The early childhood is a dangerous period for the development of children
in their present and future life . It is important to design programs for the preschool period .
These programs are relatd to the childs Personality and its integration .
The most effective stories and attractive programs for the child is the objective
stories which can develop his self-canfidence . Therefore the kindergarten
should participate in developing the childs personality and experience
because it is the most effective institute in the childs life .
The present study aims at finding out the effect of the narrative program in
the kindergartens . This has been done by investigating the truth of a number
of hypotheses to measure the self-confidence , the researcher used a
proeedure deigned by the researcher herself who has also designed a
narrative program for the children .
The research sample consists of fourteen ( ) male and ( ) females .
The researcher has deliberately chosen ghernata kindergarten . The
procedures used are :
1- The t- test for two independent consisting of the same number of
children .
2- Berson confficient equation .
3- The t-test equation for two samples the researcher has come up with
the conclusion depending on the results of research the researcher has
put forward recommendations and suggestions

This Research on (Ayat of Advice and Guidance of Morals
Included in Sorat Al-Baqara) is a study for the virtual of Ayat
dealing with advice and guidance.
The importance of this research title comes from the study of
the Holy Quran from one side and the importance of advice and
guidance from the other side, besides, we are truly in need for
such study in our life

The problems of cultural displacement and a shaky sense of one's own identity
have been the main concern of the twentieth century Caribbean writer, Jean Rhys. As
a white Creole writer living in England, Rhys attempts to capture the ambivalence of
what it means to be caught between two cultures and never able to identify fully with
any one .Born to a Welsh father and a Creole(white West Indian) mother on the island
of Dominica in the West Indies, Jean Rhys was white but not English, West Indian but
not black. Her sense of belonging to the West Indies was necessarily charged with
awareness of being part of another culture. Thus, the ambiguity of being an
insider/outsider in both the metropolis, England, and the colony, West Indies, shaped
Rhys' world, resulting in her sense of exile and marginality
The purpose of the research is to examine how Rhys gives the same sense of
exile and marginality to Antoinette Cosway, the heroine of her 1966 novel Wide
Sargasso Sea, through whom she reflects the unique experience of dislocation of the
white Creole woman.
There is a common tradition in literature emerging from the shadow of
colonialism to “write back” against the English canonical text. The re-telling of a
story from a different point of view is an extension of the deconstructive project of
exploring the silences and gaps within a text1
. Jean Rhys's Wide Sargasso Sea (1966)
is an example of this tradition, a novel that is written as a “corrective” text to
Charlotte Bronte's Jane Eyre (1847). The novel is used to speak for the silenced,
otherwise known as the “Other”, in the canonical text. The “Other” is seen to be
Bertha, Mr. Rochester's mad wife in Jane Eyre.Since writing has long been
recognized as one of the strongest forms of cultural control, it becomes evident that
the re-writing of colonial narratives is an act of liberation for “what is silent or
marginally present or ideologically represented in such works”

. In these narratives,
characters from other ethnicities are silenced, viewed as “Others” and set up in
opposition to the English ones, such as Bertha in Jane Eyre or Heathcliff in Wuthering
Heights (1847). These “Others” are different and, therefore, unable to claim the
English identity as their own, nor can they break from the complications of their
ethnic background to create an independent self.
As Britain began colonizing the West Indies and other Caribbean islands,
identity within the British empire became nebulous and reinforced the need for a
distinction to be made between the colonized subalterns and the homogenous Britons
who possessed the pure “Englishness”. The English began to refine the qualifications
of Englishness, making them more exclusive and promulgating the idea that the
colonists were never truly “English”. Creating this demarcation within the empire
allowed the British to disavow the darker parts of their national history. Suddenly acts
like slavery became divorced from the English history that promoted liberation and,
instead, associated with the population of the Caribbean islands, who had forfeited
their marks of Englishness through their colonial contamination

As we know the transportation studies regarded as one of a very
important and difficult studies and one of its difficulties created from the
process of data updating therefore the researcher well facing many difficulties
to balancing between the old data on collecting new data.
The research present an opinion which is summarized by: can we use
the old data after we updated and used it as alternatives? Or the researcher
must collect new data to complete their research which indicate to the present
situation and some times they cant complete their studies because of the
security, economic, temporally difficulties.
The research used two kinds of data, the old data which belong to the
period (1998) and new data which belong to the period (2008) and applied on
the deterrence function of work trips.
The main conclution of the research is that the old data are more
significance than the new data and therefor we can use it as alternative in
such studies

Abstract
The povety in a subjct of one of the most important problems that
accompanied the development process in iraq and is now pointing in the
depth of institutional struetues and threaten the sociol fabric and cohesion
mechamisms .
The study included of the most importana social problems that
accompamied thecrises and occupation in iraq as aproblem of unemployment
aworce, forced displacement and disintegration of family and juvenile
delinguency and the problems of drug addiction .
The study relied on sample slected from the city of Baghdad ,showed
the most important results of that two-thirds of the asssets of an urban sample
compar And more than half of the respondents obtioed the pimary education
that the majority of families stressed that poverty was the most important
causes of social problems family. The study included a set of
recommenelation and proposals .

The aim of this research is to study the effect of using computer
techniques to increase students information at the experimenting the speed
control of dc motor by the magnetic field.
Simulation of the experiment has been used by implementing
“Electronics Workbench” software.
The random sample, included (30) second year electrical department
students, divided into two groups , experimental and control with pre-test and
post-test .
The results showed great advantages for the experimental group
through the use of computer program in the laboratory. The calculated (t) was
(10.6) which was significant and showed statistical differences between the
experimental and control group.
According to the results, using the simulation in electrical machines
laboratory experiments through “Electronics work bench ", had been enforce
the students learning. The researchers recommended to utilize this
techniques either as supporting program to the ordinary laboratory work or
as self- learning method which provide the possibility to repeat the
experiment or / and validate its results

This research deals with the idea of how the poetic reading can be a
rich field for producing the potential meanings in each text, through observing
the connection of the words and their link with other, thus composes, from the
collection of these interlaced meanings, what is called the poetic significant
(Symbolic) elaboration which deals with the reader of the text by regarding
him as a producer not as a consumer who can read a conscious reading, and
be diligent to solve the problem of the links of the relations among the
inspiring words because the language of poetry is an inspired language which
is capable of diversity and multiplicity of readings which is called the Symbolic

Image compression is an important tool to reduce the bandwidth and storage
requirements of practical image systems. To reduce the increasing demand of storage
space and transmission time compression techniques are the need of the day. Discrete
time wavelet transforms based image codec using Set Partitioning In Hierarchical
Trees (SPIHT) is implemented in this paper. Mean Square Error (MSE), Peak Signal
to Noise Ratio (PSNR) and Maximum Difference (MD) are used to measure the
picture quality of reconstructed image. MSE and PSNR are the most common picture
quality measures. Different kinds of test images are assessed in this work with
different compression ratios. The results show the high efficiency of SPIHT algorithm
in image compression

The current research tries to study the reasons for lying since its
inception, as it is interesting to a child's moral growth, which can benefit from
the results of this research by institutions of socialization, parents and
teachers in the treatment and care of children.
The objective of this research is to highlight the reasons for lying to the
children from the viewpoint of teachers and the answer to the paragraphs of
research designed research instrument (questionnaire) was distributed to a
sample of teachers was clear from the analysis that the reasons lie that
received a high percentage of members of the sample are: -
- The fear of severe punishment
- Child rid himself of a specific problem
- To satisfy the parents
- The desire of the child to an adult to encourage and reward
- Keep up the child to his friends and to win the raid

- The child's desire to attract the attention of his other

The islamic caliphate was against the Aarab who became Muslims and
stayed in their desert and their companies didn’t share with the Muslims to
spread Islam by Al-Jihad. The Quran attacked them in many verses except
the Aarab who accepted when the prophet called them for Al-Jihad.
The Aarab in the ummayad period were in three categories :
1. The aarab who lived in the desert ,the islamic society was very revenge
towards them. The caliphate did not gave them Al-Ataa so they were in
bad situation
2. Those who lived in the country side . they were very trouble to the
trade.
3. The third lived in the cities and worked in the trade, Dawawin and in the
administration.
The Aarab of cities some of them associated with the caliphate,
governer .they presented their activites and some of their committies. Then
their religious features become clear so most of them had changed to
beleviors instead of only Muslims.The Arab who lived in the country side worked as guides of the trade
caravans or transporter the goods by the camels. The others were working as
robbers and plunders. Most of them shared with those who were against the
caliphate as away to declare their desier to the decentralization and revolted
against the caliphate in order to gain profitables.

Japans expansionist policy begins (Phase I) after the Chinese- Japanese
war in 1895 until end of the Washington conference in 1922 marine. Therefore
sought to implement the expansion program from the effect that get it after
Chinese- Japan war 1894-1895, and the Russo- Japanese conditions of the
first world war to complete its expansion program through the provision of
twenty- one demands and imposed on china.
In (1916-1917) it was signed a secret agreement with Allied power, that
including the German concessions in the far East to Japan legally has already
received official recognition from the international community.
In sum, the Japan during its period of expansion that has becom the first
Asian power that humiliated the European and Asian powers also and was the
first defeat the power of Estern European power in modern history during the
war (Russian- Japanese) and thus became Japan after (world war I) and one
of the big five forces in the world.
In the expansionist occupation of Manchuria in (1931 phase II), that
finished by the end of world war II in 1945, because the tendency of Japanese
expansionism is not ended with signing of treaties and U. S. Navy in 1922, but
was temporarily interrupted, the arrival of military leaders power that
representative of Gen. (Thanak j. j) in 1927
In the conjunction of the effect of economic crisis and the need for
Japanese launched the largest expansion program in 1931 with the second
world war. In 1939 Japan took the opportunity to apply its new program in the
far east in 1938.
But in 1941, the largest mistake that have been done by the Japanese military
when it was attains the U. S. Navy that tipped the balance in the side of the
state of the Allies and make the Japan loss of it had led the world after the war
instead of the second scientific American and the united stats overturned the
palance of power that now exists.

Turkey came back to the Middle East hardly after long disappearance
throughout its moderate regional policy, which put its in the middle of the
events it reverse its place throughout the regional references in the region,
the way of coming back was too difficult and hard, the internal Turkish
troubles and inhibitors coming together with the maintenance bonds that
forms great complex barrier.
But the great Turkish foreign policy represented by the foreign minister
Ahmed David Oghlu, can successfully pass these problems and as a result it
withdraw turkey both geographical and political to its neighbor after long
period of disappear, it new regional policies cancel the old impressions that
was still in the mind of the other, especially the old impression that said that
either going east or west, this is the old idea in the past that said if you want
to go to Europe or west this will delay the bonds or bridge formation with the
east. But now Turkish policy leaves the old policies by educational and
intellectual way based on political imagination and ambitious thinking doesn’t
know the impossible.
It relay all of that on actual bases reflect deep consciousness in the
composition of the region, it achieve its valuable position throughout its
regional balance and policies. It seems from the first impression there is
certain interaction on its aim for making relationship between the middle east
and European union, it’s in correct impression for many reasons, one from
most important reason because of the new Turkish policies that make it
acceptable from many countries from the world and among the world so
throughout the Turkish role in the middle east it give insurance to the Europe
that it may play the same role in the solving of the middle east troubles this
will keep the advantage of the Europe within the region. This will lead that
turkey play a central role between the Middle East and Europe, but the
reduction of the Turkish foreign policy by choosing between either west or
east policy this will make turkey go back to the old historical era, that make it
lose its new varieties and sedation.

but it achieve new ideological content in contrast to some of the radicals in
the past era who refuse the Islamic ottoman history, the justice and
development party take its idea and policy from Islamic history of turkey. In
spite of that Ankara don’t leave the idea for joining the European Union. In
addition to that turkey on of the most developed country in the middle east it
has affective and modern democratic regime in the region, and productive economy and it discover new balance between the religion and secular so
that the security aspect of the middle east will accept and support turkey, it
