The phenomenon of bilingualism is one of the most important characteristics of multilingual societies. This study is concerned with code mixing and code switching that take place among Assyrian children at pre-school level. The results of the study indicate that these children code-mix their mother language (Neo-Aramaic) with their native language ( Arabic) when interacting with their non-Assyrian playmates both on the phonological level and the semantic level. They also code-switch across utterances.
The results of the study comply with similar results obtained from studies conducted in multilingual societies in which children show linguistic ability in differentiating two language systems at an early age.
The study concludes by stating that the close similarity between Neo-Aramaic and Arabic (as they descend from one ancestor which is the Semitic language) could be a factor that makes this phenomenon widespread among the bilingual children.

This research is concern in study and diagnostic patterns charging speech which is mentioned in the holy verses. At the beinning the research follows the meaning of the word (commitment ) and its part (language , literal ) as it mentioned at Arabic dictionaries books and language science.
In addition to meaning in doctrine in use of the old and modern resources.
Commitment speech mentioned in the holy Quran as two aspects:
1- Order speech : includes " order subject " with its actual parts which mean the asking in order and formula "do" is the order enter , and some past verbs or present in passive or active voice as written and (dictated) and (imposed).
2- Non do speech : includes the restrain subject with its actual parts which mentioned leave forbid and the formula " don’t do " , restoration " La" with the presents verbs like (dispossess, scatter) and there is a non direct restoration , or what is called " the included restoration" and specialized when there is a mention to consequences at of the doing or the verse which include the threat , frightened.

So that the rejoint of the condition in several cases the least one of which was that the verb of condition & its answer are asserted two present verbs & other cases between nominal & verbal sentences its verb is the command verb or verb followed to non asserted (No) or command (for) with our suggestion to cancel that in compliance with view of linguistists & grammar specialists as the conditional verb in verb little of sentences with (If) conjucted with (No) in (if not) as the answer of condition in deleted in few sentences as shown in previous sentences except in case of its differentiate it rather than others by the abundance of deleting conditional answer with so that it is deleted in Forty Five positions .

My research is about AL-Quran AL-Kareem language and from my study I found many points the most important one are:
There is a relationship between some verbs and the nouns of other verbs which have the same pronounceation or other form of similarity. As example in Aet AL-Inbat which include the variation between taking and giving.
Other example is soratTaha. The verbAked which is one of the helping verb which may loss its meaning if not use certain method which include appearance of the meaning instead of disappearance.So the important book which is AL-Quran use certain pronounceation to give it’s idea and aim and not only the normal speech.
In Aet AL-nisaa we found other method or language which isthe use of if close to get the meaning.So we found two groups of people the first group who get the acceptation of our Gad because they do everything good and right and leaves everything false or bad , so the people who do what AL-Anbea wantwho sent by our Gad to advise the human body to get AL-Gena.
In sorat unis there is an afex added before the verb which is in present simple form which is Lam AL-talel, it is not only give the cause of the verb but also refer to our future after death to be clear that we will get the result of our work during our live after death.

This paper deals with and Islamic guide Sheikh Muhammad Hussein Al-Naieny's attitude towards the Constitutionary revolution in Iran, which lasts from 1909-1911. This revolution caused a huge change in the political and social life, especially when it called for restricting the Shah's authorities in the time when Iran entered a conflict between tradition and modernity. The constitutional revolution was one of the consequences of that conflict. The revolution encountered violent reactions not only in Iran, but also in Al-Najaf Al-Ashraf. When a debate on the revolution started, it divided Al-Mujtahideen into two sects: opponents or supporters. This division led to the appearance of two contradictory schools. Therefore, dangerous trends guided. the nation to be on one side against the other.
The Islamic guide AL-Naieny supported the constitution; he was one of the major staff members of Al-ulama who supported the constitution. He called for canceling religion and political autocracy. His thoughts agitated Shi'et clergymen to enter the political life, asking the colonial countries to withdraw from the colonies.
The constitutionary revolution led by Al-Naieny started to reconcile between Islamic principles and the progressive European societies in all walks of life. At that time, the Islamic countries retreated. This was achieved through establishing the principles of a modern State, built on the connection between civilization and parliament. Al-Naieny introduced the principle of political constitutionary practice through an Islamic point of view.
His book "Tanbih al-Ummah wa Tanzih al-Milla" was considered the highest level of political speculation to the conditioned Persian constitutionary revolution. It was a book in Islamic political Fiqih. The book includes audacious opinions about the freedom of press, general opinion and women education. The ideas in the book presented by a Shi'et faqih, in the field of political and government, especially when he talked about power by the kings, were consistent. That was against Islamic principles. Al-Naieny referred to terrorism and the Islamic government. He also considered the constitutionary revolution as a substitute for Al-Fiqih or Al-Ma'som State.
Despite this, the book caused clamor between clergymen and educators inside and outside Persia. Therefore, al-Naieny's thoughts are distinguished from the others by the nature of the trend and the practical attitude he followed. He left a new scientific trend in the field of government and politics especially that related to religion.

Tawoos Bin Kisan was one of followers scholars and one of their masters, which is still the country of Yemen celebrates them and is proud of when they are mentioned. He grew up in the love of Islam and sacrifice for his principles, took of asceticism and pious way to him, embodied the life of the companions (may Allah be pleased with them) and how they were of faith and piety and good deeds. He was best known among scholars of his time with intelligence, wit and a great talent to learn the Hadith (tradition) and its narration , and of high efficiency in comprehension of forensic science and language. He was the intention of those who know and shelter of the perplexed and science students and disciples, so they call him the peacock (Tawoos) of scientists and scholars.
The community issues and people concerns have set up the most important key factors to which Tawoos had devoted his life to defense. He was sincere tone, a strong argument, honest did not fear of God to anybody as long. So, go to modify the incorrect trends in his career by guiding advice and guidance to all Muslims, especially the Umayyad caliphs and governors or criticize their reckless policy of injustice and oppression, did not care about results as much as interested in saying the right word in the face of unjust sultan, and defend the interests and the rights of the Muslims. His life was really a loud cry against injustice and tyranny, as he sought to activate the role of scientists in political and social life, to establish ethical principles in the society, and spread out justice and equality among Muslims in general for their happiness and their future.

This diseases spreads as epidemic waves through emigration and travel . poor environments and people of low living levels attract the factors of the disease as the level of cleanlinessand hygienic consciousness get down.
The present research aims at studying the spatial distribution of cholera hn the city of basra to find out a specific pattern occurring because of some factors of danger predominant throughout the place.

This Study Aims Competence Evaluation Of Faw city Master Plan through analysis of the master plan map and detection about planning type whose accredit in construction the city .
it's also aims take on the Public Participation_ one of regional planning goals _ it's role in planning policies delineation and development direction in the areas and settlements .
The paper concludes that planner didn't take Public Participation when they preparation master plan.
the study also concludes there are many problems in geographical distribution land use specially in the city Services land uses. geographical distribution.

Extracted information transmission channels accompanied human existence as in the beginning preliminary form and use as is available at that time and developed mental and intellectual development of mankind and surpassed traditional stage to stage the most evolved and electronic information transmission channels multiplied by, and this research describes those channels and usefulness to beneficiaries in the transfer of information.

This study has been prepared to deal with the groups of electronic libraries , their creations , their developments , their churacties , their advantages as well as the basic functions to establish this type of libraries which are also opened to internet and the future trends . this research has got same of the results and recommendations .

This study aims to identify, the reality of a secondary schools libraries in the district of Abu-AlKhasib in terms of buildings, furnishers and staffing the library collect budget and all other services. Provide sering methods which have been used and qustionaier as a tools of collation information's, in addition of inter view and abservation.
The result of my study show that the buildings were not designed as a suitable structure of schools library and lacks for specialized stuff in information science and libraries, there were a short fall in the lib-collection from the numerical and quality which were not equal with existence number of the students.
This study results are commendatoes including the following.
1- Appointing staff specialized in information science libraries.
2- Providing with a suitable building and modern furniture's.
3- Providing with modern and appropriate equipment of a hard ware , especially computers and (connecting internet)
