Words are not mere linguistic signs used to name things. They are means by which human experiences are depicted. Stylistic analysis is nothing but a way to examine the language. Mahmoud Darwish is a distinguished poet who doesn`t fake unusual linguistic derivations or fails in pinpointing his expressions. Examining his words is the first step to decide between words and their meanings. This is the reason behind analyzing the (code) words which express the unconscious feelings and they are clearly expressed in the poetical works ( As farther as the flowers of almond or farthest).
These code words are peculiar stylistic products that, for each creative work have its own keys that are regarded as the entrance to the novelty of the work. This research aims at examining the code word; the main or pivot word that help us to fathom the special relations between the text and the author. It is a task of searching for the spirit of the poet through his language. Although we clarified that the statistical method of counting the number of words is not a helpful method in many texts; yet a part of this research allocated to the repetition factor and its impact on the code word ( repeating certain words can be considered as a symbol of the importance of these words and their presence in the poet`s conscious and unconscious mind and awareness and that’s why it cannot be hidden ).The research unveils the hidden aspects of such words because , in many examples, words can hide deeper meanings than what they show .
This research is a process of looking carefully between the lines, in search for the covered concepts and meanings and trying to know the reasons behind not expressing such meanings clearly and openly without barriers. In such cases, when the text hides the code word, it establishes a high and sophisticated level of poetics that are not easily penetrated, because the outside reveals something while the inside reveals another. The aim of this study is to know the effectiveness of implementing type (Wheatley) model the constructional model in the achievement of learning and the eighth basic class students attitude toward biology . the sample of study consisted of the eighth basic class students, in' Damascus' province. The number of these students was (70) students ,distributed on two classes: The first experimental class included (35) students taught by the implementation of type "Wheatley" the constructional. The second control group consisted of (35) students taught according to the ordinary classic methods .The researcher made an achievement test and an attitude test toward biology in order to evaluate the extent of benefitting from methods implemented in teaching each of the two classes. The study reached many results. The most important ones are :
1.The existence of difference with a statistic indication among the means of students grades of the two classes in favour of the experimental group at the indication level of (0,05) in the post –achievement test .
2. The existence of difference with a statistic indication among the means of students grades in the pre-test and post- test of the experimental group , in favour of the post – test at the indication level of (0,05), confirming the effectiveness of implementing the constructional "Wheatley" type in teaching biology to eighth basic class scientific section.
3. The existence of difference with a statistic indication among the means of students tendencies grades of both experimental group and criterion group , in favour of the experimental group taught according to the constructional "Wheatley" type and this confirms the effectiveness of "Wheatley " type increasing tendency toward biology ,at indication level of (0,05).
4. The existence of difference with a statistic indication among the means of students tendencies grades of experimental group in the pre-test and post- test , in favour of the post-test this confirms the effectiveness of "Wheatley " type increasing tendency toward biology ,at indication level of (0,05).

The topic of intelligence in general has been given a great interest by Scientists and educationalists , Thus ; they have to make it the core of their researches and studies . The linguistic intelligence is still one of the main issues in the field of teaching and it posses a great position in its study . But , the process of its specification and measuring for learners has been restricted to the testing of intelligence and the linguistic abilities especially at the early stage of learning , There fore , this study is considered one of the pioneer studies in this field . So , the measures of the four main linguistic skills ( listening , speaking , reading and writing ) and their sub and minor skills have been specified to be accessible for the teachers and researchers and to make them able to remedy the general weakness in the linguistic learning and diagnosing those who have limited linguistic intelligence from those who have high linguistic intelligence . The purpose of this is to remedy those who are suffering from a weakness in improving the linguistic skills and in turn , directing those who have high linguistic intelligence to get benefil from their intelligence in their learning and creative life .
The research aims at constructing a norm-measure for measuring the linguistic intelligence for the primary stage learners . The research is limited to the pupils of this stage for the academic year 2011 and to the main , sub and minor linguistic skills , The researcher has considered this measure the instrument of his research a sit is the most widely using one in discovering about properities and the most precise evaluation tool . After constructing this measure , it has been exposed to a jury member of ( 18 ) experts and the agreement ratio ( 80% ) of jury,s opinions on each item has been adopted .
The measure consists of four main skills . each skill contains sub skills and each sub skill includes many minor skills and as follows :
1- Reading skill consists of ( 4 ) sub skills . vocabulary interpretation
skill includes ( 7 ) minor skills . vocabulary analysis skill contains ( 4 ) sub-skills , understanding skill contains ( 11 ) sub skills and reading for study skill includes ( 10 ) sub-skill .
2- Writing skill contains ( 30 ) sub-skill .
3- Listening skill contains ( 6 ) sub-skills that are representative by skills that includes ( 16 ) minor skill,( classification skill ) that contains ( 3 ) minor skills and the ( special skills ) that includes (14 ) minor skills and (Listening evaluation skill ) that includes (5) minor skills and ( content validity judgment skill ) that consists of ( 4 ) minor skills and ( inductive thinking skill ) that includes only ( 2 ) minor skills .
4- Speaking skill that is representative by ( 18 ) sub-skill.

After tracking the sayings of AL-Hakim in the entire book (AL-Mustadrak) I was found it had been subjected to a large number of narrators wound and the amendment, Due to AL-Hakim prestigious scientific position , and the importance of his provisions for workers and researchers in the prophetic Sunnah, I decided to collecting his sayings to those who insinuate of narrators type wound , And arrange them alphabetically , And I will declare narrators by stated briefly the personal history of them, from book named (AL-Takreeb) by AL-Hafith Ibn Hajar ,then documenting by referral according to wound and amendment books , accredited revised books of the biographies narrators, that specializes in trustworthy narrators and weak ,

This study aims at illustrating the inimitability in the order of the verses and chapters of the Holly Qura'n and regards it as one of the phases of the inimitability in the Holly Qura'n at large. To achieve this goal, the researcher used the objective- deductive method and divided his research into abstract, introduction, two sections and the conclusion.
The study includes the concept of inimitability, its conditions, its parts and its phases in the Holly Qura'n in addition to the concept of harmony and the viewpoints of the scientist towards it. It also studies the concept of inimitability in the order of the verses and its parts with examples. It further studies inimitability in the harmony of the chapters of the Holly Book and its parts with examples. At the end, the reader will find the most important conclusions that the research came out with.

The psychological Distress has become amajor factor in the lives of most indevduals . The psychological Distress problem could be adiffecult issue when it gets bigger and dealing with it would be harder when no clear results appear . That why it is important that people would be able to recognize the reasons behind it and know how to deal with it . This desease has effects on psychological and physical state of indeviduals .
The present research is aiming to define the following :
Psychological Distress in the university students.*
* Differences in psychological distress according to thegender ( male – female ) .
* Differences in psychological distress according to the academic specialization ( scientific – humane ) .
The present research has been limited to the students of the Baghdad University for the academic year (2010-2011) for male and female students .in both specializations (scientific and humane ) and in the normal day studies exclusively .
For fulfilling the goals of research , The researcher has boilt psychological distress scale , for the purpose of achieving the imdications of validity and reliability .
The researcher has applied them on the main sample of the research that included (500) (male and female) students in the Baghdad University for the academic year (2010-2011).
The following results were found after analyzing the date by the suitable statistical means :
* Psychological Distress in the sample is found as low .
* There is asignificant difference of between male and female in psychological distress and in favour of females.
* There is no significant difference in psychological distress on basis of the academic specialization (scientific – humane ) .
According to the results of the research , the researcher has submitted the suitable vecommendaction and suggestions .

This present research aims to identify the attitude of the students of Teachers Training Institute toward the laboratory work. The sample of the research consists of (120) students of the(first ، second ، third) stages for the teachers Training institute (Diyala).It uses the scale who prepared by (zaitoon)which consists of (30) items، (17) are positive، and(13) are negative، and to verify its validity, it was shown to juri members, and to verify it reliability, it was done by half - spilt method.The result of research demonstrated decline the attitude level at the students of teachers training institute towards the latoratory work.

Since 2005, the researcher has been teaching English literature in the English Department of the College of Languages at the University of Sulaimani. The researcher has always faced problems with the students especially in the exams because their style of writing is very poor and they make lots of grammatical mistakes. The students, at the department of English Language, study English literature for four years but they cannot get benefit from it to increase their knowledge in English language because they do not know that one of the purposes behind studying literature is to help them improve their language skills and they do not know how to use literature to achieve this aim. The purpose of the paper is to teach students how to acquire language through a systematic study of the linguistic elements in the literary texts and how language can be employed to achieve various goals. To accomplish the aims of the study, students are introduced to stylistic analysis since stylistics is the study of the language of literature.
The research is based on a questionnaire carried out in the English Department of the School of Languages at the University of Sulaimani and the fourth year students participated in it. The students were asked only two questions related to the aims of the research. They were asked whether they got benefit from literature to improve their language skills or not and whether language learners should study literature or not.
The paper is apparently divided into two parts. In the first part, the answers of the students are examined to find out the students’ views regarding acquiring language through literature and the necessity of spending a long time reading and studying literary texts for foreign learners of English. The second segment is devoted to teaching students how to acquire language through studying literature and how to use language more effectively and how to make certain meanings. To achieve these goals, students are introduced to the stylistic analysis and some examples are investigated from a stylistic point of view to teach students how to acquire language through literature and how to use the same information in their daily activities

He also had contributions in history which were mentioned in his book Al-Jalees Al-salih AL- shafi and Al-Anees Al-Nasih Al-Kafi). He lived during the reign of several caliphs and princes who were an power in baghdad, therefore, it can be mentioned that this research includes the biography of our scholar in details and opinions of the scholars concerning him besides his most important works and his teachers and his students.
