Embracing digital technological advancements in media and communication has led government entities to adopt communication practices fully aligned with the digital and networked system in government communication. Traditional media practices within the government environment increasingly rely on the ability to utilize digital tools and systems for content creation, communication, evaluation, and the management of the entire communication process within an electronic and intelligent framework for government services. Naturally, this transformation has caught the attention of communication and public relations researchers worldwide, as the digital and networked aspects of government communication now form an intellectual and theoretical dimension that cannot be underestimated in studying government communication practices.

This research examines the future of television work in light of the challenges posed by artificial intelligence (AI). The study aims to explore the impact of AI on the form and content of television messages and identify areas where AI can be employed in television production. This study adopts a future-oriented exploratory approach, utilizing survey methodology. As the research focuses on foresight, the researcher gathers the opinions of AI experts and media specialists through in-depth interviews to obtain data and insights. The researcher selected 30 experts, with 15 experts in AI and 15 experts in media. The study reveals several findings, including the potential use of machine learning, deep learning, and natural language generation techniques in media work. AI aids television broadcasters in detecting fake news, generating news stories, and improving the quality of broadcasting and transmission. However, significant challenges arise when integrating AI technologies into television, such as the need for a specialized professional and programmatic workforce in the field of information technology.

The objective of this study is to ascertain the pivotal role of headlines in captivating viewers' attention toward news bulletins. Additionally, it aims to explore the factors that contribute to the correlation between headlines and the public's acceptance or rejection of the meticulously crafted news articles presented through these bulletins. The study delves into the mechanisms employed in writing and editing headlines, focusing on their style, expert composition, and intriguing nature. These factors inevitably influence the level of acceptance and engagement of the viewership with the news articles disseminated via the news bulletins. Employing a descriptive methodology, the researcher distributed 200 questionnaires to examine and delve into the thoughts and inclinations of the public regarding the subject matter. The study yielded a collection of noteworthy findings, including the significant interest displayed by the audience in following the primary headlines of news bulletins. The headline emerges as a pivotal element that entices the audience, compelling them to remain tuned in to the news bulletins. Notably, the audience's interest in news headlines is profoundly impacted by their formulation and composition, employing an enticing and captivating style mastered by the journalists.

This research investigates the engagement of the Iraqi audience with ethnographic programs and their impact on knowledge enhancement and intellectual perspectives. A questionnaire consisting of closed-ended questions was designed and administered to a purposive sample of 400 participants who exclusively follow ethnographic programs and documentary channels. The data were transcribed and subjected to statistical analysis using the SPSS software to ensure reliability and test hypotheses. The findings revealed that Al Jazeera Documentary Channel had the highest viewership percentage among respondents for ethnographic programs, while DW (Deutsche Welle) had the lowest viewership percentage. This suggests that Al Jazeera Documentary Channel effectively caters to the interests and cognitive motivations of the audience.

This research investigates the impact of Iraqi politicians' utilization of Twitter as an interactive media tool to communicate their positions and perspectives on political events. Twitter has become a significant platform for dialogue and interactive discussions. The survey method, specifically the descriptive approach, was employed to answer research questions and achieve objectives. A sample of 100 Iraqi Twitter users was selected, considering demographic variables such as gender, age, and educational background, during the period from September 15 to October 1, 2022.

This research examines how Al-Sabah newspaper addressed violations of women’s rights in Iraq. Using content analysis, a sample of 157 articles published from July 1, 2021, to December 31, 2021, was analyzed. The study reveals diverse journalistic treatments, with interpretive approaches employed in addressing violations of Iraqi women’s rights. Social violations of women’s rights were the primary focus, and various forms of newspaper articles, including opinion pieces, were commonly used.

This study examines the news values employed by regional news agencies in the selection and dissemination of news concerning Iraqi affairs. Content analysis was conducted on a purposive sample of 596 news articles sourced from official websites of news agencies, including Iraqi, Turkish, and Iranian agencies. The research aims to identify the underlying criteria used by these agencies in determining news suitability for publication.

This research aims to investigate the extent to which the Iraqi audience relies on interactive television programs as a source of information regarding national issues and their resulting impacts. It seeks to identify the types and nature of attitudes developed among the public towards national issues through these programs and determine the prominent topics and issues highlighted to the audience. The researcher employed a field survey as the primary research method, employing a questionnaire for data collection along with scientific observation and the Likert three-point scale to measure attitudes. The study was guided by the media dependency theory. A sample of 520 questionnaires was distributed to residents in Baghdad province using a multi-stage cluster and purposive sampling approach. The study yielded several notable findings, including:
1. The sample participants exhibited a high level of interest in following national issues on satellite channels, with %98.4 indicating their engagement.
2. Cognitive motives and goals, such as understanding and guidance, ranked as the most significant motivations for relying on satellite channels as a source of information on national issues.
