In it and a number of obstacles that prevent the achievement of the objectives of the project appear in the obstruction of the heavy water drainage network, the operation of the treatment plant for poor maintenance on the one hand, the health culture of the population on the other hand, the drainage of rainwater towards the riverbed, the small size and poor equipment of the treatment plant, the research concluded a number of proposals The most important of which is to enhance the health and environmental aspect of citizens and raise the efficiency of the sewage system by intensifying maintenance operations, improving the work of the central treatment plant and increasing its absorptive capacity in accordance with the size of the population and according to standards and indicators that ensure the achievement of efficient and sustainable sanitation services

This is a research titled (The Appellate Sentence in Nahj Al-Balaghah: Its Structural Patterns and Phenomena (Syntactic Study)), and it was concerned with clarifying the concept of the Appellate Sentence according to the grammarians as: “interrupted” from what preceded it. We reached a set of facts and results that illustrate the importance of studying the upbringing of Naguib Al-Rayyes and his intellectual and political cycle, the most important of which are:
1- Naguib Al-Rayes started writing as a poet, critic and literary critic through his presence in the Mari Ajami literary salon. He was a member of the founding committee of the Literary Association and was interested in poetry, literature and thought.
2- Najeeb Al-Rayes worked in journalism and the political and revolutionary struggle together since the French Mandate over Syria, as he was one of the first patriots to be arrested.
3- He continued to work in many Lebanese newspapers, including Al-Muqtabas newspaper, then he joined the Faculty of Law, where he did not complete his education, to join after that as a reporter, and then as editor-in-chief of Al-Muqtabas newspaper.
4- Najeeb Al-Rayes worked in journalism and the political and revolutionary struggle together since the beginning of the French Mandate over Syria. He was one of the first patriots to be arrested after he participated in demonstrations with thousands of Syrian youth. He was 24 years old at the time and imprisoned in the castle prison.

There are many purposes of man in his daily life, according to the situation and the context in which the speech is received, and the realization of these purposes and deciphering them, especially the hidden ones is very important, so this research dealt with the purposes of Imam Al-Sadiq (peace be upon him) in his debates, and these purposes have multiplied, including doctrinal, jurisprudential, scientific, and political, including the direct clear purposes, and the indirect hidden purposes, which need the civility of the recipient to understand and decipher them.

The research aims to investigate the grammatical discussions in the scholar Mahmoud al-Alusi’s "Kashf al-Turra 'an al-Ghurra" and compare them with the views of early and contemporary grammarians to determine the extent to which his opinions align with or diverge from theirs.
The research concluded that Al-Alusi extensively studied various grammatical discussions and highlighted the issues commonly misused by the general public, clarifying their correct usage. His opinions were found to be in agreement with the views of grammarians, especially regarding visual perceptions, in addressing these issues.

The importance of the research comes in revealing the reality of the spatial distribution of government hospitals in the city of Samawah and knowing the extent of their spatial suitability and efficiency and the amount of coverage for the population according to their spatial distribution in order to determine the amount of excess and deficit according to local planning standards. The results of the study showed a deficit in hospital services and their spatial distribution in the city of Samawah, As a result, there was a relative imbalance between hospitals and the size of the population served, which recorded a lack of service according to local planning standards, which resulted in varying scope of service, low numerical efficiency, and a low degree of spatial adequacy in the city of Samawah.

The samples were analyzed in the soil and water laboratory in the College of Agriculture. / Al-Muthanna University. The study found a high number of bacteria in the summer season, which is higher than their number in the winter season, as the average number of Faecal Streptococcus bacteria (F.S) for the two seasons was (7 colonies/100ML), while Enterococcus bacteria (S.C) recorded an average of (14 colonies/100ML). ), and fecal coliform bacteria (F.C) were recorded (25 colonies/100ML), and the total number of coliform bacteria (T.C) was recorded (53 colonies/100ML), while the total number of bacteria (T.P.C) was recorded (114 colonies/100ML), and thus it exceeded permissible limits for drinking water

The phenomenon of the deterioration of urban areas has become one of the most prominent problems that urban centers suffer from. As a result of the rapid urbanization movement witnessed by the cities of the world, its poor planning and its failure to keep pace with economic and social developments, deteriorating residential areas appeared spreading within the city and its outskirts, lacking the necessities of life. It suffers from neglect and poor service provision and is not consistent with the reality of the city and its urban image, and therefore it has become a source of social, economic and environmental problems that threaten the city's residents.
The study aims to reveal the characteristics of the urban environment of the deteriorated residential areas in the city of Samawah and to diagnose the problems that they suffer from. The study relied on the analytical descriptive approach, and the data was drawn from the field field study as well as the questionnaire that was distributed to the residential areas in the city.

The research was limited to selecting three relationships, namely: addition (inquisition), the interview relationship, and the cause-effect relationship.

Equating and contrasting are found to be helpful textual tools through which a text producer can construct a variety of visions of the world. Such world views can be reflected via language mediation processes that convey writer’s individual experiences in an attempt to structure their ideologies either through equating or contradicting other ideas in their textual practices. Thus, the current article is a practice of such issues applied to Emerson’s essay entitled “Nominalist and Realist” to realize his logic concerning the different approaches to abstract ideas, empiricism, and the universal triggers of knowledge between the two poles of thinking, namely: the nominalist and the realist. In terms of the two selected textual elements “equating and contrasting”, the individualism and universalism are scrutinized thoroughly in this study to stand on those language features that contribute to the growing realization of the affirmation and/or denial of the various propositions in the essay under analysis.
