The research focused on how the most important practical principles of innocence, precaution, and companionship are used in modern medical innovations for a variety of illnesses. It also talked about the most important modern advisory opinions that have benefited from practical principles, which is important because the medical field has grown and changed a lot in recent years. The research was put together with an intro and three topics: The first part was about modern medical issues like human cloning, organ transplants, and birth control. The second part was about fertilisation with the water of a foreign man and the circulation of the affiliation of the newborn from artificial insemination. The third part was about the law on giving or selling a kidney. He did this by taking some advisory opinions and putting them in the context of theoretical research. This is the actual knowledge of things before creation and making, and the majority of philosophers and theologians have proven it according to what Mulla Sadra also told about them, even if they differed in its details as well.3 - Does God know things outside the rank of himself with the existence of things? This is the actual knowledge of things with finding, and it was proven by Sheikh Al-Ishraq and followed by Al-Khawaja Al-Tusi and Mulla Sadra with some difference and distinction in his statement .In this article, we will highlight only the second of the above stations.

Since the biography is one of the important evidences in Islamic law for the extraction of jurisprudential rulings, it was necessary to take care of it and research it, by knowing its types, its authority, and its topics, as the biography constitutes a large part of Islamic jurisprudence, so I conducted this research to find out its concept, and its historical path, And in which evidence does it fall within the four evidences, then I searched their types in terms of being rational and legitimizing, and I searched for their validity, and indicated the difference between the biography of the wise and the evidence of reason, and I searched for the reason for dividing the biography into rational and legal, and then I searched the modern rational biography, and demonstrated its lack of authority, then She mentioned the rational or legitimizing anchorage and showed the extent of its connection and influence with the biography .

The problem of the Prophet’s illiteracy stands as a stumbling block in front of the Muslim mind, and because this problem is mainly attracted by two parties, the first party says that he was illiterate before and after the mission. The orientalists who claim that the Messenger knows how to read and write, and these had their motives, the most important of which is the marketing of the accusation that the Messenger learned the fundamentals of monotheism and some of the laws from the books of the two Testaments, and trying to formulate them in a new Arab template under the name of Islam.The owners of the first trend are trying to defend the Messenger and claim that he is illiterate in order not to say that he has read translations of previous sacred books. The mission and then became known to read and write.The research dismissed these accusations with a set of transmissible and mental evidence that would clear the Messenger of God from such an accusation.

The method is the way leading to the disclosure of the truth in various sciences, through a set of general rules that control the functioning of the mind and determine its operations until it reaches the acceptable result known. This research, entitled (The philosophy of History Development from Critical to Contemplative (Voltaire and Herder as Example)) dealt with the issue of the development of the philosophy of history from the emergence of the philosophy of history till the philosophers of history Voltaire and Herder and what they added to it to become what it is now. The philosophy of history appeared after development, linked to man, his growth, progress, and his connections with others, and this is the most important element that helped it develop by discovering new things that we could not know before, especially in the West. Voltaire is the first founder of the philosophy of history, as the term for this philosophy appeared with him as it came after him. Herder to complete this journey, and this research came to answer the questions, the most important of which is the question of how do peoples develop? What are the stages of human progress? Do the philosophers Voltaire and Herder have a relationship with the development of the philosophy of history? And what did he add to this philosophy in order to become what it is now? All these and other questions we answered in our research marked and divided into four chapters and the conclusion of the first chapter was a conceptual introduction containing four topics. The first topic was talking about the philosophy of history and we divided it into several points. As for the second chapter, it was talking about Voltaire's philosophy of history, and it had four topics. The first topic is the methodological foundations of Voltaire's philosophy of history. The second topic is the theory of progress in human thought. The third topic is Voltaire's theory of progress. The fourth topic is Voltaire's position on the religious interpretation of history.

The researcher chose (similarity, metaphor, and metonymy); Being the most widely used of the Fatimid poets, it formed a prominent phenomenon in their poetry, and this research attempts to rely on the poet's memory in choosing these linguistic methods and not others.
