Since Islam came as the closure to all other Divine religions that goes with most of the changes of the ages, it is expected to propose accepted legislative rules that goes with the current globalization of the human societies, rules that are flexible enough to find detailed or complete solutions for the issues of life that became more complicated with the accelerated human development.

The holy Hadith is considered the second source of Islamic legislation after the holy Quran , it is a means to interpret the holy Quran.
Islamic nation , since the prophet era , was interested in writing and reciting or narrating the Hadiths and to follow its instructions , and study lives of the narrators , examine the Hadiths in the terms of acceptance and refusal according to the rules of the scientific criticizing within a very important science which is known as Hagiography .
The science of validating and invalidating narrators is a science that no other nation knows.
Hence the term which is known as Hadith reside , it is a science that every one who interested in Hadith had to be a acquainted with it and with it's rules to maintain the hadithes as a means to maintain Sharia.
To do so we have examine the validity and accuracy .
There are more than one reason that motivate me to study this subject :
Firstly: to serve the holy Hadith as a means to serve the Islam and Moslims.
Secondly : there is no such study to deal with validity and accuracy.
Thirdly : to collect all what was written about validity which is scattered in the different resources and references.
Fourthly : the research aims at approximate the opinions of Islamic sects upon accepting the narration according to the opinion of Shaik Al- Tosy.
Fifthly : the researcher found that validity is a point of disagreement among the narrators and he tried to study the reasons of this disagreement.
The resource on which the researcher depends are varied to be Jurisprudential , osuli and linguistical as well as the references of Hadith and its terms.

The holy qur"an is the first resource of islam and the most holy book for the muslims, it is as imam ridha had said s(it dominates all other books, it is rightful from its beginning to its end, we belief on its restrictes and non-restrictes verser, its tales and narration, none of the creatures can creat one like it).
Imam ridha did not show only the importance of the holy qur'an and its dominating, he also motivated studying its sciences to recognize its thoughts and topics, so he(p.u.h)is the pioneer of the interpretation of the holy qur'an.
The researcher has divided the research into three topic:- the importance of the holy qur'an for imam ridha(p.u.h) the imam interpretative efforts relating the doctrine and the qura'nic narration and the imam rfforts in its interpretation, respectively.
The result are as following:-
1- the society in the era of imam ridha, with its political, condition and its social status, was keep on a certain types of question such as embodiment and…. So the imam was ready to answer such question.
2- The issue of the impeccability of his almighty god was one of the most important ones for imam ridha(p.u.h) where he dealt with in more than one situation and by many methods such as the significance method and the rational method.
3- The imam had shown the Qura nic narrations or stories in unsophisticated styla,motivating us to study thasa narrations or stories to get use of their events and lessons.
