The most important contemporary issues which related to the survey of the influence of communication development technology to land use sustainability. The research aims to explain the changes that happened in the quality & land use activities performance by understanding the transformations due to modern technology and its impact on current uses and its impact on changing functional relationships between those uses to create new combinations or hybrid uses.Research will follow the analytical descriptive approach in presenting the problem of research. Research has several conclusions & recommendations, one of conclusions is the change of the place concept and its relation to changing the concept of land use and its sustainability, The new foundations for classifying activities and land uses were influenced by the information and communication technologies use, which affected on changing inter-relations of activities and their impact on the changing types and classification of land uses.

Housing finance is one of the main components of housing, and it is relied upon to help families buy, build, add building, and housing improve. Accordingly, different countries all over the world set policies and strategies for the purpose of organizing and developing the financial sector to solve quantitative and qualitative housing problems.
This research aims to identify housing finance policies and strategies in Iraq and Baghdad governorate.
The most prominent sources of housing financing are the Real Estate Bank and the Housing Fund, and accordingly the focus has been on the role of these two institutions in filling the housing need in the governorate.
The ratio of the loan to the value of the house reached approximately 38%, which is a small percentage compared to the countries of the world, and the percentage of loan repayment installments is not commensurate with low-income people, especially employees among them.
Despite the good role played by the Real Estate Bank and the Housing Fund, but the policy that these institutions lend to secondary (commercial) institutions is difficult to implement, due to the limited government allocations. Therefore the directing low-interest government funds to low-income households have not been implemented, and new regulations and instructions have not been proposed to increase affordability. So the role of commercial and Islamic banks to enter the real estate finance activity is still weak .

Ajloun Governorate is considered the smallest governorate in Jordan in terms of area, and its population density rises to 472.2 people/ km2 and is distributed among five municipalities. The Al-Shafa municipality is one of these municipalities. Al-Shafa is rich in its natural and human resources, and the first municipal council was established in it in 2001.
This study seeks to achieve the following general objective: inventory the natural and human resources that Al-Shafa enjoys, and highlight the role of Al-Shafa municipality in achieving and settling sustainable development for the local community. Certain content, which are: the comprehensive approach to geographical reality, the descriptive-analytical approach, and the progressive approach.
The study reached several results, most notably, the richness of Al-Shafa region in natural and human resources. The study also reached recommendations that would facilitate the achievement of sustainable development for the local community easily and smoothly, through serious cooperation between the contracting municipal councils of Al-Shafa Municipality and the municipality’s local and governmental partners.

Arab-Islamic architecture has undergone a change at multiple levels affected by modern technology, so the research sought to address the role of contemporary technologies on a fundamental and fundamental component of architecture, which is the architectural space, what is known as the essence of architecture and its ultimate destination, with a focus on the architectural space in the architecture of the contemporary Arab Islamic mosque, because the mosque’s architecture is so important in Islamic law and the belief of the Muslim person himself, where the mosque is the functional style produced by the Islamic faith and embodied in it, whereas, knowing the levels of influence of contemporary technologies in the architectural space of contemporary Arab Islamic mosque architecture reveals to us the nature and style in which the architect must deal with these technologies, in order to produce an authentic architecture that is linked to its essence and meets the needs of its present and carries the aspirations of its future.

Iraqi economy has grown rapidly. Iraqi citizen, therefore, should be very much involved with the comprehensive development after his long patience. Such development should begin with him and his family to get the housing commodity, which is indeed not a cheap one.
In this regard, the Iraqi legislator drew attention to the necessity of issuing housing finance legislation, and thus Law No. 32 of 2011 was enacted (the Iraqi Housing Fund Law), and instructions were issued by the Ministry of Construction and Housing (MoCH) for the purpose of facilitating the implementation of this law, based on Article 20 of the same law. Because of the close connection between housing finance and architecture as one of its branches in the field of housing, and after we presented another extensive research to discuss the problems contained in Housing Fund Law No. (32), this research comes to discuss the regulation and instructions (of the law itself) to help MoCH to avoid those problems and to solve them. The research deals with the concept of a New Urbanism as an urban development strategy in the suburbs of cities or in its centers that are affected by pedestrian-oriented design and the possibility of walking, as well as integrating economic classes through the diversity of housing and its costs, and this works to facilitate access to jobs and services while providing more diverse neighborhoods and reducing the use of cars , As designing separate houses in the suburbs and increasing car trips poses a threat to the environment and the quality of urban life, and thus the new urban provides a good strategy for developing and renewing cities and suburbs.
The concept of the new urbanism has become in the current period a comprehensive concept for the reformulation of cities at the macro level, hence the focus of general research to present a specialized study on the concept of a new urbanism in urban cities and to address its principles and explain its characteristics and the most important theories related to it and study research related to its application in various cities of the world And drawing positive and negative points and ways to achieve it and how to deal with the changes that occur in cities through the new urban. To address the focus of the private research, the proposals and studies that dealt with different directions of the research topic were reviewed, and from here the research problem emerged
"the lack of clarity of the new urbanism role as a strategy for developing urban suburbs and controlling random urban spread" and the goal of the research was determined on the basis of it "application of the new urbanism concept in the development of urban suburbs and controlling indiscriminate urbanization.


In this research, a comprehensive theoretical framework has been built for the concept of the New Urbanism and the ways to apply it, and the research was based on achieving its goals and addressing the research problem based on the following hypothesis, which states that "the process of developing the outskirts of the city will be achieved through the application of various New Urbanism principles."
A district of Baghdad that suffers from urban problems was randomly chosen for its growth and development, which is the city of Al-Husayniyah, for the purpose of validating the hypothesis and the possibility of its application to solve the problems of Iraqi cities. Where a field survey was conducted for the area and to see the problems that it suffers from, and a poll was conducted for both the people of the city and slum dwellers to reach a broader understanding of people's vision and acceptance of them to apply the New Urbanism concepts. The proposed solution is based on realistic analysis and possible solutions that can be applied in practice.
