The child holds a significant place in Arab heritage, reflecting the profound meaning of childhood among Arabs, their genuine care for children, their esteemed position in their hearts, their unique perspective toward them, their great attention to them, their intense love for them, and their exceptional pride in them. No literature in history is as abundant in honoring the child as Arabic literature, nor has any nation cared for children as the Arabs have.

The heritage is rich with thousands of examples and evidence of this pride and appreciation, starting with the Quran, the Hadith, and transmitted poetry and prose, and ending with the folk sayings, proverbs, stories, and narratives of the common people. Arabs in general, and the people of Iraq in particular, continue to uphold traditions of honoring, respecting, and highly valuing human beings.

God created mankind to be His vicegerent on earth, entrusting him with great responsibilities that the mountains refused to bear and feared to undertake. It was necessary to honor humanity for bearing this immense responsibility by appointing him as God's vicegerent on earth. Part of this honor was granting him free will, as choice inherently implies freedom.

In return for the duties mankind assumed as God's vicegerent on earth, explicitly stated in the "Verse of Succession," God granted him rights. Undoubtedly, these rights are framed within the bounds of Islamic law, which is fundamentally a system of life for all creatures.

It is the responsibility of an Islamic government to safeguard these rights and provide individuals with opportunities to exercise their freedoms and obtain their rights in full. From this standpoint arises the significance of emphasizing the principles of rights and freedoms in the teachings of Imam Ali (peace be upon him), as an Islamic ruler whose foremost duty was to organize people’s affairs and establish them on firm foundations aimed at achieving justice.

The continuous change in customer tastes and desires, the increasing complexity of the surrounding environment, the growing level of competition, as well as the expansion of markets and their varying characteristics, have forced organizations to rethink the management concepts they adopt, including strategic planning and customer satisfaction, in order to support their competitive advantage and enable them to excel over their local, regional, or international competitors. The current study focused on analyzing the relationship and impact between strategic planning and customer satisfaction in an industrial company. The study started from a research problem represented by the lack of awareness among Iraqi organizations regarding the importance of strategic planning and their failure to adopt and implement the concept of strategic planning at all levels within the organization, which limits their ability to meet customer desires. The study aimed to achieve several objectives, including: understanding the reality of strategic planning in the surveyed company and identifying the level of customer satisfaction with the company.

The trajectory of economic and social development in Iraq has declined since the late 1970s, especially with the onset of the Iraq-Iran War, which led to the militarization of the Iraqi economy. The workforce and skilled personnel were diverted from construction and development efforts to the battlefronts. As a result, there was a decline in various sectors, particularly the industrial sector. Oil revenues were managed through individual decisions and were diverted to pointless wars that occurred in Iraq during the period leading up to the fall of the regime, which burdened the Iraqi economy with 509.6 billion British pounds. This decline continued after the 1991 war, following Iraq's invasion of Kuwait. Iraq was subjected to a war involving over thirty countries and a comprehensive blockade, which further weakened the Iraqi economy in all its sectors, especially the industrial sector. This research presents an overview of the state of development in Iraq during the period leading up to the fall of the regime, highlighting the failure to exploit and invest oil revenues in development areas. It also provides proposals for how to invest oil wealth and the potential positive impact this could have on Iraqi society.

Al-Mustansiriya University is the second academic institution that followed the establishment of the University of Baghdad. It was initially created to meet the expanding educational opportunities and as a scientific activity by the Teachers' Union, aimed at enabling those interested, particularly teachers, to continue their academic studies. Baghdad was chosen as the location for Al-Mustansiriya University due to its high population density and central location, which allows it to provide a sufficient number of students who are eager to study and enhance their academic skills, and who are capable of paying the necessary tuition fees to cover the university's expenses.

Al-Mustansiriya University became a major institution in Iraq's educational system, qualifying many teachers and employees who earned their undergraduate degrees. It also opened the doors to postgraduate studies for interested individuals, contributing to the provision of scientific staff, whether for the university's own needs or for other Iraqi universities. The university also prepared many employees for important positions in the government, its institutions, or in the private sector.

Aggression is a widespread phenomenon that may be common among individuals, manifested in various ways and situations that differ from one person to another. It takes on different forms depending on the circumstances of its appearance. It can either be a psychological disorder or directly related to physical aggression, or it may be limited to verbal expressions for some individuals. Aggression can be expressed in various ways to harm others, and this is considered one of the manifestations of human behavior, whether on an individual or collective level.

For example, aggression may occur between two individuals, two tribes, or even two nations. This illustrates its eternal nature, having existed alongside the presence of humankind on Earth.

One of those exceptional poets who demands a detailed, conscious, and critical new study. In this research, I do not intend to describe the poetry of al-Khuzai from an external perspective or impose upon it inaccurate, pre-formed opinions of others. Instead, I will conduct a new reading of his poems, delving into their verses to uncover what lies between the lines and exploring the channels, connections, and communicative messages of linguistic and semantic expression infused with sincere and eloquent emotions.

To establish the foundations of this study, it is essential to classify the poems, differentiate their themes, and encompass their boundaries comprehensively.

It has become natural for researchers that when they want to study a term or phenomenon, they begin by studying the definition of that term or phenomenon in light of dictionaries (in language), and then move on to its technical meaning so that all aspects of the study become clear to them. For example, when studying "grammatical schools," the scholar must first research the linguistic meaning of the word "school," and then the technical meaning that the word was given. Therefore, it is necessary for us to understand the linguistic meaning of the term "letter" by reviewing the most important classical and modern Arabic dictionaries.

Mass communication is one of the essential pillars of societal development and a measure of progress and civilization. These means or media institutions are expected to preserve the authenticity, culture, and ethics of society.

Specialists in various humanities disciplines have given great importance to professional ethics, based on the principle that every profession has its own ethical standards, with journalism being at the forefront of these professions.

Therefore, different political systems worldwide have established various media policies that align with their goals, orientations, and aspirations, recognizing the significance of media and the major and critical roles it plays in society.

One of the perplexing linguistic phenomena in the noble Qur’anic script is the replacement of the tied Tā’ (ـة) with an open Tā’ (ت) in contradiction to the standard Arabic writing conventions, which is an essential skill in the Arabic language. This substitution occurs in fifteen words found in the Holy Qur’an, according to the two well-known recitations (Hafs and Qalun), with the majority appearing in the Hafs recitation in the esteemed Ottoman script. This replacement pattern is repeated in forty-five instances within sacred words in revered verses of the Holy Qur’an.

The Arabic language is rich in vocabulary, and one of the most important reasons for this richness is its derivational nature. Derivation, in its three forms (minor, major, and greater), has enriched the language with a multitude of words that carry diverse meanings. This has led to a variety of structures and forms, including verb structures, structures of attributes such as the active participle, structures of intensification, structures of the resembling adjective, and others. Each category of these attributes encompasses different structures depending on the linguistic root from which they are derived. Consequently, the structures of the active participle, for example, vary in their meanings and connotations based on the linguistic roots they are derived from, even though the general framework that unites their meanings is the connotation of the category they fall under, which is the connotation of the active participle.

The Quran contains essential ethical and educational principles to organize human life and build one's character, urging individuals to bear the trust, avoid falsehood, and uphold the truth. The Quran’s approach to education through commands and prohibitions is especially evident in the Meccan verses, which emphasize moral values. Surah Yusuf highlights these principles through the story of Yusuf, stressing the importance of patience and chastity, and showing that dreams carry profound knowledge. The surah also emphasizes the value of forgiveness and kindness, even towards those who harm us, making it a deep educational model for nurturing and refining the community.

International politics is one of the most competitive and contentious fields. The rules that governed the actions of the players from the end of World War II until the early 1990s changed drastically following the rapid collapse of the former Soviet Union. As we attempt to outline the possible frameworks for Iraq's foreign policy towards the United States, we urge the new politicians in Iraq to understand, act wisely, and grasp the rules governing current international relations. We live in a world that does not tolerate fools and does not forgive the ignorant. A mistake in making the right political decision has serious consequences that can cause harm to both governments and peoples.

Since ancient times, humans have noticed that many intellectual and logical problems only have one of two solutions (true or false). This binary thinking trait led Aristotle to search for the truth amidst a set of assumptions. De Morgan came close to discovering the connection between logic and mathematics, but it was Boole who, in 1854, established the relationship between them and developed a new algebra known as Boolean Algebra. In 1938, Shannon published a paper on the use of Boolean algebra laws in logical operations for devices used to represent binary states, which became an effective tool for analyzing and designing digital circuits.
