The childhood stage is considered the most important stage of all the stages through
the human being’s life. In this stage the human being will be more affected by the various
factors that surround him/her. The first five years of his/her life leave a great impact not only
on the human being personality, but also on his/her whole life. Therefore, it is worthwhile to be concerned with and focus at the raising up and the teaching of the child during the
childhood stage.
The mission of raising up children in this era - the era of globalization and information
bursting or news flooding – has become a very difficult or even an impossible mission.
Furthermore, not only in the Arabic world, but also all over the world, this era has become a
depressing and a disappointing era to many serious parents and teachers, who seek the fact
and care about both their children’s benefit and the benefit of those who raise them up.
Children are seen to be more accepting to and more connecting with the building up of
civilization. The parent’s attentiveness and the level of their educational maturity will define
the level of family evolution and its role in affecting the child’s personality.

Air pollution is one of the complex problems plaguing the environment at the present time
as a result of many liberation of gases, vapors and fumes of fuels and chemicals resulting
from industrial activities . It should be noted that there are some elements of the heavy
(Heavy Metals), including toxic in the air, with different concentrations in the air depending
on the nature of the area, for example be in rural areas is lower than in cities or industrial
areas as measured parts million (ppm ) or parts per billion (ppb). Some of these important
elements in the physiological processes and enzymatic organisms but become toxic and

Metaphor has been occupied first place among eloquent methods to build metaphors;
poetry with the latter becomes senseless thing. Metaphor is necessary part of energy that
sustains the poetry. Sentence of metaphor regarded more eloquent than the reality since it
does not conduct directly to the meaning , but rather get to it indirectly. Metaphor is
considered one of the most tools for the poet since it is a means of expression about his
sensation and feelings . Andalus paid concerns over metaphors as that being incited by their
country beauty and nature. The poet might resort to contradiction as to picture contraries
within himself.
Through pictures of contradictions depicted by the poets , it has explained that to
extent they paid concern over their poetic diction and methods , the poets have employed

active tools because learning needs active perception for stimulus that recived by the educator
and give it avalue and meaning , Need for cognition is
very important in the various daily fields of life , especially in learning and teaching and the
academy work , it help with shifting the learning level for people , and icreas the intense and
challenge between them
The research endeavored to achieve the following aim :
1- Measuring the level of peripheral perception for the university student .
2- Measuring the level of need for cognition for the university student .
3- Measuring the level of peripheral perception for the university student according to
gender .
4- Measuring the level of need for cognition for the university student according to gender .
5- Finding the relationship between both variables (peripheral perception) and (need for
cognition) for the university students .
The two scales are applied to sample consisted of (100) male and female students of the
university student / al jadriya compound exclusively for reasons mentioned with in the current
research , and for psychometric properties of the test of peripheral perception it has high
validity and reliability and to extract the psychometric properties of the scales of need for
cognition is applied to sample consisted of (200) male and female students of the university
students , after applying both research tools to the sample and data analysis , the study has
arrived at the following result .
 The sample of the research males have (field of vision , power of focus , divided attention ,
reaction time to stimuli) more than the females , but there was no differences between
males and females according to (emotional maturity) .
 The sample of the research have higher need for cognition .
 And there is appositive relationship between (field of vision and emotional maturity) and
the variable of need for cognition and there is negative relationship between (power of
focus , divided attention , reaction time to stimuli) and the variable of need for cognition .

Take the teacher's key position in the educational system as a foundation stone and primarily
responsible for achieving the goals of Education , and efficient teacher conscious is the
teacher who prepared educationally and specialized training well add to the enjoyment of a
range of features that enable them to adjust and compatibility with educational developments

In order to achieve the objectives of the research , the researcher built a standard
professional awareness and enough mental according to the steps of scientific

During the period 1970-2006 the Marshes-land region was exposed to several change
into many sides of vanishing steeling and growth as follow :

Kufa and their management is not as important as administrative institution in place that were

Context has a significant impact on the interpretation of Qur'anic and literary texts,
especially in ancient Arabic poetry since that language is no longer considered as a
contemporary understandable language. Hence this research is entitled: (the impact of
context on the morphological semantics in the Diwan of Abi Al-Aswad Al-Dau’ali) and
the morphological meanings indicated by the morphological formula which lack the
combination of other contextual clues. The researcher depended on the analytical approach to
show the impact of pairing occurring between the contextual elements on determining the
morphological meaning.
The most important findings reached at:
1- Context has a great impact in dispelling the possibilities arising from the use of linguistic
elements to denote more meanings, especially the morphological ones that are considered as
functional meanings that cannot take morphological formula to denote them individually.
2 - The actual additional verbal formulas are the most morphological formulas that lack
context in determining the intended meanings for their abundance and use in Arabic in
addition to the multitude of meanings used through each formula.
3 - The derivative clue is the best for determine the intended meaning, whether in verbal or
noun constructions.
4 - Other important clues are transitivity and intransitivity, particularly in defining the
semantics of additional verbs, as well as the clue related to the syntactic location of the
word that assist in determining the morphological meaning of its formula.

Obesity is a common disease that resulted from over-nutrition in adults and children. It
rarely causes damage to the centers of food in the brain. Obesity is defined as an increased
body weight from its natural limit which is resulted from the accumulation of excessive
amounts of fatty tissue incredibly up to 20% in males, 30 % in females unless this increase is
not due to an increase in muscles as in athletes or accumulation of water in the body which is
resulted from Mesothelioma or the magnitude of the skeleton. Obesity is the increase of the total average of fat in the body compared to other tissues,
which causes an increasing body weight, thereby increasing body mass. The fatty child has an
increase in the stored fatty layer under the skin, and increased weight 20%more than the
normal weight of other children in the same age and height.
This thesis focuses on identifying showing the relationship between obesity and some of the
variables. Moreover, the thesis reflects the importance of maintaining the ideal weight of the
child and his role in the growth and health. The evidence shows that children who suffer from
obesity are more likely to become fat adults, so they are exposed to increased risk of serious
health problems. Hence, protecting children from obesity and treating them is possible
through changing lifestyle, improving the child's nutrition system, and urging him to exercise
to improve their health at the present time and in the future.
Therefore, the thesis aims: to detect significant differences in obesity for kindergarten
children depending on certain variables through the testing hypothesis as followed:
Statistically there are no significant differences in obesity with kindergarten children that are
attributable to the following variables:
(A)Sex variable.
(B) The sequence of the child in the family..
(C) Dietary habits of the family.
To achieve the objectives of this study, 300 children were selected as samples, 166
males and 134 females. One of the most important tools that were used is:
1 - an electronic device for measuring weight.
2 - Length measuring tape.
3 - Measurement of body mass index (BMI)..
The researcher used in data statistical analysis:
(1) One way Anova.
(2) The T- test for two independent samples: Independent Samples Test.
(3) The real bilateral correlation coefficient (Point Bay Cyril).
The most important results that have been reached:
(1) That females suffer from obesity more than males because the body mass index of females
is greater than the body mass index (BMI) for males.
(2) There is no statistically significant difference between the averages of body mass index
(BMI) scores for kindergarten children due to the variable of the sequence of the child
within his brothers.
(3) There is no statistically significant difference between the averages of body mass index
(BMI) scores for obese kindergarten children that is attributed to behavioral tendencies
variable of the child.

control will be spontaneous when the individual will have a special ideas about the correct or
incorrect behavior and choosing his way according it.
The present study airs at:
1- building and measuring self control and balancing among means among university
students according to gender and specialization.
To achieve the above mention aim, the two researchers built a scale of self control depending
on some theories and applying it on a sample consists of (400) male and female students in
Baghdad university studying in scientific and human fields. The two researchers make the
necessary procedures such as reliability and constancy reaching to discriminative power by
the two extreme groups style, relation of item with total scone of scale and factorial analysis
of self control scale and applying on a sample consists of (495) students for measuring
purpose. When data had been collected and processed statistically, the researchers concludes
the following results:
University students have the capacity of controlling their behavior through self
monitoring , hedging it and responding to the different doily life situations such as cognitive,
academic, social and emotional ones and there is no difference in controlling self among
university students according to gender and specializing.

development of recommendations and proposals that limit the severity of the problem, and

socialization through work to address the problems of family disintegration and including

important:
1. Shares family disintegration caused the death of one or both parents in juvenile delinquency

the other was the cause of female delinquency.

The development issue is considered as one of the most important matters of concern to
governments, intellectuals and specialists in the contemporary world, especially in developing
countries that are trying hard to move out of the afflicting underdevelopment domain to a
brighter future and achieve the aspirations of those countries through organized planning
which take advantage of available resources, whether material or humanitarian, in the best
way possible.
The development process are taking place at multiple levels ranging from national to
regional to local where the community is stimulated and excited for the cooperation,
participation and preparation to perform planned change in the methods of thinking, acting
and production.

The goal of this research is to find the effects of both the studying students
groupwhich has various educational levels and the integration of the fragmented information
through or during the study of history subjects for the female students of the fifth secondary
literary section.
To achieve this study or case the researcher has chosen an experimental design or test
by studying three groups: two are as mentioned above and the third is just ordinary team. In
addition to that, there is a test after the experiment. The researcher chose on purpose female
students of the literal section from two different secondary school Al Asil and Wahran both
are secondary school for girls, and both are from directorate of education- Al Karkh 2nd
district for the academic year 2014-2015 to make the experiment.
The total number of students were 73 divided as follow: 24 students in the 1st
experimental team, 25 students in the 2nd experimental team (integration of the fragmented
information and 24 students in the 3rdteam which were taught in classical methods).
The researcher was careful before starting her tests on the three groups of students, in
choosing statistically equality in some of the variables, which she thinks may have negative
effects on the experiment.
The variables are final grade of history exam of the last year for every student, age of
students calculated in months, parents educational level, and the test of prior knowledge of
history.
The researcher chose the educational material that should be taught which included the

st and 2nd chapter from the modern history of Europe and America for the 5th literal
secondary class or level. Then she put the behavioral goals depending on the general goals of
the material and on the four levels (memory, understanding, practicing, and analysis)
according to the Bloom’s taxonomy of learning Domains, which are 72 behavioral goals.
The researcher also prepared teaching plans for the material that should be taught and
for the final test which was a multiple choice test containing 50 questions. This final test has
been presented to a group of experts and specialists in history, psychological science and
teaching methods. The presentation to this group of experts was to examine, to verify the
virtual honesty, to produce the difficulty factor or coefficient and to find the strength of its
paragraphs. In addition to that, we should find its consistency and the same result of the test
when the students repeat the same exam several times.The method called (partial way….)A
correction has been made to the reliability factor by using the Spearman-Brown formula. The
value of the factor was ( ) and it is accepted in educational and psychological studies The researcher has personally completed her studies and tests on all the groups. It took
a period of two months to do the experiment starting from 1/12/2014 and this was the first
quarter of the academic school year 2014—2015.
At the end of the experiment the researcher applied the final test for the history
subject. She tested the first two groups on Wednesday 28/01/2015 and on Thursday
29/01/2015 for the classical third group.
The researcher used the Scheffe’s method and the contrast unilateral analysis to
process the data statistically. The results are the following:
1-There are differences with statistical indications at the level (0.05) in the average of the
students grades of the first group (which they are of various level of knowledge and
grades) comparing to the average grades of the third and the classical group of students.
The difference is in the benefit of the first group.
2-There are differences with statistical indications at the level (0.05) in the average of the
students grades of the second group (which they use the integration method of the
fragmented information) comparing to the average grades of the third and the classical
group of students. The difference is in the benefit of the second group.
3-There are differences with statistical indications at the level (0.05) in the average of the
students grades between the first group (which they are of various level of knowledge and
grades) comparing to the average grades of the second group (which they use the
integration method of the fragmented information). The difference is in the benefit of the
first group.
Below are the recommendations of researcher based on the results of her case study.
1-To emphasis on the need to the attention of the ministry of education to use and teach the
modern methods including the (method of various level of knowledge and grades in one
group) and (the integration method of the fragments information).
2-Offering and preparing developmental courses for the history teacher. The courses should
include the modern methods including the (method of various level of knowledge and
grades in one group) and (the integration method of the fragments information).
3- Introducing in the books of history material the modern teaching plans and methods
including the (method of various level of knowledge and grades in one group) and (the
integration method of the fragments information).
4- Applying the (method of various level of knowledge and grades in one group) and (the
integration method of the fragmented information) when teaching other educational
material.
The researcher also suggests to practice and to apply similar experiments in:
1- Other situations with different variables and groups other than the various level of
education.
2- In different stages and study phases other than the researcher has practiced and
experimented.
To conduct a study and make comparison between all-girls and all-boys schools

The research aims to shed light on the internet and how to employ them and to take
advantage of applications in scientific research among faculty members, from a survey the
opinions of professors at the University of Alanbar and Almustansiriah, to see the reality of
use of the Internet and ways to invest in the service of scientific research.
The follow descriptive analysis approach , which is appropriate to the nature of this
study concerned with exploring the views on the uses of the Internet. The study reached the
field the following results:
1- There are(60) % of respondents use the Internet on an ongoing basis to see new
information and keep pace with scientific developments in the field of specialty and the
average use of the Internet( 3) h per day for the respondents.
2- The proportion of % 73of respondents believed that the Internet channel of communication
and scientific research is indispensable for the professor.
3- The study also showed that %50 of respondents believe that the culture of rational use of
the Internet could raise the level of return to the informational and cognitive researcher.
The study came up with several recommendations, the most important are:
1 - The need to visit sites of scientific continuously for the purpose of obtaining information
that serve the scientific research 2 - The need to contain information use of the Internet for the purpose of raising awareness to
deal with the internet data to be a way of building and learning and excellence does not
demolished
3 - Making electronic locations for the universities and colleges and other scientific research
centers

The study aimed to identify the impact of the use of systemic approach in the
collection of geographical material and cognitive motivation when fifth grade students of
literary, experimental design researcher adopted a partial seizures, and telemetric to two
unequal one experimental and the other officer.
The sample consisted of fifth grade literary students from secondary (inherent) for
Boys in Baghdad (the Republic of Iraq. (By Mjootain, and the number of students of each
group (30 students). And has rewarded the two groups, in the variables (chronological age,
average scores half-year, degree IQ),
Promising researcher himself requirements of research to determine the scientific
material and teaching plans and the formulation of behavioral objectives that are consistent
with the requirements of the course material.
The researcher also relied on the two tests, the first prepared by the researcher was
Theselaa test of multiple choice, consisting of (60) and the second paragraph risk trial measure adopted researcher Mahmoud (2004) to measure the motivation and cognitive
component of the total number (39) paragraph. The total score on the scale ranged between
(39-195). The extraction of the virtual display of honesty through tests on a group of experts
have been paragraphs analysis by extracting the level of difficulty and discriminatory
paragraph of each paragraph. , And was calculating reliability coefficient retail midterm way,
the first test and was (0.83) The second test, bringing reliability coefficient (0.81). The data
were processed statistically between the control and experimental groups by equation
(samples t-test).

statistically significant at the significance level (5 0), and in favor of the experimental group,
in the achievement test and measure the cognitive motivation
In light of the findings put the researcher some of the recommendations was the most
important use of systemic approach in geographical teaching natural fifth grade literature
because of its impact on achievement and stimulate the motivation of knowledge among
students and suggested that current research on the outstanding students and identify systemic
approach the size of the collection and the development of innovative thinking.

This research deals with a unique and innovative topic, that is the study of complaint in the
Quranic text. Despite its importance, it has never been studied before, because most of the
complaint 's meanings in the Quranic text is: the in explicit complaint. The mentioned
complaint's expressions in different contexts overlap with other purposes, in particular call
method and its peripherals like mourn , ask for help , exclamation and others.
Moreover, expressions that reveal complaint are related to the complainant's emotional
and psychological status, and the complaint's context.
This research deals with the topic into two sections: The first deals with the important
expression of complaint such as: iff, ouah, mooing, crying. The second deals with the
complaint's methods and contexts .
Finally , the study ends with the conclusion.

Differences in transversal sections and activities of geomorphological operations led to
forming geomorphological shapes as river turns and river isles in watercourse in the area of
study. The study showed three river turns that are Sindia turn with length 4723m, turn wave
3599 average width 267.6, Zanbour turn length 11374m, turn wave 7110 average width
307.5m,and Dojama turn with length 5876m, turn wave 4982m average width 313.4m. This
difference is caused by the activity of erosion and sedimentation that led to the appearance of

In this research , we tried to identify the meaning empowerment in the development
literatures , and inquire the most enabling prominent actions to promote women , as we
considered the most important international conferences that take up the subject of women's
empowerment .
In the context of research on the subject of empowering women to occupy leadership
positions , we tried to diagnose the target of the empowerment , and we clarify the correlation
between human development and empowerment of women , also the research touched on the
decision (1325) issued by the United Nations , which includes provisions regarding
the importance of women participation at all levels in the process of decision-making .
We realized that there are social , cultural and political challenges and stereotypes
molds crisis encapsulating the reality of women in Iraq .
So , she needs enable that moves toward the psychological inside to improve her
perceptions about herself , and another external that moves towards improving the society
perceptions about her.
We have reached a number of recommendations and proposals to change the reality of
women to reach a better and brighter reality by the means of education , and raise society
awareness of the importance of women's status and her role in society , and instill selfconfidence of women in order to be conscious of her rights and have ability to claim those
rights .

The purpose of this research its study of Natural Consideration that contributed in turning
of Dairy products in Baghdad Governorate , this subject deal with centered geographical
location in the midlle of Iraq ,it’s also main market in discharge and marketing to rest of
Iraqi’s governorate pointed to it’s an active role in localized of it’s factory(milk ,cheese,cream
,butter, yoghurte)and it’s constant ,thus distributedin all district of Baghdad ,flat governorate

This paper aims at exploring the impact of the Iraq-Iran war in the poetry of Adnan
Al-Sayegh. Al-Sayegh participation in this war makes him a first hand witness to the
atrocities of the trenches and fight in the first lines. This war did not only change his life and
world view for good, it changes the nature of his poetry as well. As aresult, war becomes a
central issue not only in the poetry Al-Sayegh wrote in the 1980s and 1990s Iraq, but also in
the exile

For cleaner air and unpolluted continue assessment study air pollution the city of Baghdad by measuring the concentrations of air pollutants, which included TSP, Pb, where the adoption of three stations (Andalus Square, Jadiriya, Allawi) are distributed in the city of Baghdad in order to compare the concentrations of these pollutants with previous studies. Study pointed out that the city's air contaminant, especially in minutes outstanding after deducting the amount of atmospheric dust thick mechanism city this year where the highest concentration of minutes outstanding (9895) micrograms / m 3 at the station Alawi and lower concentration of 157 micrograms / m 3 at the station Alawi and this was higher than the determinantsNational (350) micrograms / m 3 and global amounting to 150 micrograms / m 3 for a period of exposure (24 hours and one hour, respectively).The lower concentration (0.04) mcg / m 3 in Jadriya station. Summarizing the study, said the city's air pollutant and is due to increased traffic congestion and fuel sarong and large quantities of fuel consumed in the production of electric power stations and to divorced laboratories and factories governmental organizations and the privatesector deployed in the city.
