Abstract

Livestock in Iraq was considered one of the most important pillars of the national wealth, as it generated huge profits for its farmers, and Iraq was the main source of supplying the Arab countries and some eastern countries with live animals and other products, and that a large part of the products such as: wool, leather and intestines were exported outside Iraq, and the duration of the history of veterinary medicine in Iraq was seven decades, starting from 1921 to 1990, which is an important period in the history of modern Iraq in terms of political, social and economic terms.

Abstract

عُدّت الثروة الحيوانية في العراق من أهم أركان الثروة القومية, إذ كانت تدر أرباحاً طائلة على مربيها من الفلاحين, وكان العراق المصدّر الرئيسي لتموين البلاد العربية وبعض بلاد الشرق بالحيوانات الحية وسائر منتجاتها, وإن قسم كبير من المنتجات مثل: الأصواف والجلود والأمعاء كانت تصدر خارج العراق, وكانت مدة تاريخ الطب البيطري في العراق سبعة عقود بدأت من عام ١٩٢١ إلى ١٩٩٠, وهي مدة مهمة من تاريخ العراق الحديث من الناحية السياسية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية.

The effect of climate fluctuation on animal biodiversity in Al-Muthanna Governorate for the period (1988-2017)

Abstract

Climate fluctuations are one of the most important and dangerous challenges facing the residents of Al-Muthanna Governorate, as a result of the direct effects these changes cause in threatening animal biodiversity (wild animals, birds, insects). The research aims to study the reality of climatic fluctuations in Al-Muthanna Governorate, to identify the extent of its impact on The animal diversity necessary for livelihoods in it. The governorate includes a variety of animals. Work has been done to analyze the most volatile climatic elements, by drawing time series at a rate of five years for each, and tracking the trend line for each element of the climate in terms of rise or fall and compare it with the annual average. for these items, according to the data of the climatic Samawah station during the study period (1988-2017) and for a period of thirty years, and as a result of analyzing the study period and dividing it into short periods according to the fluctuations that emerged in the graphs of the climatic elements, all climatic elements in the study area witnessed clear climatic fluctuations from a period of to another for their general annual averages. Despite the short duration of the study, most of the changes that occurred in climatic elements due to their deviation from their averages were during the last years of the study period, and this corresponds to the severity of climate change that the world is witnessing at the same time. The study concluded that climatic fluctuations led to the emergence of new species of scorpions that have the ability to adapt to rising temperatures. Also, about (11) species of mammals and (4) species of reptiles are also threatened with extinction, and animals from the environment of the study area became extinct with a number of (7) species, as these animals were exposed to the risk of hunting as a result of searching for food habitats away from areas of temperature High temperatures resulting from changing climatic conditions, as the rise in temperatures and the accompanying increase in the evaporation process, low humidity and the spread of desertification threaten the existence of biological diversity in the governorate

Abstract

تعد التذبذبات المناخية من اهم وأخطر التحديات التي تواجه سكان محافظة المثنى ، نتيجة ما تسببه هذه التغيرات من اثار مباشرة في تهديد التنوع الاحيائي الحيواني ( الحيوانات البرية ، الطيور ، الحشرات ) ، يهدف البحث لدراسة واقع التقلبات المناخية في محافظة المثنى ، للتعرف على مدى تأثيره في التنوع الحيواني الضروري لسبل العيش فيها ، تضم المحافظة مجاميع متنوعة من الحيوانات ، وجرى العمل على تحليل العناصر المناخية الأكثر تذبذباً ، من خلال رسم سلاسل زمنية بمعدل خمس سنوات لكل منها ، وتتبع خط الاتجاه لكل عنصر من عناصر المناخ من حيث الارتفاع او الهبوط ومقارنته بالمتوسط السنوي لهذه العناصر ، وفقاً لبيانات محطـة انواء السمـاوة المناخيـة خلال مدة الدراسة ( 1988- 2017 ) ولمدة ثلاثين سنة ، ونتيجة تحليل مدة الدراسة وتقسيمها الى مدد قصيرة وفقاً للتذبذبات التي برزت في الرسوم البيانية للعناصر المناخية ، شهدت جميع العناصر المناخية في منطقة الدراسة شهدت تقلبات مناخية واضحة من مدة لأخرى عن متوسطاتها السنوية العامة . رغم قصر مدة الدراسة ، إلا أن اغلب التغيرات التي حدثت في العناصر المناخية بسبب انحرافها عن متوسطاتها ، كانت خلال السنوات الأخيرة من مدة الدراسة ، وهذا يتوافق مع شدة تغير المناخ الذي يشهده العالم في الوقت ذاته . وتوصلت الدراسة الى ان التذبذبات المناخية أدت الى ظهور أنواع جديدة من العقارب التي لها القدرة على التكيف مع الارتفاع في درجات الحرارة . كما أن نحو (11) نوعاً من اللبـائن و(4) أنواع من الزواحف مهددة ايضاً بخطر الانقراض ، كما انقرضت حيوانات من بيئة منطقة الدراسة بعدد ( 7) انواع ، حيث تعرضت هذه الحيوانات لخطر الصيد نتيجة البحث عن موائل غذائية بعيدا عن مناطق درجات الحرارة المرتفعة الناتجة عن تغير الظروف المناخية ، اذ ان الارتفاع في درجات الحرارة وما يصاحبها من زيادة في عملية التبخر وانخفاض الرطوبة وانتشار التصحر يهدد وجود التنوع البيولوجي في المحافظة .

Abstract

The research aims to clarify the role of the role model of the teacher, who is considered the second educator after the family in the educational hierarchical roles, and he has the most luck in building the human personality and influencing it negatively or positively. The research was divided into an introduction, two chapters and a conclusion, the first topic was about role models in the Holy Qur’an, and the second was about role models in the Sunnah and among the Ahl al-Bayt, peace be upon them. They adopt the ideas that they invoke, and they invoke in their actions, and that the heavenly books, the last of which is the Holy Qur’an, all call for mercy, justice, righteousness, charity and non-aggression against others. requester.
The researcher recommended that today a great responsibility falls on the educational institution to develop curricula that call for humanity and moderation, reject extremism and extremism, and assign teachers to educate generations to move forward towards the salvation of humanity from destructive ideas, which are now threatening human existence in all its locations, sects and sects, and standing in the way of science. يهدف البحث إلى بيان دور المدرس القدوة الذي يُعَدُّ المربي الثاني بعد الأسرة في الأدوار التراتبية التربوية، وذو الحظ الأوفر في بناء شخصية الإنسان والتأثير فيها سلباً أو إيجاباً، فكلنا تعلمنا أشياءً كثيرةً في حياتنا الدراسية، وبعض المدرسين كانوا لنا قدوةً حسنةً في القيم العليا التي يسمو بها الإنسان، ويتميز بها عن غيره ويشار له بالبنان، وخص الباحث بالذكر مُدَرّسِي التربية الإسلامية أو علم الأخلاق إذا كان يُدَرَّس منفصلاً، لما لهذين التخصصين من علاقةٍ وثيقةٍ بالتربية والسلوك، خاصةً في هذا الزمن الذي ظهرت فيه التيارات الفكرية المنحرفة عن طريق الدين السماوي بشرائعه المختلفة، والمنحرفة عن طريق الإنسانية التي يدعو لها كل العقلاء الذين أنصفوا عقولهم، بغض النظر عن الدين وتعدد رسالاته السماوية.
يتضمن البحثُ تمهيداً ومبحثين وخاتمة، تناولنا في المبحث الأول القدوة في القرآن الكريم، وأما المبحث الثاني فقد تطرقنا فيه إلى القدوة في السنة وعند أهل البيت (عليهم السلام)، وقد أظهرت نتائج البحث مدى تأثير المدرس القدوة في طلابه ومريديه، وتثقيفهم حول كيفية الابتعاد عن المنحرفين الذين يعيثون في الأرض فساداً من خلال تعليمهم بعض النصوص الدينية التي يحتجون بها، ويتذرعون من خلالها في أعمالهم التي يقومون بها، وأنَّ الكتب السماوية وآخرها القرآن الكريم كلها تدعو إلى الرحمة والعدل والبر والإحسان وعدم الاعتداء على الآخرين، ومن هنا يبرز الدور المهم الذي يؤديه المدرس القدوة في إيصال الفكر الصحيح والبنَّاء إلى الطالب.
وأوصى الباحث بأن تضطلع اليوم المؤسسة التعليمية بمسؤوليتها في وضع المناهج التي تدعو إلى الإنسانية والاعتدال ونبذ التطرف والغلو وتكليف المدرسين في تثقيف الأجيال للسير قدماً نحو خلاص الإنسانية من الأفكار الهدامة، التي باتت تهدد الوجود الإنساني بكل مواقعه وطوائفه وملله، وتقف عائقاً أمام العلم والتكنلوجيا وخدمة البشرية، من خلال الرجوع إلى النصوص الدينية في القرآن والسنة النبوية وأحاديث أهل البيت (عليهم السلام)، التي تحمل بين طياتها مكارم الأخلاق والأسوة الحسنة التي يُقتدى بها.

يهدف البحث إلى إبراز أثر العوامل الحجاجيّة في توجيه خطاب المنتج نحو وجهة حجاجيّة معيّنة؛ لإقناع المتلقي بالنتيجة التي يريدها، وتحقيق الهدف من إنتاج الخطاب، وتثير إشكاليّة البحث تساؤلات عدّة أهمّها: كيف تؤثّر العناصر اللغويّة في دعم حجّة المحاجج، وتدفع المتلقّي للإذعان، والاقتناع بالخطاب.

Abstract

Due to the economic crises that Iraq went through through the economic blockade and the subsequent US occupation in 2003, which left an imprint on the lives of low-income individuals, it was negatively reflected in the displacement of the southern governorates towards the capital, Baghdad, in search of job opportunities to meet the requirements of life. Due to the limited income of individuals and the high rates of unemployment, the so-called “shadow economy” or “hidden economy” has spread in the city of Baghdad, especially in the center of Rusafa, which is the investment of the surrounding environment with the simplest ways of living for poor families, which fall below or below the poverty line.
The shadow economy is represented by the spread of fixed or mobile vehicles on road sidewalks or in front of shops selling popular foods and juices to reap petty profits, knowing that these activities are not included in the state’s tax account, if the number of vehicles (kiosks) in the Rusafa Center (159). The research included selecting samples from the kiosks amounting to (24) samples for the two seasons of July and January of foods and milk that are most likely to be sold and demanded by citizens to buy them, represented by (falafel, beans, labbi, pastries, sweets, dairy). The summer samples had the highest levels of lead contamination recorded, especially in pastries and sweets, which each recorded (35, 31) mg/kg, respectively, due to their longer exposure to lead contamination. / kg respectively. The decrease in lead rates is due to the high purchasing power of the citizens, which leads to a shorter period of exposure to pollution by car exhaust. A questionnaire was distributed to citizens coming to buy from the kiosks, which amounted to (154), in addition to praising the danger of lead pollution in the light of the statistical data of the Ministry of Health, as well as the interest of the Ministry of Environment and the Municipality of Baghdad in this issue, as the laws and penalties issued against violators were referred to by The owners of the kiosks in the Rusafa Center and their geographical location and the legal effects issued against them.

Abstract

نظرا للازمات الاقتصادية الذي مر به العراق لاسيما بعد الاحتلال الامريكي للعراق عام 2003م ،مما ترك بصمة على حياة الافراد ذات الدخل المحدود،انعكس سلبا في نزوح المحافظات الجنوبية تجاه العاصمة بغداد بحثا عن فرص العمل لسد متطلبات الحياة .
نظرا لمحدودية دخل الافراد وارتفاع نسب البطالة فقد تفشت في مدينة بغداد مايطلق عليه مصطلح (اقتصاد الظل) لاسيما في مركز الرصافة وهو استثمار البيئة المحيطة بابسط طرق العيش للعوائل المتعففه والتي تندرج تحت مستوى خط الفقر او ادنى منه. اذ تمثل اقتصاد الظل بانتشار ( الاكشاك ) الثابته او المتحركة على ارصفة الطرق او امام المحلات التجارية لبيع الماكولات الشعبية والعصائر لجني الارباح الزهيدة ، علما بان هذه الانشطة لاتدخل ضمن الحساب الضريبي للدولة ، اذا بلغت عدد الاكشاك في مركز الرصافة ( 159).
اذ تضمن البحث باختيار عينات من الاكشاك بلغت (24) عينة لفصلي تموز وكانون الثاني من الماكولات والالبان الاكثرعرضة للبيع واقبالا من قبل المواطنين على شرائها تمثلت بكل من ( الفلافل ، الباقلاء ، الحمص ، المعجنات ، الحلويات ، الالبان ).وتم التوصل في ضوء النتائج المختبرية بان عينات فصل الصيف كانت الاعلى تسجيلات لمستويات التلوث بالرصاص لاسيما في المعجنات والحلويات التي سجلت كل منهما (35، 31) ملغم /كغم على التوالي نظرا لبقائها لمدة اطول تعرضا للتلوث بالرصاص.واقلها كان لعينات الباقلاء والفلافل لفصل الشتاء مسجلا (4 ، 5 ) ملغم /كغم على التوالي ويعود انخفاض نسب الرصاص الى ارتفاع القدرة الشرائية لهذه الماكولات من قبل المواطنين مما تتعرض الى مدة اقل للنلوث بعوادم السيارات .تم توزيع استمارة استبانة على المواطنين المقبلين على كثرة الشراء من الاكشاك بلغت (154)استمارة ، فضلا عن الاشادة بخطورة التلوث بالرصاص في ضوء البيانات الاحصائية لوزارة الصحة ، فضلا عن اهتمام وزارة البيئة وامانة بغداد بهذا الموضوع اذ تم الاشارة الى القوانين والعقوبات الصادرة بحق المخالفين من اصحاب الاكشاك في مركز الرصافة وبيان موقعهم الجغرافية والاثار القانونية التي صدرت بحقهم.

Treaties are the basic and most important source of international law, as they have obtained the consent of states and their ratification to abide by the rules contained in them, and this is supposed to entail obedience to those rules and the implementation of their obligations, but the international reality reveals that the mere formalities related to the expression of the state’s consent to the treaty and its ratification are Weak guarantees of compliance with treaties and adherence to their rules in state practice.
Which raises problems, which is that linking international law with international treaties is often violated. Can treaties really be international law? In fact, states’ compliance with the rules embodied in treaties depends on certain criteria that are the basis for accepting the work of those rules as de facto international law. itself supports those rules, which are either: - (a) the strength and legitimacy of the process that led to the adoption of those rules (b) the customary acceptance of the rule itself.
By focusing on those standards, the rules that are actually treated as law in the international system will become clearer, and therefore more credible and more difficult to break, and actions that violate international law will be seen as worthy of punishment by other countries, and these sanctions are legitimate And thus distinguishing it from the rules written in treaties and ratified by states without conviction and without the intention of applying them, which helps in destroying the distinction between written law and de facto law.

تعد المعاهدات هي المصدر الأساس والأهم للقانون الدولي، كونها حظيت برضا الدول ومصادقتها على الالتزام بالقواعد المضمنة فيها، ومن المفترض ان يترتب على ذلك طاعة تلك القواعد وتنفيذ التزاماتها، إلا ان الواقع الدولي يكشف أن مجرد الشكليات المتعلقة عن التعبير عن رضا الدولة بالمعاهدة والمصادقة عليها هي ضمانات ضعيفة للامتثال للمعاهدات والالتزام بقواعدها في ممارسات الدولة.
مما يطرح اشكالاً وهو ان ربط القانون الدولي بمعاهدات دولية غالباً ما يتم خرقها، فهل يمكن أن تكون المعاهدات هي القانون الدولي حقاً؟ الواقع ان امتثال الدول للقواعد المضمنة في المعاهدات يعتمد على معايير معينة تكون أساساً لقبول العمل بتلك القواعد على أنها القانون الدولي الواقعي، فلا يمكن الجزم بان كل القواعد المضمنة في المعاهدات تعكس أو تمثل القانون الدولي، وانما سيتم الحكم عليها من خلال معايير داخلية تكمن في المعاهدة نفسها تدعم تلك القواعد، وهي إما: - (أ) قوة وشرعية العملية التي أدت إلى اعتماد تلك القواعد (ب) القبول العرفي للقاعدة نفسها.
فمن خلال التركيز على تلك المعايير، ستتبين القواعد التي يتم التعامل معها في الواقع كقانون في النظام الدولي، وبالتالي، تكون أكثر مصداقية وأصعب في خرقها، وسيُنظر إلى الافعال التي تنتهك القانون الدولي، بانها تستحق الجزاء من قبل الدول الأخرى، وهذه الجزاءات تكون مشروعة، وبالتالي تمييزها عن القواعد التي كتبت في المعاهدات وصادقت عليها الدول دون قناعة منها ودون نية بتطبيقها، مما يساعد في هدم التمييز بين القانون المكتوب والقانون الواقعي..

Abstract

The principle in man is innocence and his enjoyment of his complete freedom, and that it may not be infringed, violated or restricted, except within the limits required by the public interest and the protection of society's security. Personal freedom is one of the most important rights that a person enjoys, as it is the main condition for practicing his activities and expressing himself. Freedom is a natural right of every human being, and it may not be violated as long as he abides by the controls established by constitutions and regulations. However, this does not preclude the imposition of some restrictions on this freedom sometimes, and the rights of those who are entitled to it are respected. Restricting it through arrest in cases where violating freedom is legitimate because it is based on the law and targets the interest of society as a whole in combating crime. The constitutions of states, including the Iraqi constitution, are keen to enclose personal freedom with a solid fence of guarantees and restrictions to achieve a balance between the right of the state to punish, and the right of the accused to enjoy his freedom in order to achieve justice. Abstract

After an effort in the initiation excavations in the post-2003 Iraqi novel, it becomes clear that it does not stand in a final form, as it is constantly changing; Because it is subject to the novelists’ variables, and the introductory pages may be long or short. Some of them formed brief beginnings with a few lines, and some of them extended to several pages to draw an extensive introductory; This is according to the issue he deals with through a solid narrative language for the most part, although it is sometimes supported by a declarative prose language. The novelistic beginnings according to the characteristics of the event between (dimensional, tribal, and median), as for the patterns of beginnings according to functions, they included (normal, exciting and mysterious), and each of them provided brief and intense light signal information and will branch out in the joints of the focal text in whole or in part until it becomes a parallel threshold with distinction. It occupies a strategic position in the surrounding text.

هذا البحث دراسة للذكرى والتذكر في الشعر العربي حتى نهاية العصر الأموي، حاولتُ في هذه الدراسة الكشف عن طبيعة الذكرى والتذكر عند الشاعر العربي ، إذ إنهم حاولوا بث مشاعرهم الداخلية عن طريق استذكار الأماكن الكثيرة التي جابتها أقدامهم أو في رحلتهم الجماعية بحثاً عن الماء والكلأ، فكانت الغربة والاغتراب في الشعر العربي باعثاً قوياً ومحركاً نشطاً لتوظيف الشاعر لأفعال الذكرى والتذكر، فعند تعرض الشاعر لغربة أو اغتراب، يسعى إلى توظيف آليات ووسائل في شعره تساعده على تخطي واقعه المرير، فكان استدعاء الأمكنة المتنوعة التي تشكل الطلل والبيت والرياض والصحاري أحد هذه الوسائل التي وظفها الشعراء في دواوينهم التي تعكس الواقع المرير الذي أحس به الشعراء لدى اغترابهم أو غربتهم ، ولم تقتصر الذكرى على المكان فقط بل امتدت لتشمل الزمان في تجلياته المختلفة ،فالشاعر يتذكر الزمن على شكل لحظات عابرة تم انقضاءها ؛لذا فهو في شوق دائم إلى الحنين إلى تلك اللحظات العابرة في الزمن، فضلاً عن ذلك اتخذ الشعراء من الذكرى المرتبطة بالمنبهات الخارجية وسيلة لتذكر الماضي بكل تفاصيله ،وكذلك شكل تذكر الحبيبة حيزاً في دواوين الشعراء على اختلاف العصور وهذا ما سيتضح في أثناء البحث .

Abstract

The current study aimed to reveal the reality of distance education in the intermediate stage in the directorates of education in Iraq in light of the outbreak of Covid 19 from the viewpoint of Arabic language teachers, and the researcher identified his sample with Arabic language teachers in Maysan Governorate / City Center - Al-Amarah -, and until the research objectives are achieved The researcher relied on the descriptive analytical approach, his research sample consisted of (120) teachers and teachers in the Directorate of Education of Maysan / Al-Amarah city center who studied during the outbreak of the Covid 19 virus through distance education, the necessary data were collected using a questionnaire whose stability coefficient reached (0.88). ) was applied to the research sample, The results of the research, by evaluating the study sample for the effectiveness of distance education in light of the outbreak of Covid 19, reached the weighted average weight and the percentage weight of all paragraphs on average. It teaches students how to deal with e-learning, and spread electronic culture among students to achieve the greatest degree of interaction with this type of education.

هدفت الدّراسة الحالية الكشف عن واقع التّعليم عن بعد في المرحلة المتوسطة بمديريات التّربية في العراق في ظل تفشي كوفيد 19 من وجهة نظر مدرسي اللغة العربية، وقد حددَ الباحثُ عينتهُ بمدرسي اللغة العربية في محافظة ميسان / مركز المدينة العمارة، ومن أجل تحقق هدف البحث اعتمد الباحث على المنهج الوصفي التّحليلي، تكونت عينة بحثه الاصلية من ( 120 ) مدرس ومدرسة في مديرية تربية ميسان / مركز مدينة العمارة ممن درسوا خلال فترة تفشي فايروس كوفيد 19 من طريق التّعليم عن بعد، تم جمع البيانات اللازمة باستعمال استبيان بلغ معامل ثباتها (0.88) تم تطبيقها على عينة البحث، توصلتْ نتائج البحث عن طريق تقييم عينة الدّراسة لفاعلية التّعليم عن بعد في ظل تفشي كوفيد 19 الى ان جميع الفقرات جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، وأوصى الباحثُ اقامة ورش ودورات تدريبية للطلبة والمدرسين على حدى سواء على مهارات التّعامل مع التّعليم عن بعد بفاعلية وادخال دروس في المنهج يعلم الطّلبة اسلوب التّعامل مع التّعليم الالكتروني، والقيام بنشر الثّقافة الالكترونية بين الطّلبة لتحقيق أكبر قدر من التّفاعل مع هذا النّوع من التّعليم .

This study focused on some social aspects of human life, based on a range of sources, and according to the studied artworks that were used in the various ritual and magical activities of the people of Mesopotamia, it was considered that these pottery finds can bring good luck and protect against evils, it has been found in abundance in archaeological remains in ancient humans.

Abstract

The mimiyet poem by Abu Firas Al-Hamdani is a clear example of the use of the concept of argument in Arabic poetry Being based on successive argument foundations that seek to achieve a specific goal, it was not a traditional praise poem that included mentioning the virtues of the praised one and his generous qualities and praising his noble qualities of generosity, courage, kind, wisdom and what he achieved of glory and grace. Rather, the poet’s goal was to present the arguments that support what he sees in they are praised for their greatness, eminence, and loftiness, and they are the people of the Prophet's family(PBUH), and their divine entitlement to occupy a position, and the refutation of the foundations adopted by the (Abbasids) in their claim that they are the more worthy Muslims in the caliphate. The poet used to present arguments after arguments in refuting the opinions of his opponents, relying on historical, religious and moral evidence for the truth of his claim and his preference for the family of the Prophet(PBUH) over other Muslims; Therefore, the researcher chose this poem to study it according to the concept of argument, which is popular in modern literary studies.

القصيدة الميمية لأبي فراس الحمداني تعد مثالا واضحا لتوظيف مفهوم الحجاج في الشعر العربي ؛ كونها قامت على أسس حجاجية متتالية تسعى لتحقيق هدف محدد ، فهي لم تكن قصيدة مدحية تقليدية تشتمل على ذكر مناقب الممدوح وكريم صفاته والإشادة بسجاياه الحميدة من كرم وشجاعة وحلم وحكمة وما حققه من مجد وسؤدد ، بل كان هدف الشاعر منها عرض الحجج التي تؤيد ما يراه في ممدوحيه من عظمة وسمو ورفعة وهم أهل بيت النبي (ص) واستحقاقهم الإلهي لتسنم منصب الخلافة ، ونقض الأسس التي اعتمدها(العباسيون) في ادعائهم بانهم أولى المسلمين بالخلافة ، فكان الشاعر يقدم الحجج تلو الحجج في تفنيد آراء خصومه معتمدا الأدلة التاريخية والدينية والأخلاقية على صدق دعواه وما يذهب إليه من تفضيل أهل بيت النبي (ص) على سواهم من المسلمين ؛ لذلك اختار الباحث هذه القصيدة لدراستها وفق مفهوم الحجاج الذي شاع في الدراسات الأدبية الحديثة .

هدفت الدراسة التعرف على التنمر الوظيفي والتهكم لدى المرشدين التربويين والعلاقة بينهما فضلاً عن التعرف على الفروق بين المرشدين التربويين على وفق متغير الجنس (ذكور – إناث) , تكونت عينة الدراسة من (200) مرشداً ومرشدة , وتم تطبيق مقياسي الدراسة - ( مقياس التنمر الوظيفي ) وهو من إعداد (الزيادي 2020) , و(مقياس التهكم ) وهو من إعداد (الغريري 2014) , وقد اسفرت نتائج الدراسة ان المرشدين التربويين يتصفون بالتنمر الوظيفي, وجود فروق في التنمر الوظيفي على وفق متغير الجنس والفروق كانت لصالح الذكور ,وان المرشدين التربويين يتصفون بالتهكم, مع وجود فروق في التهكم على وفق متغير الجنس والفروق كانت لصالح (الذكور) , ووجود علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين التنمر الوظيفي والتهكم , وعلى وفق نتائج الدراسة اوصت الباحثة ببعض التوصيات والمقترحات .

At the beginning of the forties of the nineteenth century, the European powers’ disputes in the commercial field over Morocco increased, so it was necessary for the British government to increase its penetration in the region to ensure its economic interests there. She had to choose a personality capable of implementing British plans in the region, so she chose John Darmond Hay, who found him the right person to preserve British interests Because he is a descendant of a British family that had a long history of contributing to the formulation of British policy, and because his father, Darmond Hay, served British policy in the Far Maghreb and provided great services to the British government over fifteen years, so the British government chose his son John, who was found in the right personality, not perfect. What his father started, and indeed, he continued to serve British interests in the region for forty-one years (1845-1886), during which he played a major role in the developments of political and economic events in Morocco.

بما ان المستهلك اصبح الطرف الضعيف في العلاقة العقدية وعدم صلاحية النظرية التقليدية لمواكبة التطور الحاصل في العقود الاستهلاكية وخصوصا في العقود التي تبرم عن بعد بأليات الكترونية فقد انصب اهتمام التشريعات على توفير الحماية من جشع المحترفين وتسلطهم مستخدمين اعلاناتهم المضللة مع فقدان الثقة والائتمان في السوق الاستهلاكية وفرض شروطهم التعسفية على للمستهلك الذي لا يحق له مناقشتها والاعتراض عليها لذلك جاءت التشريعات الاستهلاكية لحماية رضا المستهلك من خلال وسائل عدة ومنها قبل إبرام العقد الاستهلاكي والمتمثلة بوضوح الإعلانات الالكترونية ليكون المستهلك على بينة من امره وإزالة الابهام والغموض حول نوعية وجودة محل العقد، بالإضافة إلى حق المستهلك بالاستعلام عن شخصية المجهز ووصف المنتوجات أو الخدمة بصورة دقيقة وبيان العناصر الجوهرية لمحل العقد، كما نص المشرع الفرنسي على التوسع في تفسير عقود الإذعان لتشمل العقود الاستهلاكية الالكترونية واعتبارها عقود اذعان اذا لم يسبقها تفاوض بين طرفي العلاقة الاستهلاكية، كما فرضت التشريعات ضمانات أخرى لحمايته والمتمثلة بحق المستهلك بالإعلام بعد إبرام العقد وحقه في إرجاع الثمن (حق العدول).

هناك تنوعا إنسانيا فيما يخص أنماط التدين، تلك التي أخذت بناصية الناس إلى نواحٍ متباعدة ومصائر مختلفة أو متناقضة، منها ما يوافق الجوهر الإلهي للدين ويتسامى بالإنسان إلى آفاق رحيبة، ومنها ما يسلب هذا الجوهر العلوي معانيه ويسطح غاياته حتى تصير مظهًرا شكليًّا، لذا يستهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على مستوى التدين لدى الطلبة المراهقين ككل وحسب متغير النوع ، ومتغير التحصيل الدراسي، ومتغير الصف الدراسي. والتعرف على الفروق بين الطلبة المراهقين في مستوى التدين ككل وحسب متغير النوع ، ومتغير التحصيل الدراسي، ومتغير الصف الدراسي. كما يستهدف البحث تخطيط تداخل ارشادي علاجي ديني لتحسين مستوى التدين لدى الطلبة المراهقين ، ولتحقيق ذلك تم تم البحث في تفاعل عدة متغيرات رئيسية فرعية ، من خلال المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وبتطبيق مقياس مُطور لمستوى التدين على عينة من (100)من الطلاب المراهقين بالمرحلة الاعدادية في مدارس المتميزين في محافظة المثنى في جمهورية العراق، وقد انتهى البحث الحالي إلى نتيجة إجمالية تؤكد ان مستوى التدين كان ضعيفا جدا للعينة ككل لدى عينة البحث ككل ، وبحسب متغير النوع ، ومتغير مستوى التحصيل الدراسي، ومتغير الصف الدراسي ، واظهرت النتائج وجود فروق دالة فقط في مستوى التدين لصالح الذكور ، اي ان مستوى التدين عند الذكور افضل مما عند الاناث، واظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق حسب مستوى التحصيل الدراسي والصف ، وهذه اشارة الى غياب دور المدرسة كمؤسسة في تقديم التربية الدينية المناسبة ، وفقا لما جاء من نتائج فان (كل) العينة بحاجة (ماسة جدا) الى تدخل ارشادي ديني لتحسين مستوى تدينهم ، وتم تخطيط مقترح تداخل ارشادي علاجي ديني لتحسين مستوى التدين لدى الطلبة ، بالاستناد الى محددات ومفاهيم النظرية الاسلامية. وفي ختام البحث تم تحديد عدد من المقترحات والتوصيات للهيئات والوزارات ذات العلاقة .

from this point of view, our research article was an attempt to uncover and discover the analytical features in our critical heritage – however few - and what they presented of elicitation and hypotheses, emanating from personal and taste motives, or from partial reviews of Abi Nawa’s poetry, justifying ourselves to roam among them according to modern criticism approaches, of what we consider features that can be to be organized with those purposes, albeit in a hidden way, and to contemplate them as a reading that approaches the space of the ancient criticism, and its applied procedures.
all of this justifies us to investigate these traditional critical readings about Abi Nawas' poetry, as a field for testing what we consider to be a primary existence of these single approaches.

يهدف البحث على التعرف على اتجاهات التغير المناخي في محافظة البصرة واثره في راحة الإنسان في منطقة الدراسة وفقا لمؤشر سنجر وتم ذلك من خلال الاعتماد على أجزاء من مدة زمنية بين عام 1950 إلى عام 2020 لمحطة رصد البصرة وتم تقسيم هذه المدة إلى دورات مناخية صغرى ولأربع دورات هي: الدورة المناخية الأولى 1950-1960 والدورة المناخية الثانية 1970-1980 والدورة المناخية الثالثة 1990-2000 ، والدورة المناخية الرابعة 2010-2020 ، وقد وجدت الدراسة إن ظروف الراحة المناخية تتجه إلى عدم الراحة وأن بعض الأشهر التي كانت مريحة اتجهت الى عدم الراحة في الدورات المناخية اللاحقة وهذا ناتج بفعل التغيرات المناخية .

Determining the dry and humid months in the stations (Mosul, Baghdad, Basra) for the period (2009-2019)

Abstract

The research aims to clarify the number of dry and wet months in Iraq. The focus has been on the main Iraqi stations, which are the Mosul station as a representative of the northern section, the Baghdad station as a representative of the central section, and the Basra station representing the southern part of Iraq. Several statistical methods were used to determine these months, and it was found through Using Maze and Andrews laboratories that the Mosul station witnessed six wet months, which are January, February, March, April, November and December, where the value of the equation was more than 1), while the remaining months appeared dry because the equation output was less than 1). Lang, it became clear that the rain coefficient in Mosul station reached 17.5)) and this indicates that the climate is dry because it is located in the range 10-40, while the Baghdad and Basra stations were very dry because the rain coefficient reached 3.8 and 6.8 for both, respectively, and this level It is located in the first range, which ranges between 0-10), while it became clear through the use of Gaussen and Walter's coefficients that the Mosul station recorded five wet months, which are each of December, the second, February, March and April because the equation output reached twice the temperatures in these months , While The remaining months were less than double the temperature, so it was classified as dry months. The same is the case for Baghdad station, which recorded three wet months, which are each January and March due to the large rainfall in these months, while the remaining months were dry to very dry, and in the station Basra The month of January was the only wet month, because only those in which the value of rain was recorded twice the temperature.

يهدف البحث لتوضيح عدد الاشهر الجافة والاشهر الرطبة في العراق وقد تم التركيز على محطات العراق الرئيسة وهي محطة الموصل كممثل عن القسم الشمالي ومحطة بغداد بممثلة عن القسم الاوسط ومحطة البصرة تمثل القسم الجنوبي من العراق ، وتم استخدام عدة طرق احصائية لتحديد هذه الاشهر، وتبين من خلال استخدام معامل Maze و Andrews ان محطة الموصل شهدت ستة اشهر رطبة وهي كانون الثاني وشباط واذار ونيسان وتشرين الثاني وكانون الأول حيث كانت قيمة المعادلة اكثر من 1)) بينما ظهرت الاشهر المتبقية جافة لان ناتج المعادلة سجل اقل من 1))، اما عند استخدام معامل Lang فقد اتضح ان معامل المطر بلغ في محطة الموصل 17.5)) وهذا يدل على ان المناخ جاف لكونه يقع ضمن النطاق 40-10)) ، بينما كانت محطتي بغداد والبصرة شديدة الجفاف لان معامل المطر يبلغ 3.8 , 6.8)) لكلاهما على التوالي وهذا المستوى يقع في ضمن النطاق الاول الذي يتراوح بين 10-0))، بينما اتضح من خلال استخدام معامل Gaussen و Walter ان محطة الموصل سجلت خمسة اشهر رطبة وهي كل من شهر كانون الاول والثاني وشباط واذار ونيسان لان ناتج المعادلة بلغ ضعف درجات الحرارة لفي هذه الاشهر، بينما كانت الاشهر المتبقية اقل من ضعف درجة الحرارة لذلك صنف على انها اشهر جافة ، كذلك الحال بالنسبة لمحطة بغداد التي سجلت ثلاث اشهر رطبة وهي كل من كانون الثاني وسباط أذار بسبب كثرة التساقط المطري في هذه الاشهر بينما كانت الاشهر المتبقية جافة الى شديدة الجفاف، وفي محطة البصرة كان شهر كانون الثاني هو الشهر الرطب الوحيدة لأنه فقط من سجلت فيه قيمة الامطار ضعف درجة الحرارة.

Abstract

يعد الشيخ فخر المحققين أحد أعلام القرن الثامن الهجري من أفضل الشّرّاح الذين استطاعوا أن يبسطوا النصوص ويكشفوا ما فيها من الغموض, إذ يعمد إلى النص فيفسره, ويوضحه, ويتشعب به باتجاهات عدّة, بالعودة إلى القرآن الكريم , والمصادر اللغوية, وذكر الروايات التي توضح القول, وغيرها, فعندما يبدأ بشرح نص ما يذكر رأي والده أولاً ثم يبدأ بشرح ذلك الرأي مستنداً إلى القرآن الكريم, والسنة النبوية الشريفة, ولغة القول, والرواية؛ لشرح ذلك القول وبيانه للمتلقي.

The effect of the negotiation strategy on the achievement of curricula and teaching methods for third-year students in the faculties of education

Abstract

The aim of the current research is to know (the effect of the negotiation strategy on the achievement of curricula and teaching methods for third-year students in the faculties of education); this is done by checking the following null hypothesis:
- There is no statistically significant difference at the level of significance (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group who studies according to the negotiation strategy and the control group who studies according to the usual method in the final achievement test.
The research sample consisted of (59) male and female students of the third stage in the Department of Quranic Sciences in the College of Education for Human Sciences / University of Al-Muthanna, distributed into two experimental groups consisting of (29) male and female students, and a control group consisting of (30) male and female students. The researcher rewarded the two groups in Variables: (Chronological age, previous information, intelligence test, gender of the sample). The researcher prepared the research tool, which was an achievement test consisting of (50) test items, including (40) items of the type (multiple choice), four alternatives and (10)) Article paragraphs, and the validity and reliability of the test, the coefficient of difficulty, the discriminating power and the effectiveness of the alternatives for the objective paragraphs were extracted. The researcher taught the two groups during the duration of the experiment, which lasted (12) weeks. The results showed: There is a statistically significant difference at the level of significance (0.05) between the average scores of the students of the experimental group that studied according to the negotiation strategy and the control group that studied according to the usual method in the final achievement test for the benefit of the experimental group.

هدف البحث الحالي إلى تعّرف (أثر استراتيجية التفاوض في تحصيل مادة المناهج وطرائق التدريس لدى طلبة المرحلة الثالثة في كليات التربية)؛ وذلك من خلال التحقق من الفرضية الصفرية الآتية:
-لا يوجد فرق ذو دلالة احصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0،05) بين متوسط درجات طلبة المجموعة التجريبية التي تدرس وفق استراتيجية التفاوض والمجموعة الضابطة التي تدرس وفق الطريقة الاعتيادية في اختبار التحصيل النهائي.
تكونت عينة البحث من (59) طالباً وطالبة من طلبة المرحلة الثالثة في قسم علوم القرآن في كلية التربية للعلوم الإنسانية/ جامعة المثنى وزعوا إلى مجموعتين تجريبية تكونت من (29) طالباً وطالبة، وضابطة تكونت من (30 ) طالباً وطالبة، كافأ الباحث المجموعتين في متغيرات: ( العمر الزمني، المعلومات السابقة، اختبار الذكاء، جنس العينة) ، وقد اعد الباحث أداة البحث والتي كانت عبارة عن اختبار تحصيلي مكون من (50) فقرة اختبارية منها (40) فقرة من نوع (الاختيار من متعدد)، رباعي البدائل و (10) فقرات مقالية ، وقد تـم استخراج صدق وثبات الاختبار، ومعامل الصعوبة والقوة التميزية وفعالية البدائل للفقرات الموضوعية ، وقد قام الباحث بتدريس المجموعتين خلال مدة التجربة التي استغرقت (12 ) اسبوعاً، وبعد انتهاء التجربة، تم تطبيق الاختبار التحصيلي النهائي على مجموعتي البحث؛ وقد أظهرت النتائج: يوجد فرق ذو دلالة احصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0،05) بين متوسط درجات طلبة المجموعة التجريبية التي درست وفق استراتيجية التفاوض والمجموعة الضابطة التي درست وفق الطريقة الاعتيادية في اختبار التحصيل النهائي لمصلحة المجموعة التجريبية.

قد تفرد الإسلام دون غيره بإحاطته لجميع ما يحتاجه الإنسان،والإسلام بوصفه دستور الدنيا والأخرة الى يوم الحساب فقد عالج المشكلات من زواياها الطبيعية المختلفة التي لا يكون العلاج الإ منها، فكان بناءه على دعائم قوية بعيدة عن الثغرات وصولاً الى أفق الكمال والحل الصحيح السليم ،لذا جعل الإسلام لكل جانب من جوانب الحياة أحكاماً في أدق العلاقات ومن هذه العلاقات التي اعتنى بها الشارع المقدس اعتناءاً متميزاً فاقاً الدقة والوضوح هي العلاقات التي ترعى وتحمي البذرة الأولى في استمرار الحرث والنسل ألا وهي تكوين الأسرة في أحسن وأدق أساس بناءها وهي حرمة الجمع بين امرأتين فكان الحاجة ملحة في بيان أحكام هذه الحرمة وطرح آراء الفقهاء فيها وبيان الراجح منها.

Abstract

Archaeological sites are considered one of the important national resources that cannot be replaced. Al-Muthanna Governorate owns (292) archaeological sites, including those dating back to different historical eras, Therefore, this research sought in its main objective to reveal the nature of the spatial distribution of these sites using some tools of spatial analysis in geographic information systems (GIS), and for the purpose of achieving this, the scientific necessity required dividing it into three sections preceded by an introduction. While the second topic was concerned with the spatial distribution of archaeological sites in Al-Muthanna Governorate, while the third topic dealt with analyzing the spatial distribution of archaeological sites in Al-Muthanna Governorate and ways to develop them, depending on the theoretical average center, the actual average center, standard distance, distribution direction, neighborhood link and density analysis Kernel, and it was found that its distribution The grouping pattern takes a direction from the northwest to the southeast, and the research concluded with a set of conclusions and recommendations.

تعد المواقع الأثرية احد الثروات الوطنية المهمة لتي لا يمكن تعويضها وتملك محافظة المثنى (292) موقعاً أثرياً منها تعود لعصور تاريخية مختلفة ، لذا فقد سعى هذا البحث في هدفة الرئيس إلى الكشف عن طبيعة التوزيع المكاني لهذه المواقع باستخدام بعض أدوات التحليل المكاني في نظم المعلومات الجغرافية(GIS)، ولغرض تحقيق ذلك اقتضت الضرورة العلمية تقسيمه على ثلاث مباحث تسبقها مقدمة، تناول المبحث الأول الإطار النظري والمدخل المفاهيمي ، بينما اهتم المبحث الثاني بالتوزيع المكاني للمواقع الأثرية في محافظة المثنى ، في حين تطرق المبحث الثالث إلى تحليل التوزيع المكاني للمواقع الأثرية في محافظة المثنى باستخدام تقنية نظم المعلومات الجغرافية ، بالاعتماد على المركز المتوسط النظري والمركز المتوسط الفعلي والمسافة المعيارية واتجاه التوزيع وصلة الجوار وتحليل الكثافة كيرنل، وتبين ان توزيعها يأخذ النمط المتجمع وباتجاه من الشمال الغربي نحو الجنوب الشرقي ، كما خلص البحث إلى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات والتوصيات.

This study examines the presence of the implied being, revealing the strength and weakness in it, and the rejection and defiance that manifests itself in its presence that contributes to enriching the poetic text with double multiple meanings, out of concern of the implied being for the feasibility of presence, and in its various manifestations, it is a condemnation of the system, whether it presents as a professed, oppressed, and expatriate, and appeasement being or as a (defying, rejecting) being , and we can describe its presence as a breaking the familiarity
The research is based on the presence of the implied being in Majid Al-Hassan's poetry collection , "Where will this smoke land us? " by revealing the pattern of culture and the corresponding implicit pattern at the same time. For What the aesthetic text shows is the opposite of the flaws hidden behind it . Only the implicit pattern exposes the games of the pattern, and it is one of the foundations of cultural criticism
After reading the poetic texts a systematic reading in the light of the propositions of cultural criticism, the research turns to that the pattern of the presence of the implied being is one of the patterns that cannot be skipped, as it is one of the systemic topics that celebrates the ancient or modern texts of poetry as it is a source of strength and not weakness, and what And what it exposes to the system and it reveals its tricks, is nothing but a clear indication of its decay , and an indication of the presence of the implied being as a center after suffering marginalization and exclusion.

تبحثُ هذه الدراسة في حضور الذات, كاشفة مكمن القوة والضعف فيها, وما يتمظهر عن حضورها من رفض وتحدٍ يسهمُ في رفد النص الشعري بمعانٍ متعددةٍ, حرصاً من الذات على جدوى الحضور, وبمختلف تجلياتها ففيه إدانة للنسق, سواء حضرت كذات (ممتهنة، و مقهورة، ومغتربة، ومهادنة ) أو حضرت كذات (متحدية, ورافضة ), ويمكن لنا توصيف حضورها خروجاً على المألوف.
يرتكزُ البحث على حضور الذات في شعر ماجد الحسن بالكشف نسق الثقافة وما يقابله من نسق مضمر في آن واحد, فما يظهره النص الجمالي عكس ما يتوارى خلفه من عيوب, وحده النسق المضمر من يفضح ألاعيب النسق, وهو من متبنيات النقد الثقافي.
بعد قراءة النصوص الشعرية قراءة نسقية في ضوء طروحات النقد الثقافي, يتّجهُ البحث إلى إنَّ نسق حضور الذات من الأنساق التي لا يمكن تخِّطيها, بوصفها من الموضوعاتٍ النسقية التي تحتفي بها نصوص الشعر قديمها وحديثها, فهو مصدر قوة لا ضعف, وما فضحها للنسق وكشف ألاعيبه, إلّا إشارة جليه لتهاويه, وايذاناً لحضور الذات كمركز بعدما كانت تعاني التهميش والإقصاء.

Abstract

الغموضُ ناتجٌ عن المجاز و الاستعارة و التشبيه و الطباق و كثير من الألوان البديعية الأخرى التي يوظفها المبدعُ في نصّهِ توظيفاً يُناورُ في القارئ إلاّ إذا كان َ قارئاً نموذجياً و أحيانا ً تستعصي القراءةُ حتى عليه. و يمكنُ أنْ يتضمنَ الغموضُ معنيين ِ أو أكثر في معنى واحدٍ ، و يمكنُ أنْ يتكون من اتحادِ معانٍ عدة يشوبها التعقيد ، أو حالة ذهنية غير ناضجة و متكاملة في ذهن المنشئ ، و يمكن أنْ تكون في قراءة القارئ نفسه في يذهبُ بالنصّ إلى قراءاتٍ متعددة في تفسيراته لماء يقرأ ، و أكثر الأحيان أنّ من أسباب الغموض في شعر أبي تمام ترتكزُ على القارئ نفسه كالعجز الذي يصيبه في قراءة النصّ الشعري بسبب عدم مواكبته للتطور الحاصل في بنية القصيدة الفنية.
كذلك أنّ الغموض بطبيعته مبني على الاتساع ، و العدول عن المألوف من القواعد اللغوية إلى ما هو غير المألوف منها ، و على تجاوز منطلق اللغة و حدودها مما تعارف عليه . إذاً فلا بُدَّ أنْ يكونَ غامضاً ، و أنْ يكونَ غموضه دالاً على فنٍّ و إبداع. و لطالما كان أبو تمام مدار حديث النقاد قديماً وحديثاً ، فبعضهم يستحسنُ شعره ، و الآخر يستهجنه ، و منهم منْ يراه غامضاً ، و منهم منْ يرونه مجددا ً و التجديدُ صفة العقل الواعي ، و في ما يخصّ دراستنا عن الغموض و علاقاته السيكولوجية التي يشتركُ فيها المبدع ، و النصّ ، و المتلقي ؛ إذْ أنّ القراءة النفسية واحدة من القراءات النقدية التي استهدفتْ قراءة النصّ الأدبي ، و هي تنطلقُ من منهج نفسي متقن باستخدام الآليات المناسبة من أجل الوصول إلى البغية المرجوة من النصّ. و تحاول هذه الدراسة الإحاطة بمفهوم القراء النفسية ، و مكوناتها ، و أبعادها استناداً إلى الأطروحات النقدية النفسية التي أطلقها الباحثون في هذا المجال. فالغموض شأنٌ داخلي نفسي أكثر منْ أنْ يكون شأنا ً خارجياً تتمثلهُ القصيدة أو المتلقي.

Abstract

They did not study artificial properties; I mean they did not study, what kind of literature that texts reveal to? Or show faces of beauty which contained.
Throughout the research literally I found Sultanic Letters keep on the high values along the period of Bani-Al-ahmer; writers have their articles, properties, and style very well.
We can distinct these kind of letters from others. Sultanic Letters reflected the way of life which Bani-Al-ahmer live in, also it reflected the life of state in politics and management during that era.
