Strange from what is prevalent in society, cultures resulting from different thought and different social habits that lead as a result to a difference in linguistic circulation, and this is what the research sought to prove .

The rise of electronic communication networks and the proliferation of smart devices in our children’s lives have significantly contributed to the widespread phenomena of "cultural inundation" and the "globalization of knowledge sources." Adults increasingly derive their ideas, principles, and worldviews concerning life, society, and religion from a wide array of cultures and ideologies presented to them, many of which lack the rigor and coherence needed for disciplined knowledge. This targeted, and sometimes chaotic, dissemination of information has led to a profound loss of identity among adults. This loss manifests as an inability to grasp their purpose and understand their true roles, exposing a critical crisis affecting many adults today.
This study aims to explore the concept of globalization from both historical and philosophical perspectives and to assess its impact on the world at large and on the Islamic community in particular, through the lens of cultural encroachment. The research zeroes in on one of the most pressing consequences of globalization for adults: the erosion of intellectual and cultural identity and the resulting inadequate or ineffective responses to this erosion. Additionally, the study will examine the concept of "individualism," a key aspect of identity loss within this demographic, and its effects on their personal experiences and the communities they belong to.

The research seeks to clarify the concepts of universalism and globalization and to compare Islamic universalism with Western globalization in terms of both their conceptual frameworks and practical applications. Additionally, it investigates how Islamic universalism has shifted under regimes claiming to represent Islam, evolving into an Arab-Islamic globalism that mirrors contemporary Western globalization in both its concept and objectives.

Cyber extortion is a serious crime and a crucial topic that demands attention nowadays. It is one of the most dangerous forms of cybercrime and a modern societal scourge caused by the misuse of technology for financial gain or other unethical purposes. Women, in particular, are among the most vulnerable groups affected by this crime. Therefore, it is essential to study cyber extortion, understand its elements, identify the judicial authorities responsible for addressing it, and determine if there is specific legislation that holds perpetrators accountable. Additionally, it is important to discuss the challenges in proving such crimes. All these aspects will be thoroughly explored in the research.

Women represent a fundamental pillar of society; as it is often said, "women constitute half of society and give birth to the other half." Consequently, most legal systems worldwide have given special attention to women, enacting laws that address their legal status across various aspects of society—be it family life, professional life, or within the framework of their political and economic rights.
Despite efforts by some countries to update and develop their legislation, the legal framework surrounding women's status still requires significant improvements to provide comprehensive legal protection for women in facing current challenges. This is particularly true regarding women's empowerment and their preparation for assuming leadership positions in society.
The Iraqi legislator has enacted laws that regulate women's status and support their role in society by establishing legal frameworks for their contributions as mothers, wives, employees, and students. All these legislations stem from a commitment to women's empowerment as one of the principles of sustainable development.

Beforhand, I would like to clarify the following:

Firstly, my discussion is neither a promotion nor a defense of globalization, nor is it an attempt to dismiss it. Instead, it offers a reflective and interpretive perspective. My aim is not to diminish the rights, concerns, or anxieties that others may have about globalization, nor to negate their reassurances or their willingness to embrace it. I am part of this world, which is not mine alone but is shared by everyone: humans, animals, plants, and inanimate objects.
Secondly, I approach this topic from a philosophical standpoint, as philosophy provides us with the tools for precision, clarity, and depth, ensuring that we avoid oversimplifying complex issues

Natural language is indeed a fundamental tool for expressing meaning across different cultures and languages. However, it is not the sole means of communication. For instance, we can interpret comic strips, silent visual presentations, statues, traffic signs, and sign language for the deaf and mute without relying on spoken language. These various forms of signs effectively convey meanings and ideas independently of verbal communication.

Despite the varying ways in which each sign communicates meaning, it can be argued that meaning has a core essence that can be conveyed to any individual, regardless of their language or dialect. This view is supported by proponents of general semiotics, who argue that meaning, whether in narrative or non-narrative forms, can be expressed through symbols and mathematical signs that are universally comprehensible. Thus, as long as meaning can be communicated without spoken language, globally recognized signs can convey ideas and meanings just as effectively as natural language.

Currently, English is the most widely spoken and utilized language in various fields across both advanced and developing countries. It is used as either a first or second language, or as a means of communication with foreigners in specific interactions. Notably, the dominance of the English language has coincided with the infiltration and spread of Western values and lifestyles into our Eastern Arab society.
This study aims to explore the extent to which teaching English affects the Arab identity of students in the English Department at the College of Arts, University of Basra. This will be achieved by observing students' opinions and remarks on their reliance on the English language in their daily lives.

Enhancing education is pivotal for the empowerment of women, as it is essential for developing one of the fundamental human capacities: knowledge. Key strategies to improve educational opportunities for women include: addressing female illiteracy by analyzing factors such as geographic distribution, poverty, and family breakdown, and tackling high dropout and failure rates among girls. This requires increasing female enrollment in primary, secondary, and higher education relative to males, extending compulsory education to intermediate stages, enhancing the quality of government spending on education with a focus on girls, and promoting participation in scientific, technical fields, and professions traditionally dominated by men. It also involves supporting scientific and technological research and innovation through business incubators and technical innovation centers, and revising curricula to integrate gender perspectives.

There is an increasing interest in distance education in both developed and many developing countries, acknowledging its vital role in educational systems and its benefits for human capital development. Distance education not only fosters the economic and social advancement of women but also transforms thinking patterns and lifestyles. It is a key tool for decision-makers across all sectors and embodies the philosophy of lifelong learning, necessitating diverse educational resources. The central research question is: How can education influence women's empowerment and contribute to sustainable development?

Opinions on the phenomenon of globalization have varied between supporters and opponents, each side presenting its arguments and defending its stance. This divergence stems from differing perceptions of this phenomenon, with each view rooted in its own foundation. An economist\'s understanding of globalization differs from that of a politician, while the cultural viewpoint is also fragmented. Some advocate for immersion in a single global culture, while others see this as a severe threat to cultural identity, which is based on belief and tradition and is considered an absolute, transcendent truth that defines human essence.
The focus of this research, as the title indicates, is to address the issues raised regarding the globalization system and its conflict with cultural identity, and to explore how this crisis can impact society as a whole, and women in particular.
