The Islamic Sharia has paid attention to genetic diseases, and this has become clear in the Prophet\'s speech where he pointed to the presence of inheritance between parents and their children, and the damages and benefits that may result from it. According to that good features, such as beauty, intelligence, health, wellness, etc., and the bad characteristics, like physical weakness, and genetic diseases are transmitted through it. It was reported from Aaisha from the Prophet that (Choose for your sperm and marry the best).
Genetic science confirms the Prophet\'s remarks and the necessity to choose and the proper family for affinity and take this into account.
Scientists have been able to identify the secrets of genetic material DNA, and its capacity to store genetic information, and transmit it from one generation to the next one.
The scientific discoveries in the medical and biological fields have continued in the last decade, identifying clear lines for the detection of diseases, especially genetic ones, which have a direct impact on the married life.
New cases have been emerged which required to stand and evaluate them according to the methods and values of Islam. Thus, this paper comes to arrive at the effective solutions and treatments to protect the offspring.
My research, titled \"Mechanisms for Protecting Offspring from Genetic Diseases,\" is designed to develop the right solutions and effective treatments for the protection of one of the five imperatives, the offspring.

This paper showed the meaning of strengths and weaknesses in the fundamental studies reinforcing it with the inference of Fundamental scientists speech. It also stated the relationship between the forces of strength and the obligations of weakness and its effects on the reasoning among fundamentalists. It arrives at that the fundamentalist is trying hard to infer through strengths because the fundamental rules are mostly fixed rules which are required for the force, Therefore, the strengths facilitate for the jurisprudent to present his fatwa relying on the most correct unlike the weaknesses that need further evidence then he is more likely to work with it because the weaknesses are mostly dependent on the concept.

Having a look at the various suggestive contemporary issues like social, religious, economic and legal fields, one will find issues of women are strongly presented, because the women represent half of society, and everything related to her become a field of conflicts. So my research come entitled (the feminist discourse a read in al- Hijab suspicions), The issue of Al-hijab has been chosen because it is related to the ideological aspect of Muslim woman that represents the relationship of woman with her God, as well as occupying a wide area of feminist discourse. It represents an important concern for the secular feminists who continuously sought to dislodge the principles of belief and then deny them.

The commandment has a great impact on the refinement and integration of human soulsince it represents one of the important educational methods, therefore, Al alama Al hilly was interested in the commandment.All his commandments were taken fromholy Qur'an and Sunnah, and because of the importance of this topic, this study will be devoted to theGuiding commandment and its Effects on Human Integration forAl-alama Al- Hilly.This study consists of an introduction and two sections.
Section oneis devoted to the study of the commandment linguisticallyand idiomatically as in the Qur'an and Sunnah. Whereas, Section two was concerned with the study of the implications of Al-hillycommandment, and ends with a result , conclusion and references.

This study attempts to analyze the novel (O Mariam) by the novelist Sinan Intwan using deconstruction criticism which is considered a post-structuralism thought; a criticism which moved from philosophy to literature, making use of the thoughts of the French philosopher Jacques Derrida. The proponents of this theory have criticized all the classical critical approaches which were interested in things outside the text, and the textual approaches-structuralism, semiotics, stylistics-whose prime concern was with the text itself in order to reveal its treasures. Deconstruction advocates search through the text for anything absent or delayed which forms the unstable meaning of the text because the text which has been deconstructed can be deconstructed again to give a new meaning.

This research aims at exploring the state of violence against female which mastered the novel text during the First Gulf War and the psychological state that follows; in addition to the mental directions what featured those texts and which have collapsed quickly in front of the hard reality- they had no resistance but emotional instead of taking action, cursing instead of finding solutions. That led most women to self-reclining, disturbance of situation, inability of taking action and unclear vision, which reflected critical reality equal to the political and social defeat which weakened the community. All those fields controlled the Iraqi woman novel which is the symbol of this research; therefore, it is theoretically established on a precise of the term "violence" and its concept in the psychological and social studies. Then came the procedural act and revealed the violence issue (abstract, concrete and ideological violence) through sings and meanings, texts or declared by speakers within a mechanism of descriptive analytical course which is considered a main means concerning the procedural work.

After praising Allah and praying on Prophet Mohammad and his house hold there is no doubt that the Islamic law was built on the comprehensiveness and inclusiveness not on the rigidity and inflexibility which lead to extremism and extravagance, as the virtue of comprehensiveness was the main reason of the spread of the Islamic law. The Islamic nation was plagued by what disfigured it in early ages, it was infected by dark forces tried to divert its righteous course through claims applied for the political reasons aim at reaching specific purposes and goals designed by those who were responsible of this destructive project, based on takfir, violation and lack of respect for the other - using the ways of interpreting the religious texts in a way that would switch its related temporal context from exclusiveness into generality away from its locative and historical context - if their interests collided with them, disregarding the leniency of the Islamic religion, the religion of mercy, as in the verse of the Holy Quran :” And We did not send you (O Muhammad!) but as a blessing and mercy, for all beings”, 107 Al-Anbiya’. It is a religion in which all its bases are rejecting what was sought out by takfiri groups whom they direct the violence in all its kinds against the people of different religions and sects through misleading religious mottoes and in perverted interpretations away of the peace theory that the Holy Quran confirmed in the verse:” There is no compulsion of any sort in religion”, 256 Al-Baqarah. Calling for the positive response for the other in belief. The Research Objectives: To highlight the gap and define the differences between the Islamic concept and that of the terrorism which prefers hatred and practicing violence against the other rather than forgiveness and the call to faith.

Media discourse affects other, because people interact with it at all levels intellectual and cultural .and the researcher sought to know this communication, which is the first means of influence and control of society, the problem of searching the following question; what is the secret of media communication on the recipient ?

Imam Zayd al-'Alam (may Allah be pleased with him) was the owner of the book "Ghareeb al-Qurân". It is also known as the Qur'aanic readings mentioned by the commentators and the people of the language in the stomach of their books. The linguist Rida al-Saghani wrote in his book, "The Shawlids ", which the author used to determine the uniqueness of the imams of the language. He counted these readings as evidence of the uniqueness of the imam (peace be upon him) in the language section. This is a privilege to read Imam Zaid as an argument among the people of the language. Therefore, the research is interested in collecting these readings and studying them in a linguistic study, with the differences between reading and reading the public.

New media, or what is known as social media sites, are media platforms that provide free media services and functions to people, organizations, and organizations and use them to communicate their messages to a large number of audiences, interact with them, and learn about the characteristics and trends of the audience.
The problem of this work lies in the use of social media sites for propaganda purposes and used by terrorist organizations and militant organizations in the process of disseminating their ideas and beliefs. The research problem is summarized in the following question: What is the extent to which the propaganda methods of organizing ISIS through social media sites in the morale of Iraqi fighters?

This study aims at identifying the use of fighters for social media sites and the extent of their interest in the contents published by ISIS through them and their implications in their morale of combat

The researcher followed the descriptive approach of the survey in order to identify the relationship between the different variables of the study represented in the propaganda methods of organizing the terrorist ISIS through social networking sites and its reflection in the morale of Iraqi fighters.
The results of the research highlighted that the ISIS uses mainly sites (YouTube, Facebook and Twitter) in the dissemination of their media content and propaganda methods, and fighters also interested in the content produced by the terrorist organization and published on social networking sites between the great and medium interest without affecting their morale in the fighting.
The researcher recommends on the training of war media reporters on how to select and produce media content in a professional and highly innovative.

-To understand the concept of media work and the concept of the military correspondent and the most important professional standards in media coverage .

The Present Paper aims to study the Flexible and Positive thoughts of teenagers between 13,15 and 17,19 of age group :it also highlights the difference of changing process in thoughts and behavior according to their age and ambience .The research has been conducted afield work taking views around four hundred students, one hundred from each group of four levels stating from middle school ,primary schools and four government and private colleges in different parts of the Kut city . The study concluded that they have a wide range of Flexible and positive thoughts according their age group .The study also revealed that there are some differences statically in their thinking process: however, the study concludes that there is no basic difference on statistic point of view despite the change of their social behavior in positive and flexible

The research sheds light on the state of thought produced by social oppression in any society, and from this social oppression is the class disparity between individuals, especially in the era we are dating, which is the Abbasid era - on what it attains of social luxury - as it included between the wings of a poor class or almost It is non-existent that has suffered with social injustice the intellectual injustice that limited its impact and impact on it, which led it to leave science at one time or burn its scientific product as a rejection of social oppression at other times.

The problem of this study came through previous readings and the constant consideration of educational administrative behaviors in general; the previous studies related to administrative performance, patterns of administrative behavior, and the questionnaires that were conducted, as well as the complaints that come to educational officials in the primary schools in the general directorates led to investigate the differences in the patterns of practices and behaviors, the traditional administrative methods that cannot be stated by the heads of primary schools, which were negatively reflected on the practical and educational activities and forms of established behaviors. They do not have the academic qualifications that would enable them to find successful and professional solutions to the problems facing educational institutions. We urgently need to develop these institutions in Iraq, and improve their administrative leaders and employees roles to be able to find suitable solutions and suggestions that serve the teaching and education process and strengthen these institutions.
