In this paper, the solutions of Frobenius equation are investigated in the large Mathieu groups M22 and M23 where n is a positive integer, and are conjugacy classes. Furthermore, three algorithms in GAP system are provided to compute the number of solutions and solutions itself (if exists) for this equation.

In this paper, we set up the general operator , and then we find some of its operator identities that will be used to generalize some well-known -identities, such as Cauchy identity, Heine’s transformation formula and the -Pfaff-Saalschütz summation formula. By giving special values to the parameters in the obtained identities, some new results are achieved and/or others are recovered.

Perturbation iteration algorithm (PIA) is used to solve Jeffery Hamel flow problem of non-Newtonian fluid which is Casson fluid (JHFCF) to simplify a suitable transformation of similarities that applied to obtain a non- linear ordinary differential equation. The resulting equation is solved by PIA and numerically using fourth order Runge Kutta (RK4). Both solutions are compared by the variance of the parameter method (VPM) in order to check the efficacy of the provided (PIA) approach. For both diverging and converging channels, the influences of the parameters are demonstrated by graphical simulation.

In this paper, a simulation of the electrical performance for Pentacene-based top-contact bottom-gate (TCBG) Organic Field-Effect Transistors (OFET) model with Polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) and silicon nitride (Si3N4) as gate dielectrics was studied. The effects of gate dielectrics thickness on the device performance were investigated. The thickness of the two gate dielectric materials was in the range of 100-200nm to maintain a large current density and stable performance. MATLAB simulation demonstrated for model simulation results in terms of output and transfer characteristics for drain current and the transconductance. The layer thickness of 200nm may result in gate leakage current points to the requirement of optimizing the thickness of different layers for better performance.

A number of new heterocyclic compounds derived from vanillin dimer chalcones were prepared by Claisen–Schmidt condensation using a microwave as a heat source and a base medium as a catalyst. The structures and suggestion mechanisms of reaction of the new products were attributed to elementary and spectroscopic analysis. Additionally, the in vitro anticancer compounds activity of (Z1, Z2, Z3, Z7, Z8 and Z9) and all of them showed high inhibition efficiency except (Z2) were evaluated with a human breast cancer cell line (Cal51), and compared with standard anticancer drugs, according standard MTT assay. The synthesized heterocyclic compounds were characterized based on their chemical properties and spectroscopic data (FTIR, 1H NMR, 13C MNR and CHN-S).

Thioureas or thiourea derivatives as organosulfur compounds are one of the most widely used ligands in different applications as we are going to discuss it extensively such as in coordination chemistry by involving them to rich sources of N, O and S atoms coordinating through S atom, S and O atoms in benzoyl derivatives or S, O and N atoms in pyridyl hetrocylic benzoyl derivatives. These hard and soft donor sites facilitate the bonding between thiourea free ligand and metal ion through one or more to make ligands behave as mono, bi or multidentate ligands to form huge and stable series of the metal complexes. The tautomerism (thiol↔thione) inside the thiourea derivatives is responsible on their flexibility which make them easy capable to coordinate in different modes. Thiourea derivatives and their metal complexes are known in biological area by possess them antibacterial, antifungal, antimalarial, antitubercular, antithyroid and insecticidal activity features. Thioureas used as vital reagent to separate metal ions, catalyst to synthesize organic compounds or as starting material to form different hetrocyclic compounds. The wide range applications of thioureas and their metal complexes has motivated specialized researchers to search new applications for these compounds and to create a novel derivatives. The goal of this article is to present historical survey of thioureas and their metal complexes focusing on: firstly, the development of their synthetic routes by explore reactants, products, catalysis and the conditions of reactions. Secondly: investigation of the geometrical shapes of the produced complexes are reviewed as well as to the coordinated sites with metal centers. Lastly, the electrochemical manners have been lighted by employing cyclic voltammetry (CV) to study the electrochemical behavior of free ligands and their complexes to confirm the oxidation state of the metal ion in its complexes.
