Praise be to Allah, and peace and blessings be upon the Messenger of Allah, and on all his brothers, and those who are with him. This research has been devoted to study the prophets' fear of the holy Quran objectively to find out that the truth of fear is so mething normal and not a matter of coward or weakness. One of the most prophets who is know of fear is the prophet Moses. The truth is that he did not feel of fear only in three or four places, but repeating his story in the Holy Quran makes people suspect that there are many other places. Fear was not limited to Moses(pbuh), but also included "Abraham, Jacob, Lot, David and the fear of the Prophet Muhammad" peace be upon them. The importance of lies in the fact consists in that the prophets' fear does not diminish their religious status.

The Orientalist philosopher Henry Corbin is one of the greatest western researchers on Islam in general and one of those who investigated and studied the Islamic philosophical thought and the twelve Imams Shiism in particular. The political, religious or purely scientific factors that moved Orientalism towards studying Shiism in specific led to the interest of Orientalists in Shiism and the biographies of Imams (pbuh), Corbin is known for his positive and fair view. He believed in the importance and centrality of the idea of Imamate and the idea of the Imam\'s doctrine among Shiites .Thus, we find that he carried out several independent studies about the Imam’s welaya and prophetic philosophy and so on. Unlike many Orientalists who investigated the idea or belief in the absent Imam using a historical approach, he investigated that following a phenomenological approach and reached the conclusion that the relation of al-welaya to religion is the same as that of the soul to body.

Saussure's Course in General Linguistics represents the most important book in the modern Arabic linguistics. Five translations of this book in the Arabic world are found, three of them are in French , and other two in English. The disagreement in these translations of the linguistic term in these lectures is investigated.The current research has focused on terms that are hugely disagreed in its translation into Arabic; besides, the research includes translated terms. The aim of this research is to know to what extent these terms are accurate in its translation to deal with the concepts without confusion. The research has tracked to know the common use of these terms in the Arabic linguistics. Many terms are included in these lectures: Phoneme , Phonetics, Phonology, linguistics, sign, vibrant, liquids , spirants, occlusive, etymology , diachronic and synchronic). We have mentioned both terms in English and French.

Naming is an inevitable anthropological linguistic act connected with human groups since its existence in the world. The Arabic linguistic group-like any other group- practiced this act in pre-Islamic and Islamic phases. It was a structurally and culturally motivated act in the pragmatic output of the group in question. This gave rise to different patterns of human naming. The act of naming did not stop at this but its real usage extended to the various world existent things like trees, stones, animals and natural phenomena.

With the aid of some philosophies, Nietzsche tries through his philosophy of the hammer ; to treat those he calls patients – who were taken by values of priests and philosophers. The protection of the Holy Places, which constitute the spiritual values of the peoples, is no less important than the protection of the material entity of man because of the connection between these holy sites as a cultural and civilized entity.

Water generally represents an essential element for life and it has become today one of the prerequisites of progress and economic development for being the basis of developing important economic sectors like agriculture and industry. In the light of that prime importance of water a competition to dominate and control it especially water that runs across borders stands out in reality, whether it is apparent or underground water. Consequently, the legal regulation becomes a necessity for an ideal use of water that ensures the rights of the sharing countries. This is because any violation of the relevant rights leads to conflicts that affect the stability of states and threatens the international peace and security. Since the topic is important in reality and legally, we will try to investigate it by shedding light on the international legal rules regulating the use of water mentioned in international public and private deals and showing what the international tradition and the general principles of law have decided in this context, with particular reference to the legal regulation of the use of the rivers of Tigris and Euphrates on the basis of those rules since they are international rivers.

The paper focuses on the authority of the criminal court judge to prove the authenticity of the brain imprint, since the judge has wide discretionary authority in taking all legitimate means in criminal proofing and evidence, and that the brain imprint is among the modern and advanced means used by a large number of judges in the judiciary in a large number of foreign and Arab countries. and it is still used to assure some jurists that the percentage approximately 70% of cases during the next ten years will be resolved through the brain imprint . Here the researcher deals with two terms: the first one is related to the judge's discretionary authority, and to what extent it is free and the second one is related to the method of the brain impression as a legitimate and modern method that can be relied upon in deciphering the mystery of some crimes. These crimes can be taken and relied upon by a judge, as they do not affect the will, freedom, and rights of the accused person.

The Iraqi legislator in the enforceable Labor Law No.37 of 2015 defined a juvenile worker as every male or female who has reached 15 years of age but has not yet reached 18 years old. With this definition, the Iraqi legislator adhered to the international conventions that determine the age of juveniles, in particular the international convention for determining the minimum age for work No.138 of 1973.
The law prevents owners'work from employing juveniles in acts like slavery, forced or compulsory labor, or the use of juveniles in armed conflicts, acts contrary to morality, drug trafficking and all illegal activities that harm the juvenile worker, whether the harm is moral, social or physical, provided that states take care Signatories to international agreements require the necessity to adapt the provisions of their national legislations to fight actions that cause harm to juveniles, even if this is coupled with penalties for violating employers.
The legislator regulated the work of minors by adhering to the legal age of their employment, in addition to submitting the juvenile worker to a medical examination as well as seeking advice from the guardian before employing the juvenile worker, and the legislator prohibited the work of minors(juvenile) in night work and dangerous work, and the Iraqi legislator organized that with special instructions.

The importance of the current research lies in dealing with the aspects of beauty in the human soul through multiple scenes that the Holy Qur’an reviews to meet the essential needs of human. The current research aims to employ the concept of education and aesthetics in designing the objectives of artistic and aesthetic education.
The researcher adopted the descriptive analytical approach and the research community represented by the Quranic verses that deals with beauty in form and content. The sample of this research was identified with (10) Ayya in which the concept of beauty appears to draw an educational map for the required objectives.
The researcher prepared a questionnaire as a tool for his research included (14) items, in which the educational and aesthetic meanings are shown according to the Qur’anic verses which indicate them.
After the adoption of statistical means and the steps of analysis, the items that create the beauty of universe in a very precise and accurate system have attained the first degrees. Of the most important conclusions that the Holy Qur’an is a reparative method in the education of souls in full education, including the aesthetic education and the Islamic doctrines cares about the human as a spirit and a body.
