These Poems Teem With Interesting Innovations However He Coins These Poems In A bromd New Experience Trying to solve the riddle of life through collecting the old with the new by means of the feeling of childhood as well as Manhood to the degree that he makes it seem new and exotic because he reforms it in his poems depending on all the folktale or its style concerning beginning and ending or its reliance on a syllable from a poem or its characters and setting. Then he unifies the hero of the folktale with the hero of his poem mixing sometimes the folktale with some greek epics.

Throughout a critical study، this research tackles examples of Mosulli folk tales such as : The tale of the beetle، the tale of the seven divorsed woman، and the tale of the fish and the melon.
This research tries to investigate the attributes of Mosulli Cultture which is included by the literary structure via a cultural approach. This culturals approach explores the hidden intentions beyond to these tales which represent an important aspect belong to the popular legacy of mosul.

The Muslawi writer, Dr. Ali Kamal Al Den Al Fahadi, lecturer of Islamic Literature at the College of Arts, Mosul University, is examined here for the coherent and artistic features that characterize his stories in addition to their poetic and sensitive language. They include eight stories published for the period 1999–2004 including: Light Mistress and the Original Horse (1999), Equities in Al Aqsa Sky (2000), Mistress of Towers (2001), The Depressed and the Prey (2001), Dhuhur Valley Angle (2001), River Teacher (2001), Horse and Banner (2003), Ox, Yard and Wrestling (2004).
Ali Al Fahady stories included various examples of narrative dialogue showing the characters and present the events. This study examines the dialogue in Ali Al Fahady stories through analyzing the dialogue texts and show their artistic and aesthetic dimensions to reveal their significances.
The study consists of an introduction and two sections. The introduction identifies the concept of dialogue while section one examines the external dialogue: the dual/ the convergence as related to the compound dialogue (the descriptive analytical), the symbolic dialogue and the dialogue without description, analysis and symbolization. Section two deals with the internal dialogue: individual/ mono dialogue as related to monologue, conscious dialogue, imagination and self–conversation.

The paper investigates the use of the words of ecstasy, called here as “Deviations” as elements of poetics in Bushra al-Bustani’s “Ma’idat ul-Khamri Tadur—The Wine Table Spins”. The poem which is of sixteen stanzas is presented as an application for Julia Kristeva’s theory of the abject which she presents in her book Powers of Horror: an Essay on Abjection. The “jettison” of the abject in an artistic formation of a poetics of the abject co-opted in dire times of the war. Resistance of war is one result of this throwing out of the “atrocity” clothed in an aesthetics that is rendered able to defeat the occupation of Iraq. The poem is taken into the whirling movement, reminiscent of the Mevlevi dance, also known as the skirt dance. The overwhelming “spinning” of the poem is a method to discharge the “horrendous” reality of war

This research is an humbled attempt to follow up and analyze the foreign travelers\' impressions how visited Mosul during the Ottoman reign (1516-1918) about the rafts.In fact foreign travelers toke record of their travels\' route from their home to Mosul and vice versa or from Mosul to Baghdad or to south of Iraq.Foreign travelers\' writings included valuable information about the construction of rafts , their raw materials and routes from Diyarbekr to Baghdad via Mosul. Also, they contained much information the role of the rafts in Mosul prosperity because the rafts were the best means of transportation at that time , so they connected Mosul with Anatolia in the north , Kurdistan in the northeastward and Baghdad in the south
