The current research aimed to identify the variables orientation to self-disclosure and narcissism and the significance of the relationship between them among university students. To achieve this, the researcher built a scale orientation to self-disclosure and adopted the Ben Jedidi 2016 scale of narcissism. After completing the psychological measurement conditions for the two scales, it was applied to 239 individuals randomly selected from undergraduate students in the morning study at Al-Qadisiyah University for the academic year 2023/2024. The data analysis led to a set of results, the most important of which is that the sample members have a orientation to self-disclosure and have the trait of narcissism, and the relationship between the two variables was statistically significant. It also appeared that narcissism contributes to predicting the sample members\\\\' orientation to self-disclosure and that there are no statistically significant differences in the university students\\\\' orientation to self-disclosure according to the gender and academic specialization, and that there are no statistically significant differences in their narcissism according to the gender variable, while the difference was statistically significant according to the academic specialization variable for the benefit of students of humanities . The research concluded with a set of conclusions, recommendations and proposals

In addition to that, the clans cotiued to play an active role in political affairs after 2003, addressing the social,political, and economic challenges left behind by the American occupation in lraq . therefore, politicians shifted their focus to the clans, seeking their support during elections and leveraging their significant influence in party organization and publis mobilization. Turning to the clan appeared to be the sole recourse for individuals during times of turmoil, as the clan provided a refuge from these pressures, particuly during phases of social upheaval, while also safeguarding their lives and possessions.

The research deals with the names of time that were mentioned in the Holy Quran, in its semantic aspect, we present here the concept of time, and the inventory of names and their order.
Then divide them into semantic groups, and analyze these words with a focus on the lexical aspect, and the semantic context of each of these names, while presenting the linguistic issues that were common in them.
This research has two aspects, one of which is theoretical: we deal with the concept of semantics as well as the concept of time language and idiomatically, with a statement of the concept of time when grammarians.
Another aspect is the applied aspect, which is concerned with the study of those temporal names with different connotations in Burda Al-Busairi, and this helps to unveil their contextual connotations.

The Mandaean Sabians are an ethno-religious group of the oldest religions known to mankind, some European orientalists believe in the nineteenth century, that the origin of the Sabians is the East They are the inhabitants of the banks of the Tigris and the Euphrates in southern Iraq and the Karun River near Iran, and spread by making boats and harvesting machines and crafting enamel (engraving on silver), the Sabean Mandaeans took silence in the practice of their rituals as a way to preserve their religious entity and culture, Their language is not understood by people in the areas they inhabit, and does not know the founder of their sect, they believe that their religion is the oldest religions and their books are the newspapers of the first human masters, and the reason for the ambiguity in their name, origins and rituals is their exposure to persecution, exclusion and marginalization by Jews and Christianity, so I considered them deviants who must return to the right avenue, as for the Muslims, they dealt with them according to the time periods in which they lived, The religious culture of the Sabians was represented in the most widespread images, culture, and rituals held by the Mandaean Sabians in Iraqi society.
1- Mandaean is a mixture of beliefs rooted in Sumerian and Babylonian thought (such as interest in establishing religious rituals such as prayers and the use of talismans, their interests in astronomical matters and others, and rituals based on diving in water and baptism, such as those practiced by the Dead Sea sects. 2- One of the intellectual constants of Mandaean is to glorify the lights, which they see as a flood of light from the eternal living, so they wear white clothes and raise their flag (Al-Darfasha) that reflects the light of the sun, the stars and the water is sacred because it is the water of the light self, and purity is the main pillar in Mandaeanism.

Tal Afar district enjoys a political geography with local and regional geopolitical dimensions. On the other hand, a fragile social situation consisting of a diverse ethnic composition, including three nationalities: A Turkmen, Arab, and Kurdish majority. Also, a religious one as well, as the Turkmen nationality is divided into Shiite and Sunni Muslims.

The researcher relied on the diversity and multiplicity of sources, especially the personal interviews with the media and civil activists (Jafar Ali Asghar). Perhaps this is what prompted many researchers to delve into analyzing and studying them. Among the most prominent poets who frequently employed these binaries in their poetic works is the poet Amr ibn Shas al-Asadi, who made them a decorative element that deepens the poetic images in his texts. The poet relied on binaries based on contrast, which are considered pivotal binaries, such as: youth and old age, closeness and distance, night and day, and other images that highlight the aesthetics of contrast in their meanings. In addition, the poet discussed through these dualities human issues related to his daily life, coupled with opposites, as shown in pride and humiliation, generosity and stinginess, as each duality is not complete in its meaning without its opposite that clarifies its meaning and deepens its impact. This study came to investigate the antithetical dualities that adorn the poetry of Amr ibn Shas al-Asadi, and give it rhetorical power and beauty that captivates the listener's ear and enriches the mind of the recipient. The study relied on the inductive and descriptive analytical approach to reveal these dualities in his poetry. The research was divided into an introduction and two main sections, followed by a conclusion that includes the most important results, and a list of sources and references on which the research was based

This research deals with the construction of narrative techniques in the novel \"The Maze\" by Abdul Rahman Munif, highlighting the role of the narrator and the character in formulating the narrative text. The research clarifies the types of narrators in the novel, such as the omniscient narrator, the witness narrator, and the conflicting narrators, and shows how Munif uses these patterns to highlight the human and social issues in \"The Maze\". It also discusses the role of characters, such as the character of Mutaib Al-Hathal, who embodies the human struggle with the social and economic changes that occurred in the Bedouin environment due to the discovery of oil and the entry of strangers. The research also reveals Munif\'s methods in describing the external and internal characters and the place, as he presented an accurate portrayal of the people of Wadi Al-Uyun and their lives, reflecting their belonging to the land and their rejection of external domination. The study also addressed the language used in the novel, noting its diversity between classical Arabic and the local dialect, which highlights the interaction between authenticity and modernity. The research shows that Munif was able to skillfully use narration, description, and language to create a fictional world that reflects contemporary social and political issues

Establishing transitional justice depends on the mechanisms of telling the truth, restoring memory, investigation, institutional reform, trial, and compensation. Transitional justice in general, and transitional justice in terrorist crimes in particular, is the justice of the accumulation of actions between criminal and reconciliation justice, emphasizing the necessity of balancing goals with the need for reconciliation. This means the balance between partial justice, accountability, compensation, and the pursuit of social peace.
This type of justice is based on the mechanisms of trial and compensation, through the determinations in the normal criminal laws (procedural and substantive laws) or in the exceptional laws (such as the law on compensation for victims of terrorism).
The application of this type of justice in terrorist crimes, because it is the most serious crime, especially after the great success of this type of justice in crimes and misdemeanors, including criminal reconciliation, criminal mediation, and criminal peace, as well as the success of trial, especially terrorist crimes, and the issuance of the Law of International Peace. And this is the order that can be applied in Iraq. Therefore, we will study according to the analytical descriptive method to explain the transitional justice system and the positive effects of acceptances in the face of terrorist crimes and the reduction of the growing threats, emphasizing the inability of the traditional criminal justice system to investigate the need for abolition.

The goal of the current research is to know the degree to which subjective well-being contributes to predicting self-esteem among adolescents, and the significance of the differences in the two research variables according to (gender - age). The study sample consisted of (n=200) students in adolescence, to whom two measures of subjective well-being and a measure of self-esteem were applied, after conducting appropriate statistical treatments ; The results of the study found that there is a strong positive relationship between subjective well-being and self-esteem for adolescents. Subjective well-being does not differ according to gender and age, nor does self-esteem differ according to demographic variables. The results of the study demonstrated the contribution of subjective well-being in predicting adolescents’ self-esteem.

The research aims to demonstrate economic efficiency, social efficiency, achieve economic activity, and integrate the economic and social objectives of small industries in Al-Hamzah district by relying on industrial standards, which are represented by added value, workers\\' wages, industrial production requirements, and industrial production value in order to know the increase or decrease in the branches of small manufacturing industries in the district, including food, textile, wood, paper, construction, and metal industries, according to different efficiencies. It became clear that food industries ranked first, reaching (3002) of the comparison points in the economic efficiency criterion, while construction industries occupied an advanced position in terms of the social efficiency criterion, reaching (31) of the total comparison points. As for the economic activity criterion, food industries ranked first with a percentage of (42.7) of the comparison points. As for the general objectives, the metal products industry achieved first place. And at a rate of (31.5%) of the total comparison scores.

The study aims to measure the Academic responsibility of the students of the Department of Biology in the Colleges of Education. The researchers adopted the descriptive survey approach. The research community included all fourth-grade students in the departments of the Biology department in the colleges of education for morning study in In the universities of (Karbala, Al-Muthanna, Al-Qadisiyah, and Kufa) for the academic year (2022-2023), the research sample was chosen in a simple random way, with (165) male and female students from the universities of Al-Qadisiyah and Karbala.The researchers prepared a tool to achieve the objectives of the research, which is the scale of academic responsibility, which consisted in its initial form of (40) items, which were distributed in six areas, namely (commitment to perform academic tasks and duties / self-control / bearing pressures and burdens / active participation with colleagues / belonging to the teaching environment Postponement of procrastination and postponement) in Likert’s five-graded formula, with weights (5, 4, 3, 2, 1) for positive items , and vice versa For the negative items, after verifying the face and constructive validity of the items of the scale And calculating the values of the discriminatory power of the items of the scale, and the Reliability of the scale was verified by finding Cronbach\\'s alpha coefficient, which reached (0.866). The research tool was applied in the first semester of the year (2022-2023), and statistical analysis and data processing were carried out using (Microsoft Excel-10) and (SPSS-23), The study results showed that the students of Biology department possessed evaluative thinking skills., and there is no significant difference on the scale of academic responsibility according to the gender variable, the researchers made some recommendations, including: Paying attention to academic practices that increase academic responsibility among students, and holding workshops and courses for teaching staff in order to introduce the importance of academic responsibility and its development among students, which reflects positively on their scientific level. The researchers suggested conducting a similar study of academic responsibility among students. Preparatory and intermediate stage.

The exhibitionist need is one of the important factors that affect the individual\\'s psychological and emotional health, and has a major role in determining the level of comprehensive thinking. It is worth noting that university students are among the age groups most affected by stress and psychological pressures, due to the academic and social requirements they face. This study aims to understand the relationship and direction of the exhibitionist need with comprehensive thinking among university students. The study also aims to identify the personal factors that affect this relationship. Therefore, the current research aimed to identify:
1- The exhibitionist need among university students.
2- Statistically significant differences in the exhibitionist need according to the variables (gender, and specialization) among university students.
3- Comprehensive thinking among university students
4- Statistically significant differences in comprehensive thinking according to the variables of gender (gender, and specialization) among university students.

Research Methodology: The researcher relied in his current research on the (descriptive correlational method) as it is the most appropriate method for the nature of the research and its procedures.
The research procedures are: The research community consisted of (18546) students, of whom (8327) were males and (10219) were females. The research sample, which was (400), was selected, of whom (200) were males and (200) were females from Al-Qadisiyah University students in the humanities and scientific specializations, using the random stratified method. After the researcher reviewed the literature and previous studies related to the research variables (the review need and the comprehensive thinking), and to achieve the research objectives, a tool must be available to measure the research variables. After reviewing the previous studies related to the current research, the researcher prepared the research tools, as the review need scale consisted of (30) paragraphs, and the comprehensive thinking scale consisted of (26) paragraphs. As for the answer alternatives, they had a five-point scale, which are (always applies to me, often applies to me, sometimes applies to me, rarely applies to me, never applies to me), and when correcting the scale paragraphs, the weights are taken The following (2,3,4,5,1) for the paragraphs that are in line with the direction of the variable, and the psychometric properties of the two scales were extracted from (validity and reliability), and the data were statistically analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) and the results showed the following:
1- University students (research sample) have a high level of exhibitionist need with statistical significance.
2- There are statistically significant differences in exhibitionist need according to the variables (gender, and specialization) among university students.
3- University students (research sample) have holistic thinking with statistical significance.
4- There are no statistically significant differences in holistic thinking according to the variables (gender, and specialization) among university students.
5- There is a significant, positive and inverse correlation between the research variables (exhibitionist need, holistic thinking) among university students
In light of the research results, the researcher reached a set of recommendations and proposals.

The concept of the (developmental state) is one of the modern concepts that emerged after 1982 AD. This exceptional interest led to the emergence of what is known as the (developmental state) theory in an effort to control it by setting specific indicators for it and defining it linguistically and procedurally. This research deals with the true philosophy of the emergence of the concept of the developmental state, and attempts to uncover the mystery surrounding it by discussing its chronological sequence and reviewing the most prominent opinions and theories that have been said about it.

The study aims to investigate the impact of peripheral illustrations on the listening comprehension skills of EFL learners. The researcher selects 34 pupils from Isin Primary School in Al-Qadisiyah, Iraq. The age range of the individuals are 12 to 13, and they are all male. The Oxford Quick Placement Test (OQPT) administers to learners in order to ensure uniformity among participants. The learners divides into two groups: the experimental and control groups. They are at the same level of proficiency. The pre-test conducts for both groups, and the results determine. Then the post-test conducts for the two groups. The experimental group exposes to listening to the dialogue with peripheral illustrations hanging on the board, while the control group listens to the same dialogue but without using these illustrations. After that, the two groups answer the dialogue questions. The findings demonstrates that peripheral illustrations significantly influence the listening comprehension skills of the experimental group. The study\'s findings facilitate teachers in establishing conditions for peripheral learning, enabling learners to acquire knowledge without constant focus on the content.

This paper explores the way by which Arab-Islamic culture affects knowledge construction in L1 academic research writing in Iraq. In fulfilling this aim a semi-structured interview with ten well-published Iraqi university researchers has been conducted. Salient issues regarding dispensary knowledge construction are discussed, focusing on the controversial writing strategies of copying and imitation. Following a recursive abstraction method, reoccurring themes in participants\\' responses are identified. Findings reveal that the Arab-Islamic culture is to some extent responsible for shaping the way Iraqi academic researchers built knowledge in their disciplines. Responses also show great consensus among participants regarding the way copying and imitation are utilized in higher educational system. Finally an argent call for reconceptualizing these acts within the Iraqi educational system has been recommended.

The aim of the research was to identify the impact of exploiting job influence on social security in Diwaniyah Governorate in Iraq from the point of view of those registered in the social protection network. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive analytical approach was used. The researcher distributed a questionnaire to the study sample consisting of 385 men registered in the social protection network. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which was the spread of the phenomenon of exploiting job influence in Diwaniyah Governorate in Iraq, with a weakness in the social security of the sample members. The study also confirmed the existence of a statistically significant effect of exploiting job influence on social security in Diwaniyah Governorate in Iraq. The study also indicated the absence of statistically significant differences regarding the exploitation of job influence in Diwaniyah Governorate in Iraq based on the research variables except for the age variable, as well as the absence of statistically significant differences regarding social security in Diwaniyah Governorate in Iraq based on the research variables. Accordingly, the study came out with a set of recommendations.

Additionally, lan sometimes induces an accusative case with an implied an following the particle lam al-taʿlil (the lam of causation). This particle is unique in its ability to impose accusative case markings, although grammarians have differed in their views on how it functions, why it specifically causes accusative case and why it is applied exclusively to verbs rather than nouns or particles.
In this study, I aim to elucidate the origin of lan in Arabic and to discuss its behavior when its complements precede it. Additionally, I examine whether lan can express supplication, citing various scholarly opinions on this in detail

The importance of this research lies in showing the grammatical opinions of Dr. Khalil Binyan Al-Hassoun in some grammatical issues, and clarifying their value in the grammatical study. Dr. Khalil Binyan Al-Hassoun is a sample of grammarians who defended the Holy Quran and defended its borders. He wrote books that were known for the strength of his opinions and his boldness in responding to the opinions of ancient and modern scholars. Among them are the book (Grammarians and the Quran), and the book (Glimpses of the Verses), which is considered a continuation of the book (Grammarians and the Quran). The study relied on the descriptive analytical approach, so I studied what Dr. Khalil Binyan presented, and presented his opinions that he went to, and I used the opinions of grammarians, interpreters, and rhetoricians.

This is a research into the construction of narrative places and giving them the character of strangeness and wonder in the novel (Opening to Resurrection) by the Egyptian novelist Ahmed Al-Malwani, to search for the strangeness and wonder in it, by studying and analyzing the places dealt with in the novel, and the strange and miraculous construction of them, and realizing the shades of strangeness and wonder in this novel, and the nature of the formation of the places. configuring it, and presenting it to the recipient.
The Study followed the inductive, descriptive approach that monitors, analyzes and discusses the phenomenon based on the main question: How were the strange, miraculous places formed in the novel (An Opening to Resurrection)? What is the pivotal role of place in adding the strange and the strange to the novel? Arriving at the conclusions, the most important of which was that the novel was full of strange and miraculous places.
