The Qur'anic discourse was characterized by its perfection and moderation, which dazzled minds and hearts, and it was one of the pillars of its miraculousness. This is a comprehensive and complete harmony between its branches, because it emanates from Allah, the world with these souls and its creator and the knowledge of what works. The Qur'anic discourse was distinguished by observing the abilities of the mental, sensory and emotional guests. This statement was in the pages of the research and was one of the most important features of justice, tolerance, compassion and other great characteristics that characterized it, as this speech has goals and elements and general features and methods varied and we have returned to the book of God to prove and prove all, and we have taken an example applied to the diversity of methods The Qur'anic discourse, and the excellence of justice and tolerance, through the da'wa of Yunus (peace be upon him) to his people divided the methods of the Koranic discourse to the emotional, sensory and mental discourse, indicating the importance of diversity and balance in the advocacy discourse of the advocate who follows the approach of the Koran in his da'wa to God. The mission of the preachers after the prophets is to empower the religion of God in the earth, and guide the creation to the Creator, and it will be only on the approach of the Holy Quran and his way of guiding people to the path of good and happiness in this world and the hereafter, will not succeed calling to God only to derive from the pureest and most beautiful methods of the da'wa and speech The Holy Quran is the book of Allah which ﴿ لَا يَأْتِيهِ الْبَاطِلُ مِنْ بَيْنِ يَدَيْهِ وَلَا مِنْ خَلْفِهِ تَنْزِيلٌ مِنْ حَكِيمٍ حَمِيدٍ ﴾ ( )، "No falsehood can approach it from before or behind it: It is sent down by One Full of Wisdom, Worthy of all Praise”, and will be able to succeed only if he followed the approach of our Prophet, the best prayer and completed the delivery, my effort is in the service of the Holy Quran First then in The service of the preachers to Allah Secondly, for the sake of Islam and its people, and I have written to the book of God, and from it to the books of the da'wa and preachers to God, after the piety and the superiority of their virtue and a great sense of usefulness. It is the effort of the mind to seek the satisfaction of Allah on a day that does not benefit money and sons only God came with a healthy heart and another Let us praise God the Lord of the Worlds and prayers and peace on the master of the messengers and his family and his good companions.

Prophetic story is considered one of the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) kinds, it represents one of the wisdom's adobes, it is derived from the Prophetic eloquence niche, that overcame every human statement with its subject, and its performance style and its intends and purposes. It is true is its structure, it is real in showing the events showed by the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) without decoration, but it is a type of the real manifestation, unique in its structure, eloquent in its items, and it is considered a type of invitation and calling for good deeds. When we talk about the story in the Prophetic statement, we talk about a means of invitation applied by the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) in education and guidance.
Scenic story in Hadith was used as a stylistic way to serve, explain and approximating the similar to minds, so the comprehensive feature between the two similar sides was stronger in the similar than the identical one, besides diagnosing the sensible presentation of the mental image, which excites a type of certainty for the receiver, also giving him the real ability to excite his emotions.
Mentioning Hadith as a story with linguistic and eloquent context spreads life in the comparative image and gives it vitality and increases its inspirations, where we did not obtain a complex comparative images but we obtained a beau and simple structure. Also this style is considered a type of education, it prompts the spirit to good and virtue, and keeps it from wrongdoing in the same time. It educates mind on the right thinking and the sound logic measurement.
So, the story tries to make the receiver to ask the thing or keeping away from it, or trending it or disliking it.

Baptism For Sabe and Christian has an imposition on its followers and it does not exchide any one of them , but it has imposced this even on the one that he breathes his last breaths . It do so to purify the sonl and release it from sins has gotten during life or to talce a permission to the new born sowl to receive sa be teaching . whereas Christian thinks that as a kind of purification for soul from what it has received during life , so as to engage with the Christian beliefe . During the comparision study for baptism for Christian and sabe belief , it has been demonstrafed that there is abig difference between them , excludeing from this the using of water for baptism for both . sabe has imposed the flowing of water this pur pose , on the contrary with the Christian be life , and both of them has a greed to dressing white dress
that indicates purification in both religions .

The Islamic belief is essential of the religion and all acts and the virtues. It is the source of good morals when it is true from evil, defect and deformation. so we must emphasize importance role and responsibility of belief teacher in connected to our students and influence the intellectual and fiducial to our students
The teacher is the basis and axis in the process of learning and education
The prophet Muhammad peace and blessings be upon sent a teacher for people .God has chosen prophets teachers and mentors to virtues and the consolidation of belief of the faith .if we look to qualities of prophets and their characteristics ,we found their a high degree of perfection and set a good example and high standing, for a teacher of the Islamic belief to follow the example of every virtue have a real effect in the hearts of his students. The importance of this study I devoted most important
foundation which are characterized by a teacher from the other to be a good example in the education belief of Monotheism.
In this study my plan was on two part, the first in the importance of the Islamic belief and what is? And its role in human life and society, the second ,covers the most important intellectual levels of the Islamic belief teacher that are center of this study , in which I stated that the importance of the balance between the past and the present to the teacher of the Islamic belief and establish the concept of creativity and diligence and emphasis on the modern systematic style ,in delivering information with the exploitation of the students rush of knowledge to construction scientifically and cognitively which keep him of the intolerance and intellectual stagnation.
Then I concluded this research on the most important results by emphasizing the role of the teacher in the center learning process of the Islamic belief.

This research deals with the realization of a manuscript in Islamic jurisprudence in general and specifically in Hanafi Jurisprudence and is given the title: Kashful Mu’odhil fiman ‘Adhul. This manuscript is ascribed to the scholar, sheikh Asan bin Ammar Al- Shrinbilali Alhanafi Alwafa’ii. The sheikh wrote it to answer a question in a case related to Wilaya (guardianship) in civil affairs; when the father prevents his young daughter from marriage, is the grandfather allowed to let her marry? Or even the uncle, the judge or his deputy? The sheikh answered this question and he mentioned the opinions of the
scholars with the evidence.
This manuscript, worth attention considering its age, its scientific content, the rarity of its versions and the reputation of its author who was called the sheikh of Al-Azhar and its shining star, the one who is well known for his useful classification and comments, and -to the best of my knowledge- it hasn’t been published before. Hence, I paid it a due effort according to the sedate bases of scientific realization to serve students of jurisprudence, so I scrutinized the text and documented it, I documented the Qur’anic verses, defined the terms, gave biography of prominent people, gave introduction by studying the life of the author, confirmed his kinship and clarified the methodology that I
followed in its realization.

This research one of the important researches in the field of jurisprudence, where we highlight a valuable manuscript addresses many of the jurisprudential issues that concern the subject of zakaah, Especially in the present time, we need urgent attention to such matters and the research for Zakaah should be about the legitimacy and wisdom and types of funds that must give as Zakaah and the amounts that come out of it and the parties that are given to it and the rule of abstention from it and God Almighty imposed Zakaah, The Holy Quran referred to a kind of wisdom that gathered in its hypothesis, He said to his Messenger (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him): “Take charity from their wealth, in order that they are thereby cleansed and purified, and pray for them; “ Al-Tawba(103) , And the giving of zakaah is a benefit for who pay and who take, and in it is the double wisdom of cleansing and affirmation, and the clear Sunnah of the Prophet revealed the difference between dealing with money with Allaah and dealing with money with people. This is what we say to the nations that live according to the tax laws imposed by man on man and God bless our master Muhammad and his companions All together.

Mosul society become under terrorism . this report studies alcohol and drugs for the people . from this study a man who drinks all his memories vanish. If the alcohol is forbidden in this way a men is responsible for every duties of Islam. The drinking is in charge of every duties to this man

The Al Darak guarantee means the commitment of the seller by himself or by paying the item sold to the buyer when it is due and then extracted and delivered to the person who deserves it. Therefore this guarantee is a guarantee for the price of the sold item for the buyer who deserves to receive the sold item which is held by the buyer and so the latter has the right to demand the amount the seller received and the seller or his guarantor is committed to pay this amount to the buyer. This guarantee is a contract that is initiated by the agreement of the guarantor, who is the seller, or another person and the buyer who is guaranteed to him. This contract is valid when there are appropriate terms in the contract including the guarantor's complete legal eligibility as well as the guaranteed person's discrimination eligibility, as it is a useful legal behavior. This type of guarantee is considered legitimate in the prophetic tradition and there is Islamic scholars' consensus concerning it in terms of the financial transactions because it is a guarantee of the buyer's right and it may be given as a guarantee of the seller's right in the case of the deferred sale when he receives a fake or forged amount of money. The law to into consideration the guarantee of the buyer's right without the right of the seller. The Al Darak guarantee is initiated when we have the general polars of the contract, and it becomes valid when having certain terms including the validity of the guaranteed debt, the contract should also be complete (valid), the price of the item sold should be specified (known) for the guarantor and the reason for the guarantee should exist which is the due payment of the sold item from the hand of the
buyer. Finally the research was concluded by a conclusion that manifests the findings and the recommendations.

Sharia Objectives between Theory and Application in Self-preservation
The legitimate objectives are one of Sharia Law techniques and one of its sciences. It has been well taken care of on writing, recording, foundation and classification levels especially nowadays. Undoubtedly, Sharia objectives are the objectives of the Noble Quran which are considered the core of the objectives of Sunnah of the prophet Muhammad (peace of Allah be upon him). No objectives are considered legal except those of the Noble Quran and Sunnah.
Many scholars take in finding out the objectives implied in the Quran and explaining it in the right way as many rules, that all Muslims have to follow, will be derived from these explanations.
Efforts have been put to highlight this science and put criteria, standards, and conditions of it and the pioneer in this science is the Imam Al-Shaatibi who studied this subject carefully before putting its standards.
Because of its importance, especially it helps to bring out the Sharia objectives which is vitally important to highlight at this time where suspicions have increased and that is why this subject is chosen to study.
The study consists of two parts: theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part, in its turn, includes four parts that of:
1- The definition of Sharia objectives,
2- The classification of Sharia objectives according to power of impact.
3- Position of Sharia objectives.
4- The benefits implied in each objective.
While the practical part includes:
1- Applicable examples from Sunnah.
2- Applicable examples from the companions of the Prophet era.
3- Applicable examples from jurisprudential faith.
4- Applicable examples from modern (Islamic) legal opinions.

The book of Damascus city history considered, as a scintific encyclopeadia about syria regein, the first and second volums delt with history of the prophet era also the islamic conguer to syria Ibn_Assaqer in his book depended on many of soures that from them .
Mohamed ibn Aith AL_DimashQi author of invasions, who considered syrian historian wrot about prophet biography (kitabu AL Magazi ) , that it has not arrived to us until now. Ibn Aith does not different on other about his work about prophet era and the orthodox caliphat in the method , however, he kept to us the beginning of the islamic invasiong to syria sinces the prophet era until completed the invasion in Omer ibn AL _Khatab regime .

This research aims at knowing the engagement of teaching strategies in the view of systematic input to help the students at college of Islamic sciences acquire jurisprudential concepts.
The study conducted on sample of 54 students divided into two groups: the first group (empirical group) consists of 26 students in class A whereas students have been taught by using teaching strategies in the view of systematic input and the second group consists of 28 students by using ordinary strategies.
The researcher prepared a test, which comprises 30 multiple choices questions to measure the jurisprudential concepts students have. The results addressed statistically by using T-test and Kuder Richardson Formula.The findings refers to differences with statistical indication at level (0.05) between the two groups in acquiring jurisprudential concepts and the results was in favor of empirical group.
In the light of the results of this study, the researcher provides her recommendations and suggestions to be taken into consideration for further studies in the future.
