The biography and virtues of Ahlualbayt (the prophet's family) (peace be upon them) occupied a prominent place in historians' works which varied according to the end and aim of writing; in addition to the noticeable development in the writing of these works throughout several centuries
One of these books is (Nizhat Almajalis Wa Mintakhab Alnafa'is) by Abdul al-Rahman Bin Abdulsalam al-Safoori (died 894 A.H) who divided his books into parts and chapters, one of which was the chapter on the virtues of Fatima Alzahra' (peace be upon her). The book was published in al-Kāstalliyya publishing house, Egypt in (1283 A.H./1866 A.D).
After reading the book, I found it appropriate to investigate the part dedicated to the virtues of Fatima Al-Zahra'(peace be upon her) and pointing out those virtues in anew fashion in accordance with the common practice of the experts in reviving the Islamic –Arabic heritage in this era. Moreover, the methodology and content of the book were wholly studied.
The research falls into an introduction and two chapters. The first chapter is an account of the author and his book" the Virtues of Fatima Alzahra''(peace be upon her).The second chapter is the investigated text.

No way to debate and say that consultation and infallibility are two correlative matters, to hold a justice adopted by the nation led by the prophet Mohammed (Pbuh) and his pure households (pbut), and the sacrifices they made along the beginning of its history, which faced many deviations represented in the turning of governing regie at the time of the prophet from consultation at the righteous sample, and what Quran and sunnat specified at the necessity to abide the infallibility of the caliphate or the follower of realizing the legislation regulation and methodology, throughout dependable and decided texts that mind accepts, meanwhile, the position of caliphate or imamate would be at legislation regulation respecting both of the legislation Quran and Sunnat, but the matter is that, the turning of Caliphate from an enforced regime of consultation into force and heritage, when the routes of nation had been excluded in a message created by justice and equity at the land of Allah, into a tyrant, an authority pushed by glamour and wars, disorder, interference and deviation away from religion concepts and meanings, until the intentions moved from legislation, and became personal and group interests and benefits, the conditions along ages the nation passed through were moving from bad to worse, that’s why the idea of our paper was neither to show the concepts of someone, nor criticizing the realizations as they were a notification, awareness, indication and intentions of the consultation and infallibility at the meaning of Holy Quran and Sunnat, a set of actions, sayings and indications of Imam Ali Bin Abi Taleb (Pbuh), we have depended saying that into two chapters, the first included: specifying the routes, titles of the meaning and the truth of consultation at the research, depending upon the books we could obtain that lead to those intentions, the indications and concepts of infallibility by research itself, provided that, his way to avoid Quran and Prophet’s contexts, with summarizing to deliver the message, avoiding exaggerating or dereliction, which in whole led to the second chapter which depended the sayings of the prophet (Pbuh) and the sayings of Imam Ali Bin Abi Taleb (Pbuh), throughout two episodes, inclusions were specified that Islam – through their speeches – has cared about and called for consultation, it looks like it’s the first legal regime supersized in the necessity of consultation, and exchanging of points of view by looking for the best and the most correct to apply, this was as an important as rule basis, the calls of Holy Quran, and pure Sunnat, which didn’t receive the actual application, except at the ages of prophet and imamate, that’s why the topics of research have adopted two requisites: the consultation of the prophet (Pbuh) at the first, and his sayings, and second the consultation of Imam Ali Bin Abi Taleb (Pbuh) throughout his sayings as well, and refutation of assumption of not committing of the Imam to this principle which depended upon Quran texts, finally, the speech has turned toward the content and results of the paper, and the last to say is all praise to Allah the lord of the worlds, depending upon him and all the right in sayings and actions are through him.

The scene technique in the stories is from the important techniques In which the narrator trends to the dramatic show in event narrative through the use of dialogue and motion particles resulting in a text expansion that highlights the event in its dense moments and gives a sense with the active participation to be like a theatrical act where the personalities talk and think and meditate.

An interest in Islamic heritage is one of the first tasks of researchers and investigators concerned in science of heritage specially – interpretation- The scholars in the past fulfill this science with books and provide Islamic library by thousands of Tafseer (interpretation) books, Shrooh discussions), Hawashy (annotations) and they became famous. Thus I have to follow the scholars and introduce part of this heritage to the public after it was locked in libraries. I see that one of the most important scalars books are the great scholars' books which occupied the hearts and minds of the researchers.
يعد الاهتمام بالتراث الاسلامي من أولى مهام الباحثين والمحققين المختصين بعلم التراث ولا سيما منها – علم التفسير- فقد اشبع العلماء السابقين هذا العلم بالمؤلفات ورفدوا المكتبة الاسلامية بآلاف التفاسير والشروح والحواشي، وصار يشار اليهم بالبنان ، وصار لزاماً ان احذو حذو الباحثين، وان اخرج جزءاً من هذا التراث الى النور بعد ان اصبح رهين المكتبات، ورأيت من أولى الكتب أهمية مؤلفات الكبار الذين شغلوا قلوب وعقول الباحثين ، وكان من ابرزهم نجماً لامعاً في سماء القرن الثالث عشر الهجري الا وهو الشيخ العلامة الاميــر الكبير (محمد بن محمـد بن احمد السنبـاوي المالكي ، ت : 1232هــ) وبعد البحث بمؤلفات الشيخ الامير الكبير وجدت تفسيراً مهماً لسورتي المعوذتين ، ولكون هذه السورتين لها وقعٌ على حياة المسلم في الدنيا والآخرة ، وما لهذه السورتين من معانٍ فكرية ومعنوية ومادية مؤثرة، وما فيهما من كنوز واسرار ولطائف ونكات، وشغلت افكار المفسرين دون غيرهما، وبعد استخارة الله سبحانه وتعالى ، وهمتي في ان اخدم كتاب الله تعالى ، سهلّ الله لي الحصول على نسخ المخطوط ، وشرعت في تحقيقهما ، واكملتهما بتيسير الله ، والحمد لله على تمام المنة .

The basic function of Fiqh is to devise sub-Sharia rule , As the fundamental of jurisprudence considered one of the most important sciences of inference because of its sets common general rules for that process and its objectives of the study of the truth of Islamic governance.
Since the inception of the fundamentals of jurisprudence, fundamentalists have studied the definition of Shari'a governance, its divisions and the foundations upon which it is based, As the science of assets developed, new sections were added to the Islamic rule, until it reaches the modern fundamentalist called "Al - Najafi school" and Sheikh Morteza Al-Ansari was the first leader (date 1281AH) Al-Najafi school" have Fundamentalist new ideas that have not been explored before and discovered rules have been researches , and new terms have been established that were not mentioned before them. Some of these new terms are Al-Ja'al (did - made ) and Al - MaJa'wil (doing - making) which reflect two phases of Islamic ruling, This does not mean these terms are new terms that were not found in the books of ancient fundamentalists, but have found references to them in some books such as Almstcefy book for Ghazali (Date 505 AH) and the book Al- Amidi (Date 631 AH ).

This research attempts to study the international role in dealing with international crises. By highlighting the Yemeni crisis. The search was divided into two axes. The first axis dealt with the theoretical framework of the concept of managing the international crisis by several points such as The concept of international crisis and the concept of crisis management as well as tools for managing international crises.
The second axis tackles the crisis in Yemen by examining the internal political situation in Yemen and its impact on the crisis. And also the determinants of the crisis in Yemen. And the reasons for the failure of the international dialogue in Yemen. Also the reasons for the regional intervention and its impact on the crisis in Yemen.

The subject of measurement is an important fundamental issue among the fundamentalists and jurists. Therefore we see some of them as supporters and some of them are opponents to them. The opponents had a view of the existence of text rather than analogy to the text. .
The researcher sought to rely on the text rather than the measurement, and replace the measurement rule with the text (Qur'an - the Sunnah and includes Muhammad's and his family's Sunnah , the words of the Companions , and the sayings of the followers). The purpose is to reach the legitimacy of the text rather than the measurement, and that the legal provisions that they used to measure have a provision in the text without reference to the measurement. The present study represents an introduction to highlight knowledgeable conceptions which the ancient scholars tackled semantically. This gives it a great value in both the linguistic and literary discourse analysis, considering it as the essential factor which add value to other genres which, in turn, represent the core of speech. Henceforth, sentence is the core of speech whereby the speaker’s aim is found out. If the semantics of the sentence is not known, the reader will be searching for ways of interpretations that are hidden beyond oral construction. So, the researcher chooses this poem from Ahmed Bakhit’s collection as the sentence represents a fundamental semantic part and this makes the literary text so interesting and likeable.

The research consisted of an explanatory introduction and three studies, and was based on the sources of language, jurisprudence, Hadith and related sources, among others. and thank Allah the god of everything.

The possibility of building a civil state in Iraq through the democratic experiment after 2003 is facing a state of instability and continuity, not only by recognizing that it is a cumulative process that has led to the marginalization of the Iraqi society from its real participation in that building, but also to the difficulty of transferring any democratic experiment from abroad and in shock With ready-made recipes, this confirms that the construction process requires a social base, , Take upon itself a sound civil democratic approach and create a solid civil society environment to have an effective role by nominating those who are competent and honest in the process of political and economic decision-making, which collides with a different reality that the civil society incubator is not yet ready for that task, Based on the state's public expenditure which is obtained from the sale of crude oil and was not the result of the community in the first place, and this is what deepened the nature of the society and its contribution to the composition of production and wealth.

Praise be to Allah, the one who is steadfast, who did not give birth, and was not born, and did not have any one. Every physical or moral building has to be based on the Islamic religion. It is an integrated structure that includes all the life of the Muslim from birth until his death and then what becomes of him after his death, and this huge building is based on a solid foundation which is the Islamic faith that takes from the oneness of the Creator.
Thus, we find that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) stayed for ten years in Makkah, where the Holy Quran descended upon him and was often focused on the construction of the Aqidi, even if the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) What has enabled the faith in the hearts of its companions, and the mystery of the science of Tawheed and Roha is to achieve faith in God Almighty, that is, the heart's existence (peace be upon him and his family), and the subsequent qualities of the noble, and beautiful, fine crime and end of the end of the end, Is doubtful, but is done by standing on what strengthens the instinct of Gu Ta directories and interests of evidence, and the proof weapon of faith by surprise devil worshiper.
 

CV writing is one of the vital areas to search about because of its importance in recent years. CV is required for different aspects, such as searching for a job or apploying for higher education. CV is a personal and formal document that should be written in a good style and language that is free of mistakes since they make one's CV unacceptable.
The present study aims at investigating students' errors in writing their CVs. The participants are 45 undergraduate students at Imam Al-Kadhim College in the academic year 2017/2018. In analyzing data, the researcher identifies and classifies students' errors into three categories: spelling errors, morph-syntactic errors and lexico- semantic errors following Kashavarz (2012) and Corder (1975) models. The researcher concludes that college students commit 628 errors which indicate their poor performance in CV writing. The most frequent type of errors is spelling errors which have the frequency of 56.84% then morpho-syntactic and lexico-semantic errors. The committed errors are due to two sources: interlingual interference and intralingual interference.

This study aims to discover if there is a significant difference between students’ literary composition accomplishments using teaching methods that focus on a process writing approach, compared to a free writing approach. The study samples second-year students taught at the Department of English, College of Imam Al-Kadhum mainly consisting of two hundred (200) second-year students in the academic year of 2018/2019. Throughout this study, a group of ninety-nine (99) students, comprising of three classes of thirty-three (33) were monitored. This study employed a convenience sampling method, whereby the researcher implemented a quasi-experimental design, encompassing both a non-equivalent pre-test with post-testing. The data collection instrument applied to collect the data involved a written test. The administration of the test happened twice, to provide pre-test and post-test results for both control and experimental groups. Analysis of the results applied the IBM SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Science) software. The findings of the pre-test and post-test applied to each the three groups indicate that written composition teaching using a process writing approach significantly impacts the ability of students to master writing. The achievement of the first experimental group (process writing group) was superior compared to the achievement of the second experimental group (free writing group) and the control group. The analysis of the results between post-test scores in the control and experimental groups calculated a t-value of (16,462), whereby the tabulated t-value is (3,01) at level (0.05), which indicates a significant difference. Therefore rejecting the null hypothesis leading to the acceptance of the alternative hypothesis meant that there was a significant difference in students’ writing achievement taught using a process driven writing approach compared to students taught using a free writing approach and is also dependent on the strategy used by the teacher.
