Journal Scope

Al-Anbar Medical Journal (AMJ) publishes a wide range of high-quality articles that reflect recent advances in both clinical medicine and basic biomedical sciences. The journal welcomes contributions from diverse medical and scientific disciplines, including but not limited to:

Clinical Medicine: Internal medicine, pediatrics, general surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, urology, otolaryngology, ophthalmology, dermatology, hematology, oral and maxillofacial surgery, and other clinical specialties.
Basic Biomedical Sciences: Pharmacology, biochemistry, parasitology, infectious diseases, microbiology, virology, immunology, epidemiology, chemotherapy, community medicine, public health, and related fields.

AMJ publishes various article types, including original research, review articles, case reports, editorials, images in clinical practice, and letters to the editor. The journal has a broad readership, with wide circulation among clinicians, researchers, and biomedical scientists in Iraq and neighboring countries.
