The objects of study are the oil fields of Western Siberia: Shinginskoye, Pokamasovskoye, Luginetskoye, Lomovoye, Urmanskoye. The purpose of the work is to study and analyze the effectiveness of the applied geological and technical measures in the oil fields of Western Siberia. Objectives to study the well interventions carried out at the field evaluate their effectiveness, identify the most effective methods. In the process of work, a generalization and processing of information was collected on the entire stock of drilled wells. An analysis of the effectiveness of the application of geological and technical measures was carried out. Also a technological calculation of hydraulic fracturing was made and its economic efficiency was calculated. As a result of the study the most effective and most frequently carried out well interventions were identified, and the approximate economic efficiency of hydraulic fracturing was calculated. To complete the final work, the following were used Microsoft Word text editor tables and graphs were performed in Microsoft Excel.

The work examines the geological structure of the field: stratigraphy, tectonics, oil content and oil reserves of the Bureikinskoye field, provides technological development indicators, and analyzes the effectiveness of the geological and technical methods used. As a result of the work, the results of calculating the main indicators of well development, a comparison of the main development indicators for three development options are presented, and the field development option is selected.

In this research, the researcher decided to use the technique of macro-curvature of optical fibers in the respiratory system activity monitoring system. A micro-serrated cell was made of Teflon, through which the optical fiber suffers multiple micro-curvature depending on the number of times inhaled and exhaled. A sensor sensitivity was obtained that reached 0.815 nm/number of breaths. The microcell was fixed on the back of the seat to be pressed by the tested case.

Background: Breast cancer is a significant public health problem in both developed and developing countries. Early detection is essential to reduce morbidity and mortality due to breast cancer. Aim: The current research aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of an educational workshop on women's knowledge regarding early detection of breast cancer. Method: A study was conducted at Al-Andalus University for Medical Sciences, Tartous, Syria, using a quasi-experimental design. The participants were 70 women selected through convenience sampling. The study used a pretest and posttest design with one group. The workshop consisted of a PowerPoint lecture and a practice session on breast self-examination using a breast model. Questionnaires were administered before and after the workshop to collect data. The collected data was analyzed using the SPSS (version 20) with a significance level set at 0.05. Results: The results of this research indicated a significant difference in the level of knowledge of the participants before and after the workshop. Conclusion: The data showed a statistically significant improvement in their knowledge following the workshop (p < 0.05). According to these findings attending the educational workshops had a positive impact on increasing awareness and knowledge about the early detection of breast cancer.

Cancer is one of the deadly diseases that threaten human life, so many researchers have studied diagnostic techniques as a step before surgery. These techniques are considered one of the effective methods in early detection of cancer cells. One of these modern methods is the use of laser fluorescence spectrum to image tumors, as this method has several advantages, including high sensitivity and locating the tumor in the body. In this research, the possibility of a laser operating in the visual region (532 nm) and silver nanoparticles is studied for vivo imaging of various cancerous tumors. The used detector, CCD (Genetic) type, with high sensitivity, in addition to an optical analyzer of the ocean 2000 type. A type of optical microscope was used to study the surface behavior of the tissue. The ability to diagnose the affected area using the laser induced fluorescence spectrum was observed at a very high rate, in addition to changes in the intensity of the fluorescence spectra, and the use of nanoparticles helped to identify affected cells within a single tissue.

This paper presents the synthesis of nanocurcumin with some spinel oxides (CuOFe2O3, MnOFe2O3, ZnOFe2O3) as nanocomposites by hydrothermal method. Synthesized nanocomposites were characterized by using various techniques: Fourier transformed infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS), X-ray diffraction (XRD). The morphology of the surface was evaluated by scanning electron microscope (SEM), and atomic electron microscope (AFM). XRD has been demonstrated success in forming spinel oxide with cubic crystallites phase, and the mean particle size calculated by the Debye-Scherrer formula (22.8-17.7 nm). Curcumin nanocomposites display high efficacy against microbes and were the greatest for [CuOFe2O3/curcumin] nanocomposite.
