Abstract
Praise be to God, prayer and peace be upon the Messenger of Allah and after:
This is a brief look at the objective interpretation of the title (models of the verses of the Quran to talk about the system), so what the system down and standing Semitism, Islam is the religion of the system, the Koran calls for the system, and the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) laid down the rules and urged his followers to stick with it, and its application in all imprisoned life.
Find an introduction and pave the four sections and a conclusion has been included, he stated in a boot definition of the system and its place in Islam, and spoke in the first section from the ranks of the Muslims in the battlefields system through regroup in the face of enemies, but the performance of fear group prayers, and in the second section authorization system reported in houses from outside and inside, and in the third section in which to talk about the system in the ways of God's cosmic dealt with, and the fourth section fun tour of Muhammadiyah and Sulaymaniyah, and ground and celestial, went out the results of value, ask God benefit and payment and Praise be to Allah.

Abstract
Thanks for Allah and peace on the master of the prophets our Master Muhammad and all his followers and who follow him and I worked according to two methods in my writing for this thesis:
I do choose study (you on Ethics Great) that’s important study because relation by the Al-Karim Quran .It is the God talk wondrous.
This is study very Important because it is mention Ethics Great at the prophet Muhammad (peace on him).
I study this subject by:
First Method :depending on the resources in exposing the opinions in construing the text without giving any personal opinion in the analysis because the recourse of the text do not bear sometimes the Excess on the opinions of the previous people.
Second method : promoting the opinion in explaining some of the sections which bear giving the opinion specially in the pictures sections about Ethics Great at the prophet Muhammad (peace on him).
And I have finished this thesis with abstract in which I have showed some of the results which I have reached on through the research and God has prayed on Our great Prophet and all his Followers.

Conclusion:
Praise be to Allah, we praise Him and seek His help and forgiveness, and we seek refuge in Allah from the evils of ourselves and from our bad deeds, from Allah guides not misleading him and not mislead Hadi, and I bear witness that Muhammad is His slave and His Messenger (blessings and peace on him and his family and companions).

Abstract
Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the worlds. Alla's peace and blessings be on honored prophet Mohammad and his family and companions. Now to the topic, (the narrator's being not well-known) is one of the important topics that hadith searchers must be acquainted with. Al-mastoor Taqreeb Al-tatheeb: a critical hadith study is deemed a significant subject matter.
The present study pays a very close attention to term and it falls into two sections: The first section defines Al-mastoor narrator according to and other scholars. It gives both assessment and a judgment about Al-mastoors. The second one mentions the nine narrators that Ibn hajer has considered them as Mastoor followed by scholar's views and judgments about them. Final opinions conclude the section. Eventually, the findings conclude the paper.

Abstract

The study is divided into an introduction, a forward, nine sections and a conclusion.
In section one I tackled the 'thereed' food. In section two is about the 'jashisha'. Section three: 'heesa'. Section four: 'swaiq'. Section five: 'aseeda'. 'dabbaa with beef'. Section nine: 'invitations'.
The methodology followed:
1. collecting and organizing the hadiths mentioned in this respect.
2. finding out the hadiths' narrators. I relied on the following four sunnas.
- Abu Dawood Sunnas
- Termidhi Sunnas
- Nassa'i Sunnas
- Ibn Maja Sunnas
3. I documented each hadith.
4. I studied the narration of each hadith to show its strength
5. I explained the meaning of the strange terms.
6. I explained the morals benefited from each hadith
7. I did my best to unify the methodology of the research writing.

That threaten the safety at all and undermines families, it's the deceiving for plentiful of youth that swept away by many parties ,and the dispute became in homes and the same university; very dangerous ritually controversy.
And I have summarized causes that leaded me to write this research ,some of them:
Deviation many of youth from the right method that exist in holy Quran, and become involved in ways of rigorous and radicalize, and their guide is their rush, non amble and inexperience.
Escape of youth, Scientifics' elites and youths' competencies, to another countries from these precious fruits labor.
Social disease like radicalism ,as the body's disease, disease affected intact by infection ,and youth are the most part of society copying and simulation.
Dazzle of emerging and youth by what they hearted and saw after this non disciplined openness of social media , lack of control in homes schools and university.
And then came evident search (policy of legitimacy and methodology to deal with the radicalization of youth in the university and community) comprise introduction and three chapters and for every chapter two objectives and then the conclusion that contained these recommendations:
Harnessing the hall energy do what we can for save the youth from lost, and driftage in current of radicalism, liquefaction and deviation.
Establish youth conferences in university and encouragement for the competencies, create jobs for them.
Take care of families with hall its members because it's the auspices that emerging and youth came from.
Directing special importance in dealing with youth, with consideration for the circumstance go by our nation.
Find a high level supervision for their friends like professors ,and cooperation with people in civilized methods its biases diligence and sincerity.

this study is important for the following reasons:

The current paper aims at showing the generosity of Almighty Allah upon the creatures and highlighting his virtures and his forgiveness towards his creatures. We look forward to verify all pretexts without any embarrassment or difficulty which are about the burdens that impact human and society. My research is concerned with the effect and provision of purity and purity that are of my paper then I dealt with another aspect where I dug in depth in matter related to purity and prayer, with regard to cold and rain. Abstract
The disagreement between the Copt Christian ideologists and the Muslim ideologists is progressing excessively. The difference is diverging and its details are increasing. The seriousness of this disagreement is not limited to specific historical eras. It grows nowadays with the help of the instigation of the West. In spite of the fact that they represent a minority beside a huge majority of Arab Muslims in Egypt, the Copt ideologists depend on the power of the West and think it will enhance and enforce their stance in this disagreement. They do not head the bitter historical experiences with the West when it exploited the cause of the Copts to achieve its own interests only.
This paper deals with this struggle in which orientalism and its strong relation to what is happening nowadays are apparent. Orientalism is feeding this disagreement with its ideologies, which are mostly translated into tangible reality. The consequences and reverberations of this reality affect the Muslims, in general, and the Egyptian people, in particular.
The study does not condemn the Egyptian people for this disagreement which is leading to many banes. It will, however, indicate accusingly to the expatriates, who lived in the Western states, who have been planted to instigate dissection. They are related to orientalism and they have been its trademark tools. These are Copt ideologists, or their imitators, who converted in their ideologies to Christianity. The paper will state examples of such persons and research their most important viewpoints.
The study will not underestimate the viewpoints of the modern Muslim and Coptic ideologists who have respected the nearness of the Muslims and preferred it to the intrigues and enticements of the West. Lots of these have active and reasonable attitudes towards this type of orientalism.
This study will research questions such as: Who are the Copts? What do they want? Are all Copts related to the West and its tools? What is their relation to orientalism, the strong arm of the West? The research aims to identify the level of fast – slow thinking among students teachers in the science and mathematics departments for the academic year (2015- 2016).
The sample was formed of (49) male and female students’ teachers of the morning study of science and mathematics departments. And by using the scale of fast- slow thinking by Maha Majed Al-Tememy year 2015, and by using the statistical means of T-test, and average arithmetic and standard deviation the research come up to the results that indicates that female have for that the two researchers put some suggestions and recommendations.

Business process reengineering has gained a considerable attention during the past years . This paper is an attempt to provide a conceptual framework for the entrance of re-engineering processes and success factors and their role in improving the performance of insurance companies.
Where the aims of this research is to identify the Business Process Reengineering and its term to improve the administrative performance of the insurance companies , the results indicated that there is a relationship between Business Process Reengineering and administrative performance. The study recommended the necessity of taking into account the elements that contribute to the success of the Business Process Reengineering and which is appropriate to the nature of the insurance sector. It should also insurance companies focused insurance services in the preparation of the organizational structure and not on the sequence of administrative structure in order to be a highly effective and efficient. Also on the insurance companies operating in the local market that must invest and keep pace with the changes that occur in the field of information technology so that a positive affect on performance and reflects on the quality of insurance services.

Abstract
There is no doubt that most of the states have taken parliamentary immunity in their domestic legislation texts explicit considerations of public interest may give the concept of parliamentary immunity in the face of what it means to the members of Parliament are not subject to the provisions of the criminal law nor penal responsibility lies on them as a result of acts committed by them which takes the prescription of the crime .And this will become members of Parliament is above the law , without prejudice to the rest of the citizens of this interpretation has been the principle of equality criminal who is a manifestation of the principle of equality of citizens before the law . In order to take the impact of parliamentary immunity in the criminal liability of the members of parliament have divided the research into three sections first we dealt with the concept of the immunity of a member of parliament and responsibility of the criminal and the two demands we had in the first concept of parliamentary immunity and types , and the second we discussed the penal responsibility of members of Parliament in the framework of parliamentary immunity . The second section has discussed the effects of the criminal parliamentary immunity and the effects of the first two demands criminal immunity for objectivity and the second talked about the effects of the criminal procedural immunity . The third section was devoted to the effects of criminal cases end of parliamentary immunity and the cases of the first two demands the end of the criminal implications of the immunity of objectivity and the second end of the cases we discussed the effects of the criminal procedural immunity , and finished with a conclusion in which the most important findings and recommendations.

Abstract
This study, entitled (The Doctor's Criminal Liability in Liposuction Surgeries), highlights the fact that human life and the safety of the patient's body is one of the most important rights which has been incisively protected and concerned about by various criminal legislation through enacting strict penalties against those who assault this right intentionally or by mistake. Accordingly, the doctor-patient relationship is humanistic in the first place before being a legal one, in the sense that through liposuction surgeries, the doctor has to exert all means of intensive care to achieve the treatment goal. However when the doctor whether intentionally or not makes medical mistakes and deviates from the professional normal limits. Or when his career is not consistent with the fixed and required scientific rules and principles, his criminal liability will arise towards his patient, especially when the surgery is made by a nonprofessional doctor.

English has some consonants which can stand by themselves as syllables. This usually occurs as a result of casual or rapid speech. Since most native speakers of English regard this issue as a problematic matter, it would be reasonable to expect that foreign learns will face more difficulties in producing English syllabic consonants.
As this investigates the production of English syllabic consonants, namely /I/ and /n/ on the part of Iraqi learns of English, its results are used to decide whether or not the learners are able to produce English syllabic consonants.
The study sheds light on the errors committed by Iraqi learners of English at the university level. These errors observed by the researcher motivated him to conduct this study. The main purpose of this study is to find out the difficulties the learners of English encounter in the production of syllabic consonants. A test was designed and administrated to twenty – five students. They are the third – year students of the academic year 2013. The results show that Iraqi learners tend to insert a vowel between two successive consonants of facilitate their articulation.
The subjects' errors as well as the possible causes of their errors were identified and analyzed, and accordingly conclusions were drawn.
