strategic location. It was a huge military power, this was clearly in the Islands of south China Sea. This had instigated the U.S.A to conclude a number of states in the region, so as to curb the growing Chinese ambitions.
The study also found that there are several spheres for the development and deepening of the relation between the two countries; and which could be used for their mutual interests in the present and future, if the polities and plans which may make them a success were set.

If a student reads words in a passage without getting their meaning, one would hesitate to call that reading.
Students have lots of problems with reading a text; they are more concerned with getting the correct answer than with more important process of how to get the answer.Levine et al. (2000:1) state: ‘‘The ability to read academic texts is considered one of the most important skills that university students of English as a Second Language (ESL) and English as a Foreign Language (EFL) need to acquire’’.
In the past years, there have been considerable interest in promoting reading as a significant means of language development for second and foreign language learners
(Day and Bamford, 1998:16).Krashen, 1995:27) believes that L1 acquisition occurs naturally,while SLA, in most cases, occurs under artificial conditions.
In recent years, many research studies have shown that second language students can acquire many benefits from reading L2 material for L2 learning (Elley, 1989; Elley, 1991; Hafiz & Tudor, 1990; Nation, 1997; Tsang, 1996).
In learning process, Learning strategies are important for those who want to achieve what they want. Learning strategies help them to improve their skill quickly in an efficient way.Reading is one of the most important activities in the learning process.
The National Reading Panel (2000:1-4) emphasized the fact that comprehension is an active process between the reader and a text, a process that is both ‘intentional and thoughtful'. Good learners use a variety of comprehension strategies simultaneously and, according to Pressley (2002:9), they know how to deliberately apply specific strategies to aid their comprehension, particularly with regard to challenging textsinformation.
Reading comprehension skills and strategies are practiced when good readers connect what they know with what they are reading. They determine what is important in the text. Teaching reading strategies and guiding students towards self-regulated reading routines are promising approaches to fostering reading comprehension in students with learning disabilities.Self-questioning strategy has been demonstrated as one of the strategies that increase reading comprehension performance.
