ABSTRACT
The Asha'ri theological school is one of the most important and
popular intellectual and ideological Islamic schools on both the scientific
and public levels. The school utilized "logic" in its reasoning of Islamic
creed, combined between reason and transcription, and was adept at the art
of argumentation and how to deduce facts and assert them. A brief
explanation of the school's methodology will be discussed in the following
pages.

Speed reading is a mental program for reading and it is a t used to improve one's ability to read quickly. It was developed in the 20th echniquecentury.
There are many specialized institutes that hold academic courses and give lectures for learning such program. It consists of sequential intellectual steps and skills acquired by training and exercising that lead to increase the speed of reading, precise understanding and comprehension.
The present study deals with the Islamic laws and concepts related to speed of reading as well as slow reading (that is the intentional reduction in the speed of reading, carried out to increase comprehension or pleasure). Personal opinions and attitudes taken by scientists of slow recitation (of the Koran) and righteous ancestors concerning the speed of reading are also presented. The study shows the most important bases and techniques of speed reading in comparison with Islamic laws and concepts related to recitation of the Koran with regard to speediness and slowness. The study presents some ancestors who followed speed reading technique in the Islamic history.
The results of study shows the contemporary styles and skills of speed reading and how they can be applied in recitation of the Koran, and their impacts on understanding, comprehension and meditation in the Holy Koran.

I began to define the bug in the first subject with the people of the language and the people of the talk, and then I spoke in the second section on the positions of scientists of the bug and the extent of their impact, was in three demands, the first showed the doctrine of the initiators of all kinds and there is no such thing as a non - The second requirement is to clarify the doctrine of those who say that this kind of ills is to be established and expanded with the negation of any negative impact on them in the hadeeth. The mayor has the right to talk about trustworthy people, and it is not harmful to him. I ended this subject with the third and final requirement to show through it (B) the proof of proving such a kind of ills, but with proof that it has an effect within the limits of what has occurred .

What is considered as predominant is closely related with usul al– fiqh in particular the disagreement concept where it is of the important rules. Scholars point out this within the conditions of disagreement concept to be used as a reference for the judicial rules derived from Quran and Sunna. The current study examines the relation between the juridical relation between disagreement concept and What is considered as predominant where some applied juridical models are dealt with in dictating that the second concept is in an agreement with other concepts as indicated by the majority of the scholars.

This research called (The especial events between the publican and private one in the principles ) treating to the positions of the principles from that events this is for the side of the pronamse and its forms who carried on the especial on puplicone , While from the passed of the role which are remined in the especial events to whom who did not fived the role .
This study also have the different faith giadances in addifian of discussed and then the distinguished between them .

Since his Creation , man needs food , dwellings and other needs to sustion life. Therefore , there has been mutual relation among members of society developed through , historical stages till taking the current form . In order to prevent disputes among individuals while dealing with each other , the current study is focusing on price difference and its impact on selling contract , as one of the main reasons for such disputes. . The study consists of an introduction , two sections and a conclusion Reasons for selecting this topic is dealt with in the introduction . Section one deals with the meanings of difference , selling and price Section two is focusing on impact of difference in case there is an evidence or not and in case price is spoilt . It also deals with contract in case the two parts differ.

This research consists of three sections:
The first one deals with the biography of Dr.Hashim AL-Malah .
The second one about his scientific and leadership activities .
The third one talks about his method in writing biography.

The unique characteristics of Arabic, particularly the linguistic ones, made it able to keep up with the new concepts and to generate words through subjugating it to the Arabic morphology. Among these characteristics are preserving the general concepts. Each concept needs a sentence or sentences to explain it clearly. These terms are necessary for language to perform its function without repeating an expression or redundancy in sentences and structures .This is one of the reasons of simplifications in Arabic
Al-Muthanayat (Double inflected words) and Al-Muthalathat (Triple inflected Words refer to a phenomenon that has been known for the researches in linguistic fields, especially in lexicography, so what is the origin of these two terms? How have they been get their established use?
Structurally speaking, they are passive particles derived from a triliteral verb with a doubled letter. Technically speaking, this matter is related to the agreement among the scholars. If the technical terms should be formed according to the agreement of the scholars i.e. by a deliberate act, so the linguistic terms are formed in the same way but their utterances and styles are subject to the linguistic development rules. One of the many factors that affect the linguistic development is the linguistic environment since utterances have original references that develop by time. There are many terms, such as Al-Muthanayat (Double inflected words) and Al-Muthalathat (Triple inflected Words) that have come to existence without being known for their forms yet their general meaning has already been mentioned in books.
It has been decided to study one of these phenomena as it is mentioned by Al-Nasafy(died 537 A.H)- may Allah have mercy on him. This study aims at explaining the reference of jurisprudential other utterances in a study entitled Al-Muthanayat (Double inflected words) and Al-Muthalathat (Triple inflected Words) : A study of the Term and the Content.
The study consists of two sections, a preliminary and a conclusion. Section one tackles Al-Muthanayat (Double inflected words) and section two deals Al-Muthalathat (Triple inflected Words).

The present study deals with  Al-znburya mater- comparative
study deals with one of the grammatical issues which was the subject of
most famous grammatical debates in Arabic between the two great Imam
scholars of grammar ,sybawyh ,Imam of the Basrah school , and Alkesaey Imam of the Al-kufa school , and one of the seven famous reders
of the Holy Quran ,many false and untrue things ,which has no origin ,was
added with this debates ,this research sheds light on the truth of this issue
and the grammatical balance in the opinion of Al- Basrah school and
Al-kufa school and the story created for insulting sybawyh and made him
angry?
the study consists of an introduction , two sections and conclusion, The
introduction deals with the importance of the subject ,the first section
deals with the Imam sybawyh his name , incestors , growth, teachers
,students, his achievements ,and Imam Al-kesaey his name , ancestors ,
growth, teachers ,studeats, his achievements, and also talk about compete
between Al- Basrah school and Al-kufa school.
the second section deals with the differently matters and judge the
reality of the story available or net, and the research end with conclusion .

This paper deals with political conditions in Al-sham land during the Fifth Century A.D Eleventh century A.D. which is characterized by political coflicts that result from the absence of central authority So,it has been divided in to Northern part which has been under rule of Al-Salajiga the Southern part under the ruleof Al-Fataameen ,while the middl part undr the native leaderships and religious groups.

For all these condition ,and because of the need for a story leadership that can tackle thes circumslan and stands external forces ,From here the paper seds light on showing thes circumstances and the needed leader :Imad Al-deen zanki ,the founder of Al-Sankian family in Mosulin the year 521A.H ,1127 A.B .who has moved toward Al-sham land to and the conflict and establishing united Islamic forehead holding the mottoof Al-jihad against the invasions and then ,his son : Noor-Al-Deen zanki who follows his father,s path.
