Thecurrent research aims to investigate the effect of a specimen of Daniel in the acquisition of concepts for the Arabic language curricula material to the students of the third phase of the Faculty of Basic Education Department of Arabic Language.The sample consists of (93) applications and a student of (47) students in the Division (A), which represents the experimental group which studied the use of a specimen of Daniel, and (46) students in the Division (B), which represents the control group, which studied the traditional way. The subject of unified two groups, which subjects the Arabic language curricula which includes six chapters. The duration of the experiment is a full semester. The researchers also prepared a tool for measuring the test is the acquisition of concepts for students (sample), prepared by researchers in the light of the goals of behavioral classification (Bloom) of the domain knowledge. After analyzing the responses and calculate the grades, not serve the educational Administration researchers test (T-Test) for independent samples to determine the significance of differences between the achievement of students in the two groups. The results showed the emergence of a statistically significant difference at the level (0.05) between the average degrees of the two groups and in the interest of the experimental group which studied the use of the model of Daniel. In light of the above researchers to reach a number of recommendations including: First: the use of interest in modern teaching models, in particular a specimen of Daniel.Second: Preparation of a nest containing the mock-teaching modern distributed to teachers.

The Present study aims to investigate the attitude toward extremism of the university student and to find differences with three variables, gender field of study ,grade), For the purposes of the study on(3) level scale of the attitude towards extremism , and subjected to validity and credibility ,the scale was designed for ( 590) students sample (237) males ,and (357) females Results shown that students has a mild attitude towardsextremism compared with the average of the scale attitude towards Religious extremism occupied the number one level ,followed by social extremism and lastly political extremism in Results also shown different in gender (males ,females)with the males having the granter attitude towards extremism as for the other variable ,field of study and grade they have shown no difference in the attitudes towards extremism.

For verifying the study aims the (GHQ-12) scale has been translated to measure the cognitive load and a scale of attitude towards immigration has been constructed according to Osgood method. The validity and reliability of the scales have been ensured. After analyzing the data statistically, the results show that:1. Decrease the mental strain of the study sample and decrease the level of anxiety, depression, and lack in trust, but there is an increase in the level of social difficulties. 2. There are no statistically significant differences in the mental strain, its dimensions and the independent variables (gender, specification, the university, the study "private, not private", and if they have immigrated friends). However, there are statistically significant differences according to the study type in the favor of not private universities. 3. There are negative attitudes towards the immigration out the Iraq. 4. Only (22%) of the sample have high attitude toward the immigration and (78%) do not show clear attitude towards the immigration. 5. There are no statistically significant differences in the study sample attitudes towards the immigration according to the independent variables. 6. There is no relationship between the mental strain and attitudes towards the immigration out the Iraq. According to the results several suggestions and recommendations set forwards.

Geography of industry has been considered a branch of important economic geographical branches. This importance has been regarded as a reflection on the industrial sector contribution in economies of any state since they contribute into the total national product ; it also assimilates a huge number of labor hands . The industry of grains grinding has been considered as one of the main food industries having a main role in satisfying the need of the population from the foods. The industry is continued to use the food as daily meal . Here, it should predict the population in Baghdad and for every district until the end of 2025 and knowing either these grains grinders are able to meet and satisfy the needs of populationsof flours, making strategic analysis focusing on the weak and strong points.

The current study is concerned with the analysis of spatial and temporal to death the elderly population in the city of Baghdad and at the level of administrative units Minor(districts and the areas) depending on the general population census of the province of Baghdad, data for 1997 and data from the Ministry of Health Department of Health and Vital Statistics for 2013.The study showed differing age and quality of mortalityrates at the level of administrative units of the study area, and notes the high mortality rates of elderly people of all age groups in 2013 compared to 1997, and this is due to security conditions after the USAoccupation, and the accompanying conditionshave affected the increase in mortality rates.

This study comprised three traverses extending parallel through the Northern, Central and Southern Mahmudiya districts, and perpendicular to the course of the Euphrates River. They were identified to collect (15) soil samples and some water samples as distributed within the land cover classes of the study area. Those classes were determined by visual interpretation and supervised classification for Landsat (TM) images obtained in August/2007. The digital classification was based on Maximum Likelihood method using six spectral bands excluding the thermal band. Chemical and physical laboratory analysis for the soil characteristics was performed to determine the types of land degradation in the study area.The results showed that the highest percentage of degradation is related to the chemical degradation type having a percentage of (85.71%). It is distributed in the land areas of very height values of calcium carbonate, salinity and alkaline contents, with low values of organic material, total nitrogen and phosphorus. In the other hand the percentage of the physical degradation type was (14.29%) due to higher values of bulk density.

If the children are not to be aware with their emotions , they will find difficulty in making decisions logically or to get integrated with others ; thus , they have an opportunity to response to the social attitudes to help others in correct ways and to avoid the decisions that lead to incorrect results( Elias and Weissber 2000). The two researchers have indicated that the child needs to learn some vocabularies indicating to emotions and feelingsand reasons for such reasons and other alternatives in order for the child to have an opportunity to represent his emotions to be used in correct way. . For ascertaining the reliability and consistence, the three scales have been applied on the sample 400 child who have been randomly chosen from 20 kindergartens . After processing the statistic data , the scales have been applied on the basic sample 600 child who have been randomly chosen . The researcher has reached to the following results:The sample of the research of females enjoys with self-awareness with emotion.The sample of the research of females enjoys with integration with others The research sample of females enjoys with the method of assistance. The integration with others is consistent relationship , the more the integration with others gets increased , the more the self-awareness with emotion increase. The more the method of assistance increases , the more self-awareness with emotion increases. The independent variables affect the method of assistance. In the light of the results , the researcher has submitted a set of recommendations and suggestions.

Self-Assertion is the individual ability to express any emotion well, except the anxiety. The decrease of the individuals asserting behavior makes them face many difficulties that prevent their social adjustment. Moreover it reflexes many negativebehavioral and physical cases. The individual, who fails to express his or her negative feelings in required situations, feels with dissatisfaction, loneliness, depression, anxiety, social anxiety, conflict, and psychological disorder.Accordingly, the importance of this study is represented in studying the self-assertion and studying the university students who reflect the strength of society.The following are the two aims of the study:1.Construct an asserting behavior scale.2.Measuring the asserting behavior of the university of Baghdad students.In order to verify the aims of the study, the researchers construct an asserting behavior scale. The sample is represented by (400) students of University of Baghdad for both humanities and scientific colleges.The researchers use the statistical tools to find out the validity and reliability and then the scale is applied on (476) students. The results of the study show that:1.A scale of asserting behavior has been constructed.2.The university students have the asserting behavior.

Metadiscourse markers are means for organizinga writer’s information and create a connectionwith her/his readers. When students write, they usually focus on one type of these markers that is the interactive markers and belittling the use of the other type which is the interactional markers. That is to say, they emphasize on presenting and organizing their information only. Therefore, this study is conducted to bridge this gap. The researchers have selected 18 thesis abstracts. Nine of them are written by Iraqi students of English and the rest byAmerican students. The aims of the study are to examine the types and sub-types of metadiscoursemarkers used by American and Iraqi students; investigate comparatively the impact of the metadiscoursemarkers used in organizing the given information and engaging the readers. To accomplish these aims, Hyland’s model (2005) is adopted. The results show that both Iraqi and American students use the interactive markers morethan the interactional ones andthe American use of the interactional markers is higher than Iraqi students. The Iraqi students are unable to engage their readers because of the low use of the interactional markers. The American students are able to engage their readers by using different subtypes of the interactional markers. Consequently, the researchers recommend the following: itis important to add Metadiscourse markers to M.A courses; instructors of B.A fourth stage also need to put emphasis on this topic which will aidB.A. students in making their research paper more coherent; teaching this topic within Essay writing.
