This research is based on the assumption that language is a social substructure that grows in society and grows up in it and represents all its activities and its cultural, religious, economic and other movements. In this description it shows us the mutualism and equality. Mutualism with society is achieved by taking from one side and giving from the other side. Equality, on the other hand, equalizes other society substructures that are subject to the ongoing dynamic of society.

The current research aspires to determine the features of the crisis of receiving the modern Arabic poetry, and this crisis is almost clear through the scene presented by the Arabic cultural reality, since the appearance of poetry divans has decreased and the sales of Arabic and translated international novels have increased, so has the time of poetry finished? And how will high values and ideals be anchored in the society without this sublime art in structure and formation? Then isn't poetry the spirit of language and without it the language becomes a wasteland or subjected to desertification? Thus, poetry is the metaphorical form of the language, so how does a language live without its metaphor? And by attempting to eliminate the nation spirit represented by its poetry and absenting it, or marginalizing it or listening to the unjust saying: that 'poetry has died', all of which was paving the way for chaos to appear in the Arabic life; for if you eliminate one of the most important channels which transmits and spreads beauty, i.e. the poetry channel, that means that you made the materialistic overcomes the spiritual; therefore, the spirit of the nation will dry and its good values will also die, allowing the appearance of skin eruption and diseases represented by the extremist movements which appeared in Syria, Iraq and Yemen. Hence, the danger and the importance of this topic emerge, that we should stand at the most important factors which made the Arabic poetry retreat from its leading and pioneer role in the life of people, and the meaning that sticks to the sublime and eternal human values. The study addresses poetic texts which belong to well-known Arab poets, making use of the reception method; as the study addresses Arab poets who belong to different origins and culture, enlightened by conversing with the ones who are still alive.

The research tackles the reasons of achieving t victory in the Holy Qur'an and paves the way for blessed verses that deal with the origin of this work in the Holy Quran. Then it presents the truth of victory in the Holy Quran, its types and functions, and the factors that led to it. The research is concluded with an attempt to discover what is closer to the spirit of the Quranic research . This was manifested in the launch of the fact that the Holy Qur'an is a statement of everything, and then the research mention the truth of the angels and whether they actually fought with the believers and their role was a moral one. Then the research mentioned a number of opinions of ancient and modern commentators on this theory - the reasons of victory – and is concluded with the fact that it is a color of the miracles that the Arabs and Ajaj failed to bring.

The study deals with the animal's language in terms of language and terminology according to Kappen and Jerjani. It presents the animal language and concluds that the language of the animals that I knew of some of the prophets, specially the famous ones such as David and Solomon, and even Prophet Mohmammed (PBUH) and the infallible imams of the Ahl al-Bayt peace be upon them is a matter of miracles, then the researcher said a number of views and interpreters of Muslims, past and present about this case. The parliamentary political regime is based on the duality of executive authority, consisting of the head of state and the prime minister, and the head of state in this system is politically irresponsible and the prime minister takes the political responsibility in front of the parliament.

This research aims at finding out the impact of cognitive acceleration in science fiction and procurement among third (64) year students in Chemistry material divided into two groups (23)students as experimental group and(32) students as controlling one The two groups have been matched in variables:(age in months ,previous information,mental abilities and the average score in midyear exam) To achieve the researches' aim , instructional material has been set in accordance to strategies.
The statistical information has been treated according (SPSS)program after adopting scientific fiction scale and a following procurement test with psychometric features. It has been found that there is a statistical difference between the experimental group who has studied according to cognitive acceleration strategy ,and the controlling group who has studied according traditional way in science fiction and procurement in favour of experimental group.It has been found that there is a great impact when counting the effect of the independent variables upon the following variables. In the light of the research findings. The researcher recommends the importance of teaching chemistry in accordance to cognitive acceleration. As well as the researcher suggests adopting other studies on different levels and scientific materials to clarify their impact in acquiring newconcepts, knowledge and visual thinking.

The historical studies paid great attention to the political and Economic role of the United States in the Arab world neglecting their religious role in spreading the Protestant doctrine though this role had permanent role in maintaining its political and economical dominance.
In order to highlight the activity of the American Protestant Mission and its early religious and educational activities in Lebanon, and to clarify the position of the official administrations and the position of the local population of various denominations from these activities, we chose the title (The Official and Popular Position in Lebanon towards the Missionary Activity of American Protestant from 1834 to the end of the 19th Century). The research shows that by the end of the nineteenth century the American Protestant missionary was able to extend its roots in various regions of Lebanon by opening schools at all levels, building the Protestant churches in Lebanon, and attracting the local population to the Protestant faith significantly.
