The electronic domain is a new form of power which enables its user to use in the international relations in a way that garentees his interests and national security. It also makes him one of the main actors in the competative and conflicting community of nations, especially this domain is knoweledge that is not accessable except for the one who controlles it.

This research studies the political system of United Arab Emirates, according to its evolution and composition. It also studies its federal system, and the form of political institutions composing this system which are the executive, legislative, and judicial authorities. It tries to evaluate the federal experience in UAE, taking into considerations its positive and negative points, answering the question whether this experience reached the level of federal maturity after the death of its leader Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan A'l Nhyan whose great leadership played a great role in the development of UAE.
As federalism is an ideology before it can be a practice, we may ask if there is a parallelism between ideology and practice of federalism in UAE, especially there is a state of instability in Arab Gulf region, which may affect UAE entity in the future in case that the Arab Gulf faces the wave of the Arabian change.

The crimes of genocide are considered a new term in the international community as it appeared precisly after the second world war when Nuremberg trails principles mentioned for the first time that killing, genocide, slavery, and exile, are international crimes because they are against humanity.
Moreover, the research shows how the crimes of genocide became an important case in the international law because they relate to human life from childhood till elderliness.
The research concludes that international are the most dangerous crimes because they touche human’s freedom, rights, and humanity.

This research deals with the role of the neo-conservatives in the United States who support Israel, since they have an influential presence and role in the American society. Moreover, because they have an effective role in the governmental institutions, especially the administration of President George W. Bush, they were able to achieve what they couldn't achieve during other administrations. Therefore, they have employed religion to support Israel which finally serves their objectives and interests.
