This paper investigates the effect of the emotion of suspicion and jealousy causes man's fall when a mean person dupes into thinking that someone the man believes is his has been unfaithful to him.
In Jalal 's novel, Trial At Midnight, Wafiq, the central character, comes out of prison to find his wife has given birth to a son palpable aversion to him, and by the recurring memory of the insidious insinuations his mother had made when she visited him in prison, and which had sown the first seeds of doubt in his mind. Thus, love is ironically inverted into lethal trap that breeds an oppressive sense of betrayal, and the hero exchanges one kind of prison, the real, for another, the mental.
His doubts, fears, and memories crowd in upon him like relentless walls fast closing in, until they drive him into a mad frenzy. His mind snaps and kills his wife as Shakespeare' Othello and the famous Arab poet, Deek al-Jin did with their wives. At the end, Wafiq screams his impotent agony at the man who causes his arrest, and commits suicide by shooting himself.

The present research aims at shedding some light on the 4th year, English Department, College of Education students' weakness in English spelling mastery. It is based on the hypothesis that 4th year students face orthographical difficulties even with the most frequently used key words of the various courses they study. The results of the study prove this hypothesis to be valid.

A response is that part of coversation which achieves a benefit and completes a linguistic message; throughit the addressee gets what the speaker intends.
In Arabic, responses are of various styles: there are those related to conditions, request, orders, and it also occurs in some other styles such as interrogation which take the form of question.
The research has tried to investigate the response styles in Arabic as represented in Holy Quran and some other Arabic prose and poetry. It tries to reveal the semantic and rhetorical aspect of this language and its levels of elequence. What proves this is that sometimes the response is not mentioned and this is considered one of the levels of elequence since the implication is sometimes more emphatic than declaration.
Some ascribe this to grasping the addressee's attention to the speech whose response is not overtly expressed more than it when it is plainly stated. This occurs a lot in Holy Quran.

Paronomasia is a common linguistic phenomenon in Arabic, it is resulted from coalition of linguistic unit with another unit because of their similarity or paralleling or being linked in one element or more which are phonetic or signal wither this coalition was accidental or absolute, coalition that is acceptable by language and acceptable when listening and acceptable by soul and responsive to individual because of domination one to another or neighboring, upon all language levels: phonetics, Grammar or Rhetoric and signs that are generated and have clear influence in addressing the meaning the destination of the producer.
This research will be restricted to study this phenomenon as far phonetics and rhetoric leaving alone studying its grammar to future.

When discussing the existence of the non-Arab groups in the Umayyad period, the researcher has to raise questions related to their situations beside taking into consideration some Orientalists' perspective Such as Van Floten and Wellhausen concerning the relations between the Arab and the non-Arab groups; namely, Al-Mawali living in the Umayyad era. The main issue of this paper is to refute the accusation of the Umayyad society of mistreating the other non-Arab groups or even looking down on them . It has, however, tried to correct that misconception regarding the Arabs discrimination in their treatment between the Arabs and the non-Arab groups, Al-Mawali. When investigating the historical narratives, the paper found out that the Orientalists' vision is very limited in their perspective labeling the Umayyad society as a "purely Arab" State based on narratives registered in both public historical references and Literature resources.

The main aim of this study is to determine the hierarchy of service centers in the governorate of Mafraq, with an indication of the adequacy and efficiency of those services for the population's needs through the study of ranks of these centers, and to identify regions of functional service centers through the identification of functional relationships that link the centers with each other. It was found from the theoretical framework to the problem of the study, that the distribution of services in the governorate of Mafraq, is a random distribution does not correspond with the actual distribution of the population, as it did not achieve the principles of efficiency and equality, were services are limited to meet the largest possible size of the population, was not able to reduce the cost of access. Which requires a new policy for the allocation of necessary services, in order to reduce disparities between different regions in the province, especially between rural and urban, in addition to working towards the provision of services at the lowest cost and less time as possible between these communities, as they must be reconsidered in the spatial distribution for development efforts to ensure the equitable distribution of investment between the regions.

Al Kindi thinks that mean's Knowledge is limited and human beings are of Different Leveis of Knowledge because their senses are different in strength and weakness , it is also true that their imaginary forces in showing ability to think , metaphysical issues and Recalling ideas in the end, human beings are different in souls purity and the more they are pure the more they are able in anticipating future and their dream visions become true . Al though AL Kindi described As philosopher of reason , he believes that reason itself is variant from one person to an other and it is unable to understand some essential Religious issues such as existence and non existence or whether things happened or not , or the Existence of things after their no – Existence ! that is why we find that he also depends on some evidence taken from the Holy Qur'an . He uses Reason incertain crucial issues like proving the Existence of the AL mighty Allah and how he exists through his creation – Human beings there are different in their understanding of Religion too . Finally , AL Kindi stands for the idea that human beings are different in their knowledge of All aspects and the Reason behind that returns to AL mighty ALah through some natural factors like stars and how they affect the climate on earth such as heat , coldness and moderate weather , these climate changes affect human beings . Too in terms of their ability of knowledge that is why people who live in moderate regions are move able to think meditate , and know better than those who live in other region . As a result , AlKindi classifies human beings in to four groups :
1- Prophets 2- Divine philosophers whe have Sufism tendency .
3- Religious man . 4- Ordinary people .
