This research deals with a range of vocabulary, non-Arab, which
appeared in a book Fath al-Baari by Ibn Hajar al-Askalani, so we display this
vocabulary and matrix is scholarly tuned in, interpretation and statement of

for Ibn Hajar outstanding efforts in the follow-up statements The scientists
documented a valuable book and it is fath Al-Bari important source of
vocabulary Aloagamip the complexity and multiplicity of views

Violence can be identified as an outreaching on others’ dignity,
freedom, properties, and life. Therefore, violent actions cannot be determined
only on materialistic attacks such as killing, beating, robbery, rape, and civil
wars, but it also includes the verbal attacks such as insult, threat, and cursing.
Violence against women can be identified as any bad actions that are
done against women, which lead to a physical or psychological harm, and
invade their safety and freedom whether these actions come from men or
women, against one woman or a group of women in special and general
places.
Before, the social, historical and lawful manners concentrated on
sexual distinction between the men and a woman, which, later on, leads to a
womanish revolution in the sixties of the last century. This produced an
international womanish movement that aimed to destroy focusing on
masculinity in society.
This research includes eight chapters. The first chapter deals with the
conceptual and methodical framework. Chapter two is about the past studies.
While chapter three deals with violence against women as a violation to
human rights. Chapter four talks about what human beings inherit from social
traditions that strengthen violence against women. Then in chapter five, we have the types of violence and its different and famous forms in societies. In
chapter six there is analysis to the reasons of violence. While chapter seven
talks about violence in Iraq. And finally, there is a practical study which
includes a list of information applied on five women who are molested to
violence and visit Al- Karkh court. Also, in this research, I depended on the
method of case study, where I have chosen five cases of women who suffer
from violence from different regions in Baghdad. Their case shows how
family violence humiliates woman and subjects her to man’s authority,
without having any social and legislative protection to protect woman in
society

This study aims to know how much and how long the Iraqi women's
watch space channels and expose to them and if these channels mee their
need to get knowledge information an entertainment . the role played by
these channels to provide Iraqi women with news about their community to
meet their needs and motives. this study also aims to know much the Iraqi
women expose to these channels and to know the favorable type of the
channels for them and the causes of that and know favorable programs and
why. also it aims to know the types of the if these channels deal with the Iraqi
women's problems and if the women get any advantage either behavior
knowledge for the watching these channels

The Andoluosian literatures has been captured my mind, and had a very
pure and great place in my spirit, which is remembering me the roots of
genuine Arabic civilization spread during eight century in endoluos region.
also the Arabic creation which is moved from east to far way land in that
ages. And very clearly appearance tremendous men interested in science and
all kind of literature and arts especially in poetry, no one who has taste and
minimum knowledge can denied the effect of indoluosan prosperity among
readers. So for that reason I work very hard to choose a very famous poet his
nick name (Al-Ramadee) he is Youseif Bin Haroon born in the first decade
of the 4TH hijri (Islamic Calendar), died in (403H). He was one student of
very popular linguistic called abee Ali Al-qalee.
They called him Almotanabee of his place also they said "poem started
from Kenda and sealed in Kenda" they intended Emraa Al-Kayas,AlMotanabee and Al-Ramadee.and for all of that I preferred to search about
the language phenomena and the expansion in his poetry as well as some
glance which focus to reveal about his huge linguistics and literatures
heritage capacity.
I divided this study to three levels:-
 grammatical level: dialed with odd linguistic words and converse.
 structural level: dialed with preferment, retardation, cancellation, the
linguistic methods and the aims.
 laterally level: dialed with laterally acceptance, verbalism synonymy
and analytic.
Finally, conclusion, results that I have got in this study

Development and progress of the fleet and the navy in Oman during
the reign of Sultan Said bin sultan from 1804 to 1856.
It had second level in Arab Gulf and Indian Ocean during the first half
of nineteenth century. The fleet of Oman in this time became after British
fleet.
Several reasons were behind the development of Omani fleet
- First : The aim of Sultan Said was to built a large navy yard in Arab Gulf
and Indian Ocean to encourage him -to made many ships factories.
- Second: Arab Gulf and Indian Ocean within the reign of Sultan Said
wittinsed the confilicts and wars between different forces it drived Sultan Said
to built agood and strong navy.
- Third The main aim of Oman during the reign of Sultan Said was to protect
the trade of Oman and its trad relations.
- Fourth: sultan said was desire to open some arias and he wanted to add many
parts to his country as happened as with Africa East (zangibar).
Moreover this research consists of an introduction two sections and
conclusion depending on different documents and sources in Arabic and
English.

There is a fact we have to admit here, first, that is art innovation, since
its early beginnings, is mostly a male product, and causing to stir interest and
attention, if it was a female one. Psychiatrist and sociologists could give us a
convincing answer or a logical explanation for that. What is really important
here is how the male artist could review his vision to woman, what was the
impact of all these ideas and desires towards each other in their artistic
products? Did he reflect the real role played by the woman in pushing the
artist towards specific ways? Did it related to the struggle for immortality? In
searching for motherhood and life eternity and the partner to find the way to
life. We, often, find artworks showing great interest in woman to the extent
that she became a case or may be an aim that most of his works consist
whether the artwork discuss a humane issue or reviewing the beauty of
humane figure.
Jawad Salim's works were the fertile soil to study that if we simply
reviewed some of them. Picasso, as well, was not far from that if we
acknowledged that only few of his works lacked the presence of woman. For
all of the above mentioned, lie the true objectives of this research to unveil
the nature of the humane and intellectual contents related to woman in Jawad and Picasso's paintings, their importance and role, their similarity and
differences throughout their art career.
The main results the researcher reached is that:
1- During his blue and pink period, Picasso took the woman as a humane
symbol reflecting the Spanish reality; he shouldered the responsibility
of representing the sad nation (Pain-isolation-poverty- subjugation).
2- Jawad Salim attacked in his works the oriental social traditions that
dealt with woman during the 40s, which was a reflection of his
personal sufferings in his early life and the contradictory he lived
between Paris and Baghdad.
3- Follwing the inspiring Lorna (Jawad's wife), he switched to defend
the human woman (mother-sister-friend-wife) in her tragedy and
political and social struggle side by side with the man, that was
clearly shown in what we so-called (freedom period) at the end of 50s
which preceded his early death.
4- During his Cubism and after that, Picasso resorted to oddity –the
primitive arts- in achieving innovative amazement. The lot of
familiarity and satisfaction exist inside him, prompted him to look for
the new, as if it is a reflection to his relation with woman.

The significance of this research lies in revealing the actual role of the range of
the effect of women's participation in family life. Both the historic and the
conclusive curriculum were used. The researcher was able to achieve several
results; one of the important of them is the existence of the obstacles that working
women face in life, though they do not stop the woman and her work.

This research is a rhetorical study that sheds light on theme
prominent of central identified as custom poet of MUDAFAR AL NAWAB
political and national' that "wine "that themes which had a prominent
presence and intense in his poetry .and objective of this research is to detect
the aesthetic performance ALNAWABY in which he put to categorization
"wine" ,through observation of manifestation the presence of winey. And

started The first research with lexicon russet in the processes of counting
and analysis of the semantics wine in the office of the poet trying to reveal

The second search and stood the main techniques stylistic followed
by the poet in the recruitment of that inductions has been detected, including
(addressing mode –repetition -intertextuality - juxtaposition- against me)
revealed that techniques for the breadth of the presence of alcohol in the
poem, starting with titles of the poems through the occupation of the space

That grammatical studies, a phenomenon of the Arabic language,
enabling the researcher during his research of the development of sentences,
textual analysis, to be the result of that meaning semantic of a sentence, and

The relation ship between Syria and Lebanon is a distinguished one
because of the cultural social geographic and historical common factors. So
that, Syria considers that Lebanon has a stratieyical depth for it, especially its
conflict with (Israel) does end and parts of its lands still under the occupation
of the Zionist thus, any conflict in Lebanon between parties and ethnics
groups could be considered an important influence on the bases of the Syrian
policy. Moreover the issue of Palestine which is considered the central issue
for Syria and Arab as whole. In addition to some of the political movements
that happened in the region itself. It could be said that Syrian interference in
Lebanon has a positive influence, despite the negative one, it lies in
protecting them from being killed on the bases of identity. This helps in
reducing the domination of some armed groups. But the point view of the
Syrian differs from that of the Lebanese groups, so that Syrian interference
lost its validity and thus it should be ended, as a result of the international
decision 1559 which demanded Syria to leave Lebanon after security
settlement

The definition of "prostitute" and prostitution is a difficult one and a
question over which the legislators of many lands and nations differed. A
notable feature of prostitution is its epidemic increase at times of war,
revolution and armed commotion, on account of economic, social and
psychological factors generated by such conditions of mortal conflicts. Wars
invariably deprive young wives and lovers of their men folk, resulting in
financial , sexual and emotional frustrations . At no time is the natural
balance between the sexes more seriously disturbed than during wars, when
thousands of men are thrown into one sector of the country and hundreds of
towns and villages are left to women and children only. Loaded with booty
provisions and fat salary, the warrior finds in the starving and displaced
woman an easy target. To the enemy, she is just another victim of war . The
