About the Journal
Description
Bulletin of the Iraq Natural History Museum is a refereed biannual scientific journal issued by Iraq Natural History Research Center and Museum, University of Baghdad, which founded in 1961, scientific open access journal, publishing original articles and case reports (short communications) in the natural history sciences.
This journal is published two times per year (Biannual) and publishes 12- 20 articles in each issue, according to the priority of manuscript acceptance. The variation in research areas for each issue is considered.
The financial support of the Bulletin of the Iraq Natural History Museum comes from the publication fees paid by authors only.

Journal Scope
This Bulletin publishes two issues per year peer-reviewed online and print journal, which publishes original papers and short communications in the subjects: Natural history of Biology (Animals, Plants and Fungi), Systematics, Biodiversity, Wildlife Sciences, Comparative Anatomy of Wildlife Animals, Wildlife Ecology, Ecosystems, Natural Resources and Geology that includes: Paleontology, Rocks, Minerals, Geomorphology, Geoparks and Geodiversity.
The Bulletin of the Iraq Natural History Museum journal can also consider a special issue as a special matter for the conference.

No article can be published unless accompanied by a signed copyright agreement, which transfers the copyright from the author to the journal. By signing this agreement, authors grant that all copyrights of the paper are transferred to the Bulletin of Iraq Natural History Museum .
As an open journal, the Bulletin of Iraq Natural History meuseum does not charge authors, readers, or institutions to download any publications from the journal website. The journal uses the CC BY license (a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International license). With this license, authors are able to retain control of the rights to their works. However, this license allows any user to download, print, extract, reuse, archive, and distribute the article as long as the authors and the original work\'s source are properly credited. The license guarantees that the article will be made as publicly accessible as feasible and that it can be incorporated into any scientific repository.
