The present study is divided into (Ideological opinions for Al-Imaam Sahl bin Abd-Allah Altostery in the faith – Collection and Study) into two study parts that are preceded by (Altostery’s sayings about the faith as in: working, intention, Sunna as well as increasing and decreasing of the faith ). The researcher has divided this research into three demands. In first demand the paper posited the definition of faith in language and in idiom while in second demand shows Altostery’s saies about the faith as in, working, intention and Sunna. In third demand the increasing and decreasing of faith as Altostery says.
The second research (The relationship between the faith and the Islam as Altostery says) that was divided into tree demand.
In first demand the paper showed endorsement in Islam and certainly in faith as Altostery says, In the second demand Altostery includes identifying between the faith and Islam when they meet. The third demand is about Altostery sayings about the faith.
the study ends with conclusion that has contained all important results of this study then followed with references.

Women’s issues are among the most controversial issues in the intellectual and political milieu in the Arab world, and among these issues is the issue of men’s guardianship over women. The guardianship of family affairs granted by Islam to men is one of God’s blessings on humans, as it is appropriate for both men and women. This is because of the traits that both genders are endowed with, and also because of the innate predispositions they have. This is what the enemies of Islam did not understand, so they tried to distort the Islamic religion by casting doubts on it in direct or indirect ways, misleading the woman that they were sympathetic to her and pity her matter. But they bury her torment, all because of their lack of understanding of the meaning of guardianship and its legal controls, and our distinguished scholars have ensured the response to Such suspicions, including Sheikh Muhammad Metwally Al-Shaarawi, "may God have mercy on him", who wrote many books related to women, and the researcher mentioned his opinion on this suspicion in detail in this research, and I also included some statements of Muslim thinkers. This study also mentioned the sayings of some Westerners regarding Islam’s honoring of women in this stewardship. So that at the conclusion of the research we will invalidate the statements of the secularists regarding this suspicion, and that Islamic law honors women and raises their status with this stature. This research has been organized into three sections

The study is conducted to clarify the sound effect and its flow within the linguistic text and to give its phonetic value to the determinants of the text and raise the meaning towards the recipients. It gives an extension of it in its area in which it is established within the context, and what is associated with it from the indication of the director and the characteristic that exemplifies that wave spectrum and from the linguistic studies that have emerged. The studies are concerned with the conditions of the interlocutors and the signs and motives of the discourse, and what is obtained from the rhetorical process and standing on the most important elements on which it is based the discourse between the interlocutors (the sender + the message + the recipient) and how to direct the speech in a way that its intent is understandable to the recipient, so the speech of the angels (peace be upon them) is the focus of the research and its main foundations

Suppressing anger is one of the morals of the prophets and messengers, peace and blessings be upon them, and the highest degree of self-restraint from recklessness and anger, and the most perfect types of forgiveness and quietness. The strength of faith, and this noble character personified our Messenger The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and his family and peace, and the seal of the prophets. We have a good example in him, and the researcher has dealt with the issue of the concept of controlling anger in detail.
Since Islam is a religion of instinct, it knows from the nature of the human soul the hesitation between truth and falsehood, so there must be limits and controls in which the soul controls the individual’s entity in order to balance between them. And Islam has regarded this instinct that created people and did not abandon it, but rather refined it and made it equivalent to his law, proceeding according to his principles, so anger can turn into pardon, tolerance and patience

The major point of this research is the semantics of the tied ta’ in the singular noun and its morphological connotations in one of the dictionaries of the Arabic language, which is the dictionary (Diwan al-Adab) by al-Farabi, which was specialized and concerned with the weights of the words. The morphology of the ta' connected in this foreign language, and what Al-Farabi added to it in terms of connotations. As for the first part, it includes the significance of the ‘taa’ on the differentiation between the noun of gender and its singular form number, and the significance of the ‘taa’ on privacy, its indication of compensation, and its indication of confirming femininity. While the second part includes the indication of the taa on the number of the masculine, and its indication of exaggeration. Its indication of the abundance of the thing in the place, and its indication of Nominative verb form are also presented as well

The anxiety of the creed transformation arose due to the factors and influences of the new life that were represented by the emergence of Islam. The life of the poets is closely linked to their society. They express their experience according to the developments of the stage and the accompanying intellectual events at the level of belief and belonging. We find a group of them converting and improving their Islam, while another group is Muslim, but it is a concern that is not adapted to the new events and changes, and a group has not been affected at all. And slough off that religion that disturbs the peace of life, disrupts its impulse, spreads ignorance, blocks thought, and blocks light from humanity.
By experience it has been proven that there is no real source of values and principles other than religion. They said that it is the mind and they said that it is the nature, and they said the human soul, and they said science, and they said philosophy.
By departing from religion and common sense, they reached anxiety, madness, loss, confusion, mental illness, nervousness, suicide, alcohol, drugs, crime, decadence and metamorphosis that distort the nature... and moral, intellectual and spiritual decline in all fields of political, economic and social life at the level of individuals, groups and peoples. Given the importance of the matter, it was one of the reasons and reasons for research and the current study. Therefore, this research came tagged: (The Western Enlightenment and its Effect on Weakening the Creed). This study was divided into an introduction and a conclusion, and two sections.

Islamic legislations clarified what is valid for marriage and what is suitable for a marriage contract. Islamic legislation intends from that to protect one’s honor and protect it from corruption and disruption and interference, because pure symptoms require happy peacefulness in the family. Incest is forbidden and is not accepted by the human soul and in all heavenly religions

The idea of the research revolves around some of the rules related to civil peace in the purified Sunnah of the Prophet, including the rule that peace is the origin in relations and war is an exception, an authentic and deep rule applied in all areas of the biography of the Prophet, peace be upon him, so that all components of society can live in peace, security and stability. Continuous constructive dialogue and stable peace are the cornerstones in the upbringing of a people and a calm society that is governed by kindness and peace. So quarrels, hatred and fighting are absent from it. By presenting the side of the spirit of peace over the side of the flames of war and devastation, and our Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, emphasized it with his words, deeds and daily practices.
And that the principle of justice and equality is one of the basic principles that our Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, brought to achieve and to achieve peace and security between individuals, families and society. That pushes society to anarchy and terrorism, and one of the biggest reasons for raising security and safety among people is injustice in all its forms and types.
Including that the rule of good neighborliness is one of the basic rules for the establishment of a peaceful society, and for the establishment of wonderful and refined civilized values. The Prophet applied this principle in Medina and elsewhere, and the rule of moderation and moderation paves the way for peaceful civil coexistence in society through tolerance and positive interaction among all human beings

This research aims to investigate Mardi al-Radhi on the Kafayah of Ibn al-Hajib” by Hussain bin Moin al-Maibdhi, who died in the year (910 AH): the chapter on incomplete acts (Kahn and her sisters) From the plate [142 / w] to the plate [145 / w], so this paper is divided into two parts: The first part: a description of the manuscript copies adopted in the investigation, and the investigation method: As for the second part: the verified text is presented, which is (Mardi al-Radhi on Kafiya Ibn al-Hajeb).

The study has found that the sources of doctrinal jurisprudence played a major role in this dispute and highlighted it more fundamentally than the previous studies that dealt with the topic on his part in both legal and jurisprudential ones. The study has also shown the sources of Islamic law in the weighting of the opinion of proving the financial right of the innovators, and the reference to the impact of this dispute on the behavior of the innovation

This Research aims to respond to the Orientalists who were accused By Ibn Abbas, May God Be Pleased with him, Including the accusations placed In the Interpretation and the Adoption Of the Israelites and to clarify these charges and how to respond to them.it is better to present a short view about him first. He is Ibn Hisham Ibn Abd al-Manaf who was born in Mecca when he was among His People. Then after that we explained the Placement in language and Idiomatically, in the Language it is Against the Nominative. His Status Puts Him Down, And He Puts It In A Fabricated Position. As For The Terminology, It Is a Transverse Form Of Something Because Of Two Ratios, But According To The People Of hadith It Is A Fabricated Hadith, And We Also Explained Why The Orientalists chose Ibn Abbas In Accusing Him Of These Accusations, Which Is that he was living In the House Of Prophet hood. This Earns him a Place and received acceptance. From his Descendants were the Abbasid Caliphs who were they have Sovereignty and leadership in the Islamic State. Then the researcher explained after that the Narrations that Ibn Abbas was accused of, and among these narrations that were Attributed to him was in The Almighty’s Saying (God who Created Seven Heavens and the Earth Are Like Them) and how the Scholars responded to this accusation, Then the researcher also reached to injustice the Interpreters of him, Because taking from him would gain the Recipient light And knowledge. So they tried to harm him and undermine his value. The researcher explained that the Orientalists overstepped Him by accusing him of taking from the Israelites and how they attributed to him the book of Al-Isra and Al-Miraj. This Book is not found in any Printed Musnad Ibn Abbas, May God Be Pleased With Him.

The call to Allah is the best thing words can do, and it is the reason for the survival of charity in this nation, and the call to Almighty God is a reason to enter into God’s vast mercy, and one of the reasons for victory over enemies, empowerment on earth, and repelling punishment from the servants. It is considered as an important requirement for those who wanted to save themselves, and get the greatest rewards, and many good deeds, and among the reasons for the righteousness of people's lives, and the payment of punishment for them, and the prevention of corruption of the ignorant.
And that the methods of the prophetic call and the treatment of errors are many, including: the method of teaching and enlightening the ignorant, the method of strengthening faith and strengthening religious scruples, the method of preaching and reminding and motivating the religious scruples that prevent sins, authorship to give the offender an opportunity to start over, and the method of stimulating passion and arousing feelings and jealousy which may weaken the human beings. The method of reprimanding by harsh words and unrelenting beatings, deterrence by establishing legal punishments and expiations, and the method of changing the environment and giving the offender the opportunity to practice his normal life in another environment that does not look at him with the same offensive look at his original place, and the method of abandonment, which is a punishment that makes the offender review himself and help him to return To his surroundings, the method of unrelenting beating, which is the last choice in making a remedy , and looking for other alternatives to relieve the offender to correct his errors

Different viewpoints are presented in the issue of God’s management of people’s livelihoods and reforming their livelihoods according to the doctrines and trends that make up the overall composition of individuals and societies. Given the existence of a great discrepancy between the two views of the Islamic religion and the communist doctrine on this important ideological issue, the researcher sought to diagnose the origins of this phenomenon and identify its most prominent manifestations, determine its characteristics, describe its nature, and clarify the quality of the relationship between its causes, variables, and trends. Using the descriptive analytical method is intended to provide a comprehensive comparison between these two views.

Elections are among the contemporary calamities through which the head of state, ministers, governors, parliament and other positions and status are chosen through elections. Most Islamic and Arab countries have relied on elections as one of the foundations of their constitutions, and legislation from their legal and political legislations, to choose the right person to occupy public and private positions. Depending on the opinion of the electorate among the people, this is what led to the elections being considered as an important source of choosing rulers and an indispensable human right. People have a duty to implement in order to ensure their participation in political life and to occupy the highest positions in the state, hence the people's need to identify the view of Islam regarding the elections that are taking place in our country, and to demonstrate their legitimacy and the validity of participation in them or not, with regard to candidates and voters, as well as a review about the elections, their types and a history about it.

God Almighty gives His servants an interval, and is not provoked by their disobedience to Him, because if God wanted to grasp them during their disobedience, God would take them, would take a dear, capable powerful nature.

The Prophet (may God bless him and grant him peace) has conveyed to us what was revealed to him from his Lord, and he explained to the honorable Companions all the rulings of the Islamic religion, and the Companions (may God be pleased with them) in turn conveyed this great religion to those who came after them from among the followers.
Perhaps one of these distinguished companions is the great companion, Ruwafa’ bin Thabit al-Ansari, whom the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) preached about his long life and told him that people will change after him and return to some matters of ignorance, so this great companion took it upon himself Like the rest of the Companions, people should be informed of what the Messenger of Truth and the elite of creation (may God bless him and grant him peace) told them, including the permissibility of partnership in things, especially during jihad There is a fear that the common thing will be spoiled if it is divided, and it is also clear that people will do things that people used to do in the pre-Islamic era, including wrapping the beard for the purpose of arrogance or pride, as the polytheists used to do before Islam and that God made spoils for the fighters lawful and good, but not It is permissible for a fighter to take something from the booty before it is divided
