Speech acts are among the vital deliberative topics, as they stand at the power of achieving and influencing the addressee according to verbal acts, and seek to achieve specific goals. Applying this theory to the religious text through the words of the Infallible (peace be upon him) regarding human rights and duties achieves a scientific and religious achievement at the same time, because it reveals the intentions of the speaker with religious authority in a circumstance of silence and the ineffectiveness of his authority explicitly. It charts the path to a sound and clear investigation of a person’s relationship with his Lord, with his society, and with himself. We have studied the treatise on rights by Imam al-Sajjad (peace be upon him) to determine this purpose by applying the theory of the speech act that Austin founded and completed by
Searle and their role in creating this theory.

This research studies and analyzes the poetic texts that explore the duality of man and woman as one of the antithetical dualities that emerged in conservative Andalusian poetry, within the context of the interaction of social classes that were governed by cultural systems. Its role as a duality is based primarily on depicting the interaction between the poles of the human relationship, man and woman, and describing the erotic experience that came as a reflection of the oriental formula and an expression of the man's feelings and emotions, so that the image of woman in his poetry appeared as an echo of that emotion.

This study falls within the framework of cultural studies that deal with the implicit level in it, as it searches for the non-apparent meaning, and the field of application of this study is the poetry of Abdullah bin Rawahah, which was written in the pre-Islamic era. The research included an introduction that clarified the concept of cultural study and the concept of the implicit system, then it was divided into two sections. The first section studied the virility of the tribe and showed the tribal values that the virility system directs, then the second section came to study the virility of the individual and show the most important aspects that this system directs.

This study is a humble attempt to uncover the connotations of introduction and delay in the sermon of Lady Zahra, and approaching her desire in using this method that enabled her to freely control the change of the positions of words in the linguistic structures, in order to reach the required meanings.
The research revealed that the presentation and the delay were a clear stylistic feature of Mrs. Zahra's sermon. Because it is a departure from the general rule, by diverting the words from their original positions for a purpose required by the denominator. The attempt to change the places of some words in the texts in which this stylistic feature is mentioned will lead to the disappearance of the artistic beauty that resulted from the careful selection of the vocabulary and the selection of their positions within the structures. This reveals an exceptional mentality and a superior ability to act in compositions, a precise experience with meaning and methods of producing it. Especially if we take into consideration the circumstances of the text's production. It was issued by a woman in the prime of life, in a society that despised the female and did not place her fornication, as the Lady Zahra stood in the middle of the mosque, in the presence of a large crowd of immigrants and supporters, a position that does not allow her to choose words or compositions to perform meanings that shake in her chest, however We find her improvised sermon with a high content, and she gave it a priori without prior preparation, and it addresses the mind and conscience together.

The aim of the research is to study the legal implications of the long surahs in the Holy Quran by extracting those implications for the names of the long surahs and explaining their relationship to the content of the surah and studying the relationship between the names of the long surahs and the reasons for revelation. To achieve those objectives, the researcher used the inductive approach to collect scientific material, and the analytical approach to analyze that material and extract results. The research concluded that the legal implications of the names of the long surahs indicate that the naming came according to the context of the revelation of each surah and what it included of topics and themes, and that the dimensions carried by the names of the long surahs include remembrance of God’s power and the fluency of His wisdom, as well as the establishment of faith and monotheism with evidence and miracles.

The topic of the research revolves around role models and role models in the Holy Qur’an to explain the meaning of the two terms and how the Holy Qur’an uses them and employs them in order to convey Quranic concepts to gather people and urge the accountable to follow the best role models who possess good qualities, noble virtues, good qualities, and all noble morals, and avoid those with reprehensible qualities and bad qualities. Reason, custom, and Sharia together reject it, and through research it is possible to approach the applied interpretation of some of the verses that included the terms role models and examples in order to produce good and clear results. To demonstrate this, this study required it to be organized into two sections and several demands. The first section deals with the meanings of the title’s vocabulary, and the second section: includes Conditions for role models, their types, and their applications in Qur’anic verses.

Monotheism, prophethood and imamate are among the fundamentals of religion that a Muslim must believe in, first through rational evidence so that there is no blind imitation of the fathers, and then by
relying on the texts issued by the Prophet and the pure Imams and the miracles that occurred at their hands, by relying on the truthfulness of the Prophet and the guardians and trusting them.
Since the topic of prophethood is a subject of controversy among followers of other religions and atheists, and the imamate is a subject of controversy among Islamic sects in every era, it was necessary to prove prophethood and imamate with rational and transmitted evidence. This was done in the book Ithbat al-Hudat bi al-Nasus wa al-Mijazat, where the author of the book (Muhammad bin al-Hasan al-Hurr al-Amili) sought to prove monotheism first by mentioning rational arguments and then proving prophethood and imamate with texts and miracles by mentioning hadiths in thirty-five chapters, and each chapter includes several sections in which he mentioned hadiths on a specific topic, by mentioning the names of Shiite books and the chains of transmission in which the hadith was mentioned, and then mentioning the texts mentioned in the books of Sunnah and their various chains of transmission. The method followed in this research is the descriptive method.
Through induction of the hadiths mentioned in the book Ithbat al-Hudat, it was concluded that Al-Amili collected twenty thousand hadiths and reports that prove prophethood and imamate from hundreds of books approved by Shiites and Sunnis, with chains of transmission reaching
seventy thousand chains of transmission.
Most of the hadiths were distinguished by being mutawatir, while the ahad hadiths were surrounded by
evidence that provided knowledge and certainty. As
for the results, prophethood and imamate were proven by texts and miracles that Its texts were distinguished by the fact that they did not contradict what was mentioned in the Holy Quran, and its chains of transmission were from trustworthy narrators who were praised by the elite and the common people.
Since the book contains twenty thousand hadiths with seventy thousand chains of transmission, it was necessary to reconsider the revision of the texts of the hadiths and review their chains of transmission to be more reliable than
Scientifically, as is the case today for many approved books

What is meant by a state of necessity is when a person finds himself in circumstances that threaten him with danger that there is no way to avoid except by committing a crime, and that crime is called a crime of necessity. Most often, in cases of necessity, it is not the result of human labor, but rather the result of the forces of nature.
The state of necessity agrees with moral coercion in that the offender finds no way to escape from the evil besetting him except by committing the crime. But it differs from coercion in that the latter threatens the offender with evil by the coercer to force him to commit the crime, so he commits it out of fear of the threat. However, in the case of necessity, he commits the crime on his own without anyone intending to resort to it. Therefore, freedom of choice is more restricted under moral coercion than it is under moral coercion. State of necessity.

The aim of this study is to explore the current status and barriers to digital literacy and identify ways to enhance it. A questionnaire tool consisting of 52 items distributed across three main dimensions was utilized. The Likert five-point scale was employed to measure the items. After ensuring the validity and reliability of the tool, it was administered to a sample of 132 students. The data obtained from the sample responses were analyzed using mean, standard deviation, and percentage weight
The study found the following results:
1-The results indicated that postgraduate students have a low level of digital literacy.
2-The results revealed a significant difference in digital literacy between students in scientific and humanities disciplines. However, there was no significant difference in digital literacy between master's and doctoral students.
3-Postgraduate students identified barriers to acquiring digital literacy, especially in humanities-related postgraduate programs.
4-Postgraduate students agreed on the importance of enhancing digital literacy and the necessity of making changes to postgraduate programs to provide an educational environment that supports its development.
Based on the study findings, the following recommendations were made
1-Updating postgraduate programs: Postgraduate programs should be reviewed to ensure the inclusion of content that promotes digital literacy. These programs should incorporate essential digital skills such as technology proficiency, electronic research and analysis, social media communication, and other relevant digital competencies.
2-Providing necessary infrastructure: An educational environment that supports the enhancement of digital literacy should be established, including the provision of necessary devices, software, and communication facilities. High-speed internet access and relevant digital resources should be made available
