The importance of the research lies in preparing (S. A. Q) exercises
by using weights and knowing its impact on development in some Biomotor
abilities, functional and shooting from jumping by handball players to
upgrade this game to the advanced level. The aim of the research is
preparing (S.A.Q.) exercises by using weights by handball players
identifying the differences between (pre and post) tests in investigated
variables by experimental and controlled groups of research identifying the
differences between (post) tests the researchers used experimental
curriculum, because of its suitability to the nature and the problem of the
research the community of the research has been selected by intentional
way from players of Sports Institute team - chamchamal for the year 2022 -
2023 (handball team) which they are 14 players, and 12 of them has been
chosen as the sample of the research so the rate of the sample is %58.17 of
all community, the sample divided randomly into two groups experimental
and controlled by lottery way (6) players, number of weekly training units
are (3) units per week as for total training units became (18) training units,
the curriculum contains 2 medium courses, each course contains 3 small
weekly training courses, the researchers reached to these conclusions
exercises in S.A.Q. way by using weights makes clear progress in biomotor
abilities, functional and shooting level by experimental group no
significant progression was shown for some of the variables studied ( sprint
30 m, Sargent jump) in posttests between controlled and experimental
group.

The current research aims to build a scale of social self-perception for first-stage students in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences.The researcher built a scale of social self-realization based on the theories that explained social self-perception.The sample of the scale was (130) students.The scale was applied to the students and the scientific bases were extracted from the validity of the statistical analysis of the items such as the validity of the content and the validity of the structure by adopting the method of discriminatory strength of the items, internal consistency and the validity of the factor analysis.As well as verifying the stability by the method of Cronbach's alpha coefficient.After conducting the factor analysis, the researcher reached the derivation of (7) factors with a number of(34) items distributed among the seven factors, and the

It was chosen from the (45) students of Division (A), and (5) students were excluded for not being committed to working hours. Thus, the final total of the experimental sample is (40) students who were distributed into two experimental groups, the first experimental group. The (training method) group, numbering (20) students, the second experimental group, the (programmed method) group, numbering (20) students, and the third group, the control group, (20) students from Division (C) were chosen randomly, as the number of members of this group reached ( 38) students were excluded (6) of them for not being committed to working hours, as

5786The research goal is to91-To identify the relationship between psychological hesitation and cognitive and skill achievement of first-stage female students in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Salahaddin University, Erbil.The researcher used a descriptive approach in the style of correlational studies. The research sample and society consisted of female students who learned to swim and the researcher used questionaries’ of psychological tension and cognitive achievement and conducted research tests for basic skills in free swimming.The researcher came to some results. Here are the most important ones:1. The results showed that there are significant differences between the mean and the hypothetical mean of the measure of psychological frequency and cognitive achievement among first-year female students in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Salahaddin University in Erbil.2. The data showed that there is a strong link between the psychological hesitation scale and some of the most basic swimming skills.The study came up with the following suggestions:1. The College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences should concentrate on developing psychological programs that will assist female students feel less anxious about freestyle swimming.2. The female instructors must continuously encourage the female students when they are taking swimming lessons.

The research aimed to prepare a mental alertness scale for young fencing players, prepare a psychological counseling approach based on mental alertness in fencing, and identify the impact of the psychological counseling program on mental alertness among fencing players, so that the researcher assumes that there are no statistically significant differences between the results of pre-and post-testsfor mental awakening among the research sample, and the experimental approach was adopted by designing one experimental group on a sample of young blinds players in fencing from young fencing clubs for the sports season (2022/2023) Their total number (67)players, all of whom train at the Fencing Sports Talent School, This sample was deliberately chosen in a procedural manner after the survey with the mental alertness scale for fencing players, as their number reached (9) fencers by (13.433%) of their original community, and the researcher also prepared this scale according to methodological procedures and statistical treatments to suit the privacy of the research and sampled, and then preparing the psychological counseling program based on mental alertness and experimental on the fencers specified for the experimental guidance group over a period of (6) consecutive weeks by one counseling session per week, as the experimentation began by applying the scale with pre-tests on Sunday (5/3/2023) and then the application of the sports psychological counseling program for the period from (7/3/2023) to (11/4/2023), and on Tuesday of each week, and the end of experimentation by applying the scale with post-tests on Sunday (16/4/2023),Then processing the results with the (SPSS) system to be the conclusions and applications that the mental alertness scale for fencing players is suitable for what was prepared for him and enjoys the foundations and scientific transactions of the psychometric measurement tool in sports psychology, and the preparation of the guidance program based on the development and improvement of mental alertness in fencing is suitable for young blind weapon players in the sport of fencing for young fencing clubs, and the application of the psychological counseling program helps in improving mental alertness among young blinds weapon players, and it is necessary to pay attention to counseling programs that are concerned with improving the level of Mental aspects in academic research in sports psychology because of their positive returns for players.

The objective of the researchThe research aims atbuilding the photographical memory test for the legal rules of arbitration signs in volleyball for forth stage students in colleges of physical education and sport sciences in iraq.The two researchers talked about the most important literary sources related to the subject of their research, as well as related studies and show the similarities and differences.The researcher had been used the descriptive method in the survey method and the standard levels, because it is the best and easiest method to reach the achievement of the research objectives. The research collection has been identified with fourth-stage students in the colleges of physical education and sport sciences in Iraq, they are around (1867) students according to registration statistics in each university, distributed among (18) ) colleges, and the sample was divided as follows: (43) students for the exploratory experiment, (312) students for the main experiment, and (465) students for the legalizing sample. By conducting the exploratory experiments, it was confirmed that the test is valid and its scientific characteristics (honesty, stability, and objectivity) were achieved, aswell as his or her ability to distinguish a sample of the research. Interactive agility training gains an advantage, which is the possibility of using these exercises to develop great strength and increase muscle hypertrophy, and interactive agility training, like any other exercise, is subject to sports training, where the progress is slow from simple to complex, from low intensity to medium intensity, then maximum intensity, as it is characterized by high intensity In its performance, therefore, the player must limit the necessary muscle strength, which allows him to perform well. The study aims to prepare interactive agility exercises and to identify the impact of these exercises in developing the physical and biomechanical capabilitiesof youth weightlifting players. The study aimed to prepare interactive agility exercises, and to identify the effect of Interactive agility exercises in the development of marital and individual support, moving within the circle, some physical and biomechanical variables, and the achievement of throwing weights for young people. The researcher used the experimental approach to suit the nature of the problem by designing one experimental group with a pre and post test. Their number is (6) players, and the sample represents (100%) of the research community, and the field research procedures included (physical abilities tests and measurement of biomechanical variables). These exercises were applied within the main section of the training unit and lasted from 45-50 minutes, by (2) One unit per week for a period of (8) weeks. In light of the results obtained by the researcher, the researchers concluded, and by analyzing and discussing the results of the research, that the interactive agility exercises had an impact on the development of physical capabilities, biomechanical variables, and achievement of the research sample through the results obtained. The results are an improvement in the special strength, launch variables, and linear velocity for some parts of the body. The researchers recommend the need to pay attention to diversifying the different training methods in the process of training and learning.

The current research aims.-To identify the correlation between multidimensional anxiety and self-esteem among female students participating in sports activities.The researcher used the descriptive method, Basel, while the survey and correlations are appropriate.The research community included secondary school students in Kirkuk participating in sports and scouting activities in 2022-2023 they are (100) students.
