This study was conducted to explain the effect of the pomegranate peel and its isolated tannins and flavonoids from it against the oxidative stress induced by hydrogen peroxide in the local male rabbits. Isolation of tannins and flavonoids from pomegranate peel were carried out. The study design included five groups (6 rabbits for each): positive control group C+, with standard pellet diet; negative control group C- was given hydrogen peroxide with water at a 0.5% concentration for four weeks; group1 (G1) orally administrated daily dose 300 mg/kg/day of pomegranate peel crude for four weeks; group 2 (G2) orally administrated daily dose 300 mg/kg/day of isolated tannins extract for four weeks; group 3 (G3) orally administrated daily dose 300 mg/kg/day of isolated flavonoids extract for four weeks, also, G1, G2 and G3 were given hydrogen peroxide with water at a 0.5% concentration for four weeks. The results showed a significant increase in the glutathione level and a significant decrease in the Malone dialdehyde level in the groups dosed with the extracts compared with the negative control group, and an improvement in liver enzymes was observed in the groups dosed with the extracts through the significant decrease compared to the negative control group. As well as in kidney function through the significant decrease in the levels of urea, creatinine and uric acid in the groups dosed with extracts compared with the negative control group.

The study included 96 serum sample for evaluate the level of asprosin in polycystic ovary syndrome-PCOS collected frome Infertility center in AL-Batol teaching hospital for women and child in Diyala from the period between 15/9/2019 to 1/12/2019. Sixty serum sample were taken from patients with PCOS and twenty-eight serum sample from healthy women serum sample from healthy women as control group aged between 17 to 40 year. level of asprosin, glucose, sex hormone (luteinizing hormone-LH, follicle stimulating hormone - FSH and prolactin) in patients group with PCOS and control group. The results showed a significant decrease in the level of probability (P ≤0.05) in the level of the asprosin in the group of infected patients compared to the control group, and a significant increase in the level of glucose at the level of probability (P≤0.05) in the patient group compared to the control group, and a non-significant decrease in the level of the follicle stimulating hormone, while a significant increase was noted at the level of probability (P ≤0.05) in the level of prolactin and luteinizing hormone in women with PCOS. The results showed a significant positive correlation between the asprosin and the luteinizing hormone in control group.

The study aimed peptide apelin with thyroid diseases in both sexes injured thyroid disease in Samarra city, 90 serum samples, 60 for unisex with thyroid diseases (30 for hyperthyroidism, 30 for hypothyroidism and 30 for euthyroidism gland) with age ranging (45-60) years, and samples for healthy unisex as a control a group in Samarra general hospital. A significant Height in serum the patients T3 and T4 its decline in hyperthyroidism group compare with hypo, healthy group, were the level of TSH significantly increased in sera for total hypothyroidism gland, as decline compare with the hyperthyroidism and control group. A significant height in level concentration ( MDA) levels for patients hypothyroidism and little height in patents hyperthyroidism, but level GSH significant in decrease more in patients hypothyroidism and a significant lower in patients hyperthyroidism a group.

This study conducted on 60 patients males their ages ranged between37-79 years diagnosed as heart disease patients in Samara general hospital in Samarra city for the period between 1/10/2019 to 29/12/2019 compared to 30 apparently healthy person as a control group. Serum spexin was significantly lower (P≤ 0.05) in patients (6.82±1.07) compared to control (88.9±11.0) pg/ml. Serum resistin was significantly higher (P ≤ 0.05) in patients (161.5±12.4) compared to control (66.4±11.6) ng/ml .Total cholesterol, TG, LDL-c was significantly higher (P≤ 0.05) in patients (222.0±66.7), (239.6±13.7), (185.9±16.3 ( compared to control (111.4±33.2), (117.6±22.7), (123.8±8.2 ( mg/dl serum HDL-C was significantly lower(p<0.05) in patients (11.01±3.21mg\dl) compared to control (37.3±16.7mg\dl).

The research includes preparation of sulfa amide derivatives containing amines and evaluating their biological efficacy. The compounds prepared are sulfa amides. Some of them were diagnosed by means of IR, 1H-NMR NMR-13C techniques, and they assessed the biological effectiveness of the compounds. The measurement was done on the basis of measuring the diameter of inhibition caused by bacterial isolates on the agricultural environment and showed high inhibition of some compounds, some of which were few against bacteria. One of the compounds showed great activity against E.coli with an inhibition radius of 18 mm while the other compound showed efficacy against E.coli and S. aureues. Inhibition radii of 17 and 7 mm, respectively. Another compound showed activity against S. pneumonia with an inhibition radius of 8 mm. Others, however, did not show efficacy against S. pneumonia and S. pyogenes.

Providing clean water all over the world at low cost to meet human needs is a big challenge in the current century. As the world strives to keep pace with the increasing demand for clean water as quickly as possible due to the permanent increase in population density and the deterioration of the state of water and its quality in addition to climate changes. The requirement for developing technological innovations incorporated water managing can't be exaggerated. As reached by previous researchers, nanotechnology possesses vast capabilities to improve water treatment and purify it from organic and inorganic pollutants through the safe use of unconventional water sources. This review covers the methods that have been examined both laboratory and commercially in purifying and treating water. This research provides a discussion of the used methods, advantages and their limitations and also covers a study of nanomaterials used as photocatalysts, whether manufactured or under study. This is done by studying and reviewing the chemical and physical properties of these nanomaterials and their applications in treating water pollution.

The experiment was conducted in the greenhouse of the Department of Life Sciences - College of Education - University of Samarra in the spring season of 2019 to study the efficiency of using magnetized water and chemical fertilizers in the growth and production of chickpeas (Cicer arietinum L.). Three tubes surrounded by locally manufactured magnets were used in the study. Different overflows were (0.2,0.15,0.1) Tesla stressed in magnetizing the water. Chemical fertilizer was added as a treatment to the soil by 100 kg -1 in planting lines. The quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the root and vegetable group were measured, plant productivity, protein content and nutrient content in the shoot system and in plant seeds. Chickpeas irrigated with treated water and these characteristics were measured before and after chemical fertilization. The results showed a significant effect of chemical fertilization on plant height and number of pods, and an increase in dry vegetative weight amounted to 49% when fertilizing alone and 257% when fertilizing with magnetization, and the seeds gave a significant increase after fertilization alone, reaching 5.5% and giving 4.2% after the intervention Between compost and magnetization, the results gave an increase in the total yield of 6% after fertilization and 65% after interfering with magnetization, and the protein content in seeds reached 8.7% after fertilization and 52% after magnetic treatment. The magnetic treatment of irrigation water also affected the nutrients in plants and seeds, and the results recorded a significant increase in nitrogen and phosphorus and an increase in calcium and potassium compared to the control treatment.

This experiment was conducted in the laboratories of the College of Life Sciences - University of Samarra to demonstrate the evaluation of the effectiveness of two types of plant extracts, including Punica grananatum leaves and lancifolius Conocarpus, in killing the third and fourth larval ages of T. absoluta after 24, 48 and 72 hours of treatment. The study was conducted under laboratory conditions at a temperature of 5 ± 25 and a relative humidity of 5 ± 70%, and four concentrations of plant extracts were tested (0.25, 0.50, 0.75 , 1)%, as the pomegranate leaf extract significantly exceeded the extract Conocarp, it reached the highest percentage of killing For the third and fourth larval ages (86.7, 73.3)%, respectively, at a concentration of 1% after 72 hours of treatment, and the lowest killing percentage was (11.7 and 13.3)%, respectively, at a concentration of 0.25% after 24 hours of treatment. Conocarpus leaf extract followed an extract Pomegranate leaves, as the highest killing rates for the third and fourth larval ages were (73.3 and 46.7)%, respectively at a concentration of 1% after 72 hours of treatment, and the lowest killing rates for the third and fourth larval ages were (16.7, 6.7)% respectively at a concentration of 0.25% 24 hours after the transaction.

This study done to investigate the pathohistological lesions in the liver of white mice infected with Aspergillus fumigatus by two main procedures: intraperitoneal injection, nasal implantation and an oral attempt to treat them with the antifungal AmB and the Trametes sp.The result show that A.fumigatus led to the occurrence of tissue changes represented by the occurrence of degeneration necrosis of hepatocytes hemorrhage large infiltration of inflammatory cells and separation of lining endothelial cells of central vein, While liver of groups of mice that infected with A.fumigatus and treated with the antifungal AmB and the Trametes sp it showed improvement as degeneration and necrosis of number of hepatocytes. Pycknotic nuclei, enlargement number of Kupffer cells, expansion of some blood sinuses, another histological sections showed the semi normal liver tissue.

A field experiments was conducted in autumn season 2019 in a field in of Sabtiyah / Diyala.The aim of experiment to study effect of supplemental nutrition of nitrogen in some growth characters. Spraying 4 concentrations of N (0،2000،1000،3000) mg. L-1 and addition to soil 3 levels of N (0،100،200) Kg.h-1. The results showed that foliar spraying superior in more characters than addition to soil, the suitable was 3000 mg N.L-1 in 50% anthesis, 50% silking , and leave area. It in order to 55.568 day, 61.067 day and 53.609 dm2 respectively. While using was 2000 mg N.L-1 caused increased in plant height and number of leaves, it in order to 190.916 cm and 14.614 leaf. As well the results showed that superior addition of N to soil was 200 Kg.h-1 in all characters compared with 100 Kg.h-1, it caused increased In 50% anthesis , 50% silking, plant height , number of leaves and leave area , it in order to 56.088 day ,60.662 day, 189.377 cm,14.543 leaf and 49.742 dm2. The interaction was significant effect in all traits compared with control.

The current study was conducted the west of the Tigris river in the Abbasiyya and Raqqa regions in the Samarra city / Iraq, for the period from July 2018 to June 2019. The studied species differed in the regression coefficient values (b) for the logarithmic relationship between the total length and total weight which ranged between Luciobarbus Xanthopterus 0.26 and Leuciscus vorax 3.91, also it was The Arabibarbus grypus, Planiliza abu and Cyprinus carpio indicate growth symmetry value (b) 3.07, 3.08 and 3.08 respectively in the first station, while in the second station the regression coefficient values (b) ranged from 2.22 in Planiliza abu and 3.35 in Tilapia zillii,while in C. macrostomum, Carassius auratus, Carasobarbus luteus, C. nasus, and Cyprinion kais were all indicating growth symmetry which recorded the (b) values 3.01, 3.02, 3.04, 3.06 and 3.09 respectively. the case factor (K) values were ranged between 0.69 - 2.03 in the Cyprinus carpio and the Leuciscus vorax respectively in the first station, while in the second station, the values of (K) showed 0.21 - 2.11 in Mastacembelus mastacembelus and in Tilapia zillii respectively .

In recent decades, image encryption has been a popular and important field of research. The image encryption techniques have been studied thoroughly to ensure the safety of digital images on transmission through the networks. A large range of algorithms for chaotic-based cryptographic systems has been suggested and submitted to enhance the efficiency of the encryption methods. The chaotic map is one technique to guarantee security. The benefits of chaotic image encryption include the fact that it is simple to implement; it has a faster encryption speed, and it is powerful against attacks. Due to their extreme sensitivity to initial conditions, unpredictability, and random-like behaviours, many image encryption systems using chaotic maps have been proposed. This study paper presents a scientific review of many types of researches over a decade (2010-2020) that has been used chaotic with its various types (one-dimensional, multi-dimensional, or hyper-chaotic) to process the digital images in the encryption stage or the scrambling phase. Furthermore, it presents a future reading of researches that has a wider role in developing the cryptography field by improving the efficiency of Algorithms where using a chaotic map with other methods gives better results than using chaotic alone in scrambling and encryption methods.

We discuss in this studying, one of the type of synchronization technique, that called Pecora & Carroll (PC), and applying this method on one of type Chua circuit, which have nonlinear part from type attraction – repulsion. The case synchronization is succeeded in the circuit, when we sent the variable X1, in addition to, the parameter of coupling system is match, but, when the parameter became mismatched we notice case non synchronization or called quasi- synchronization. The synchronization is Completely hidden when we tried sent the variable X2, in both cases matched & mismatched parameter. The adaptive control method was tested on the chaotic circuit, this method succeed after time t=5sec.
