There are some controversial studies that associate Helicobacter pylori infection with autoimmune thyroid disease (AITD). The study aimed to evaluate the effect of H. pylori infection on the development of thyroid diseases, so the study was carried out on 90 patients (male and female) with thyroid disorders, and 50 healthy individuals as a control group. Venous blood samples were drawn from all participants, and serum was obtained after centrifugation and kept in labeled Eppendorf tubes then stored at -20°C till used in biochemical and immunological assays including estimation of anti-H. pylori IgG and Anti-cag-A IgG titer by ELISA method, while assessment of Tri-iodothyronine (T3), tetra iodothyroixine (T4), and thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH) by (e601 Cobas) automated immunoassay analyzer. The result recorded a significant decrease in TSH concentration (P < 0.05) in the hyperthyroidism group and a significant increase in TSH concentration (P < 0.05) in hypothyroidism patients whereas the concentration of T4 and T3 recorded a significant increase (P < 0.05) in hyperthyroidism group while a significant decrease in T4 and T3 concentrations (P < 0.05) occur in hypothyroidism patients when compared with control (Euthyroidism) group. On the other hand, there is a significant increase (p <0.05)in the titer of H.pylori IgG and the titer of anti-cag IgG in both females and males of hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism groups in comparison to control Euthyroidism group. The highest prevalence of H.pylori IgG positive ( 74.5%) occurs hypothyroidism group followed by (71.4%) for hyperthyroidism patients while (56%) occurs in the control group (Euthyroidism).
In conclusion, our findings indicated that H.pylori infection is more susceptible in thyroid disorder patients, and anti –Helicobacter pylori IgG antibodies distribution among hypothyroidism is greater than in other groups.

The recently used the technology of biologically producing gold particles, although not much is known about it, its effect on the plant and its development, the extent of the plant’s ability to withdraw it from the growth medium, the mechanism of its transfer to the plant and its sedimentation within it, the percentages of its accumulation and its sizes, and how it affects the plant positively or negatively. The current study aimed to reveal Gold (Au) particles in the mycelium of Fusarium oxysporum, isolated from the soil of the fields of the Agricultural Technical College, Mosul, as well as in the vegetative parts of the Indian and wild variety of mustard plant. At a concentration of 6 ml and a size of 20.90 nm. As for the two cultivars of the mustard plant, 0.2% gold particles were found in it, while the leaves of the wild variety did not have precipitation of particles, and the particle size ranged from 20.90-776.73 nm. Particles were detected using a scanning electron microscopy (SEM) technique and an EDX meter.

The docking studies have been used to predict the protein drugs. Utilizing the molecular operating environment (MOE) software,parameterization and docking simulations for medicines with receptors were performed. Thirty drugs might theoretically bind with the COVID- 19 protein on a receptor (PDB ID: 6wzo). To identify a potential anti- COVID molecule, several drugs have been virtually examined. The medicines have bound with the covid-19 protein at the molecular level (6wzo).

The syndrome of Severe Acute Respiratory corona virus 2 (SARS-CoV-2),which was the main reason for corona infection during 2019 (called Covid-19).The study aimed to assess thebacterial co-infection prevalence among (50) diagnosed COVID-19 hospitalizedpatients, with complete accurate physical examination, The main specimen needed was the sputum that taken from admitted patients in the care wards and respiratory concentrated unite (RCU) during The period from December 2021 to February 2022. The bacteria which was isolated were further diagnosed using Vitek 2 analyzer system in the Private Hospital / Hawler.city / Iraq . Result: the old agegroup and those with underlying clinical disease such ashypertension (48%), diabetes (20%), chronic disease (26%), and cancer (6%) are mainly leading to become more complicated critical illnesses. The main strong relation of increased CRP (98%), D-Dimer (84%), lymphopenia (72%), ferritin (88%) level and the poor clinical results with the degree severity of the disease.Conclusion: secondary bacterial infection is more common in COVID-19patients and resulted to highly significant morbidity and mortality

Chronic Kidney disease (CKD) alone may result in dyslipidemia due to disruption of lipids metabolism. Hyperglycemia and insulin resistance may exacerbate dyslipidemia in diabetic patients with CKD. Patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus bear a disproportionately high burden of cardiovascular disease , the primary global origin of morbidity and mortality, with the proportion of CVD attributed to diabetes rising in the general population . A significant microvascular consequence of diabetes is diabetic retinopathy (DR). among developed countries, it is the most frequent cause of blindness among people of working age. The most prevalent neuropathy, diabetic neuropathy, has a variety of clinical symptoms connected with it. After the age of 50, it typically occurs, and people with long-term diabetes mellitus are more likely to experience it. However, macrovascular pathogenesis is also involved. It begins with microvascular damage to the tiny blood arteries that nourish the nerves. The aim of writing this article is that the imbalance of fats and their high concentrations in the human body of a patient with type 2 diabetes generates many complications, which over time are dangerous complications that threaten the life of a diabetic patient and lead to his death if these complications are not controlled because the high levels of sugar and fat in the human body It plays an important role in the development of the patient's condition.
