The principle of spending in Islamic legislation is an important part of the principles of legislative systems in general, and it forms a set of principles and ideas that are interconnected with each other, working to perpetuate life in all its aspects.
One of the issues raised by the Corona Virus crises and their facts on the doctrinal level - and most of them - is that as a result of people committing to their homes there are those who have no monthly or not monthly income, but rather they work every day in their day, and there are institutions and public interests that will be greatly affected by this, and there is no doubt that in the case of People ’commitment to their homes, many of which will need financial support, and individuals need living and financial support,
Research problem: What are the solutions that Islam developed to deal with the ummah, especially what the world is going through this time, and some contemporary jurists put forward many effective proposals to address the financial crisis through legal formulas that are appropriate to the needs of societies, foremost of which is the establishment of a corona crisis management fund.

Qur'an depends on the story and consider ways aimed at human repair and breeding idea, and addresses from which the human issues in the various conditions of the ages and times. The Koran is not just the history of the
prophets and the history of the kings and heroes of the stories The end of the focus on the character of the prophets in the Qur'an is not only enlighten the
minds and guide the creatures to follow the path of the good guys and no matter how different the goals of the story and its purposes, no matter how varied purposes and branched out, they are aware and clear who manages the Koran; because the Koran has been stated at the beginning of every story or in its wake or pleasurable. This study came to dealing with a descriptive study "technical studies in the Koran stories" Mahmoud gardener.

This research deals with the phenomenon of atheism through studying the dimensions of this phenomenon from the religious, psychological and social point of view. So that the researchers applied the theoretical concepts and conceptions of researchers in the field of atheism to the Iraqi society, the researchers distributed (200) questionnaire questionnaires on different groups of Iraqi society, and the study reached several results, including:
1- The research reached to explain the concept of atheism from a linguistic and idiomatic perspective, considering that the atheist is the one who denies the existence of God Almighty and believes that the universe existed without a creator.
2- There are several reasons that led to the spread of this phenomenon in societies, including the environment in which an atheist originates and which has a great role in building his behaviors and beliefs in God Almighty, as well as religious and social militancy that leads to alienation of persons from religion.
3- Most of the respondents noted that the phenomenon of atheism is spreading among members of Iraqi society.

The study deals with the significance of the place and its implications in the novel "Uncle Najm's Cabin" by the Iraqi novelist Faten Sarraf through the analysis of the concepts of significance of the place in the novel and the importance of transformations of the places described in the novel with the emphasis on the aesthetic manifestations of the place in the novel.
In her novel, Faten Al-Sarraf presents a world of different places between Baghdad and Amsterdam in general and private spaces such as houses, places of fighting and even ceilings that have an aesthetic connotation . In this research, the significance of the place in the novel is proved to be used for the aesthetic expression in its narrative form.

This paper deals with two Arabic syntacticians, Mehdi Al-Makhzoumi and Ibrahim Al-Samarrai and their similar and different opinions in regard to Arabic sentences. Moreover, it studies the extent to which Al-Samarrai’s opinions are influenced by Al-Makhzoumi's opinions. This study proves that both Al-Makhzoumi and Al-Samarrai use (AL-Esnad) as a basis for dividing the sentence. However, they differ in dividing the sentences because Al-Makhzoumi considers a sentence as a quadruple, whereas it is duple according to Al-Samarrai. In addition to this, Al-Makhzoumi uses the principle of renewal and constancy in categorizing a verbal sentence which has been rejected by Al-Samarrai. They also differ in the verb categorization, as Al-Makhzoumi categorizes verbs into present, past and continuous which is a Kufi’s categorization. Whereas, Al-Samarrai believes that merely talking about an active participle brings it closer to a noun form.

The importance of studying this subject lies in protecting both elements of beauty and environment of cities and landscape of civilization, because the urban environment is place of residence and work. So protecting the beauty and landscape is a State responsibility, particularly in public places and roads, ,from any visual and auditory pollution such as loud noise and inconvenience, especially random housing. The responsibility to protect rests on a state in the first place, and secondly on the citizens, by implementation the purposes of administrative and Criminal laws for protection the number of the beauty of cities violators has doubled before twenty years from now , as a result of Lack of legislation for protection ,and the absence of the aesthetic vision of the public authority as well as the weakness of regulatory performance.

Biosecurity strategies and systems are no longer able to protect society from the biological risks that afflict it, as developed countries stood helpless in front of it and did not find treatment and preventive means to limit the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), which has become a global pandemic, which has negatively affected all aspects and levels, including contractual relations, the nature of which necessitated their implementation according to the agreement concluded between the two contracting parties, and with the occurrence of this epidemic, most contractual relations were breached, and the implementation of some of them was impossible, and others cumbersome, and the legal legislator had expected such events to occur during the implementation Contracts, so he set legal rules based on the idea of contractual justice, represented by two theories: force majeure and emergency circumstances, and the scope of application of these two theories differs; according to the nature and purpose of each contract, so this research undertakes to clarify the legal nature of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), and to determine its position on these two theories, to see its impact on contractual obligations, and all this is done in light of the provisions of the Iraqi civil law compared to the provisions of the French civil law.

To answer this question, the researcher used the descriptive approach to its relevance to the research goal, and to achieve the research goal, the researcher chose a random sample that included (65) male and female students in the Arabic Language Department at Imam Al-Kadhum College (P) for the University’s Islamic Sciences, representing a percentage of (20%) of the original adult community (324) male and female students distributed in two stages (the third and fourth) for morning and evening studies, the researcher prepared a research tool that was a language performance test that included (23) questions distributed on four skills, namely (reading, writing, listening and speaking), and the researcher confirmed his sincerity and consistency. Coefficient of difficulty, and using the test For one sample, the study yielded the following result: the level of performance of students of the Arabic Language Department at Imam Al-Kazim College (AS) in language performance skills is lower than the acceptable level and statistically. The researcher recommended the necessity to take care of the linguistic skills, multiply them, and adopt them mainly in teaching the Arabic language and its branches in the Arabic language department and training in its acquisition, and this can only be done with continuous training and practice. To complete this study: The researcher suggested building an educational program to develop language skills for students of the Arabic Language Department.

The current research aims to identify:
1- The vitality of conscience of educational counselors.
2-The significance of the differences in the vitality of conscience of educational counselors. Depending on the gender variable (male – female).
In order to achieve the above goals - the Vitality Conscience Scale prepared by Hashem (2015) was applied.
On a sample of (198) educational counselors from the six education directorates in Baghdad governorate, and after applying the scale and analyzing the data, the research results revealed at are:
The research sample has the vitality of conscience.
- There is no statistically significant difference according to the gender variable (male – female).
In light of the results, the researcher presented a number of recommendations and proposals.

The French labor movement has been involved in political work since the revolution of 1789 and its pillars complemented after its long and inherent struggle in the French revolutions and movements that opposed the monarchy between 1830 and 1848, since the pillar of this development was two main pillars, namely, industrial development , the impact of the industrial revolution and the growth of socialist thought in its various ways and leaders, which necessitated the workers' movement to diversify its methods, increase its capabilities and influence on the overall political movement in its general framework, so the workers became the winning card in any political change in France at that time.
The only French workers, before other social classes in France, were aiming for political change and making a coup on the ladder of French leadership. As their previous demands shifted from economic and social reform by virtue of their participation in the previous revolutions, to demand to control the reins of government in France after their active participation in the revolution of 1848 and their direct impact on ending the monarchy.
This is what happened, as the French workers managed, for the first time in the history of labor movements in the world, to go into the experience of governance between March and June of 1848, and they adopted the socialist ideas put forward by Louis Blanc, which include building national workshops and reforming labor laws.

The law portrays the culture of society and matures the thought of its members. The law promised in ancient societies to rise from a dark reality to freedom from primitive restrictions and norms. These laws brought man out of this silence. The Law of Solon After the Greek revolution, With the rigor and bloodshed, that society has risen and accepted the ideas of the new law in which they found themselves and by its law the savior of salvation from the monopolization and injustice of their own classes. So this law addressed the aspects of social life with its joints.

The study of the Arab-Islamic heritage constitutes a broad source and an important motivation for many researchers. The importance of our research, entitled (The Iraqi Writings Effects through Fehraset Ibn Khair Al-Ashbeli's), consists of knowing the Iraqi works and books that were included in the Andalusian heritage and it is gaining the attention of Andalusians' scholars. We also shed light on the Iraqi scholars' works, books of various kinds that were dealt with by Ibn Khair Al-Ashbeli .
This paper is divided into an introduction and six sections with a list of footnotes that were mentioned in the body of the research and ends with a conclusion.
Section one is devoted to the composed collections in the Quranic Sciences and Readings and all related matters. Section two deals with books of al-Hadeeth from different sources whereas in section three, the reason for Hadeeth, the dates and knowledge of men are discussed, the books of asceticism and related matters are presented in section four. Section five presents books of languages, explanations and poems of the Arabs. Section six deals with the compilations of Abu Ali al-Hassan al-Fasawi al-Baghdadi as well as several tables, statistics and percentages of the number of books and works included in the body of the research.

The history of the Fatimid State is replete with administrative, political and judicial events in Egypt. It followed the Abbasid State in most of its systems especially the judicial system. Egypt has transformed from a territory affiliated with the Abbasid State into a country that has a strong army and naval fleet. The position of judge has been hold by Abu Hanifa al-Numan al- magribi al- Tamemi and his sons, respectively.
The judge may also supervise the Currency Minting Institutions, endowments; embassy, substitution and the other judges can substitute each other’s in the territories of state. The Fatimid State reached its climax when its control extended to most Islamic countries like Al-Sham, Al-Yaman and others, as well as Cairo, the capital of the Fatimid State.
