The aim of this research is to find out the impact of cognitive incompatibility schemes on the development of creative thinking skills among first grade students.To prove the objective of the research, the researcher putthe following hypothesis:There is no statistically significant difference at the level of (0.05) between the average score of the experimental group who study the history of ancient civilizations according to the patterns of cognitive conflict and the average grades of the control group students who study the same subject in the usual way in the test of post-creative thinking skills. The researcher chose randomly (a) to represent the experimental group whose students will study the history of ancient civilizations according to the patterns of knowledge conflict, and chose (b) to represent the control group whose students will study the same subject in the usual way.The sample of the study was (91) students and (45) for the experimental group, which is taught according to the schemes of knowledge conflict, and (46) for the control group taught in the usual way.The researcher was rewarded with the following variables (intelligence, age calculated months, parental achievement.The researcher studied himself in the duration of the experiment, which lasted (14) weeks, and used a standardized tool to measure the skills of creative thinking in the students of the two groups of research, a test of the skills of creative thinking composed of (30) paragraph, and verify its validity and stability as well as statistical analysis of its paragraphs , Discriminatory power, effectiveness of wrong alternatives.The researcher adopted the following statistical methods: the independent testing of two independent samples and the Ka-square (2), the coefficient of difficulty, the equation of the strength of discrimination, the equation of the effectiveness of the wrong alternatives, and the correlation coefficient Pearson and Spearman.After correcting the answers and processing the data statistically, the results showed:1. The effectiveness of cognitive incompatibility schemes in the development of creative thinking among the students of the first grade average, as they overcame the students of the control group who studied in the traditional way.2. Cognitive conflict schemes contribute to making students active participants in the lesson by discussing and answering the questions raised during the lesson.3. Conflicts of cognitive conflictmake students the center of the educational process. They have the largest role in discussion and inquiry, in searching for answers and solutions, in devising the most creative ideas and employing them correctly.

This researcher is to stand on this Romyat by monitoring effectiveness of the poetic text based on conflict between the presence and absence of this dialectic which is and of the important phenomena in the literary text which contribute to the composition and lend it anointed aesthetic through the conflict that exists between its ends. It will focus on three dimensions which represents Romyat essence: the self, time, and place.

Knowledge management contribute to the overall private university libraries to develop libraries for the purpose of creating human and technological resources by investing research and development, as well as education and training for life.This study followed the methodology of the descriptive and historical pillars of knowledge management for the years 1990 to the present day in 2017, depending on statistical figures obtained by the researchers from the General Secretariat of the Central Library at the University of Baghdad, and the Human Resources Division, which specialized human resources training after 2004 (and before those years from 1982 until 2002, where the continuing education was committee of the fixedcommittees are working in cooperation with the Electronic and Computer Center at the University of Baghdad, and the training was for landlords it will be according to the library need of technical development or at the request of the employee)Using modern technology and techniques for the purpose of technically and administratively rehabilitation, comparing this phase with the previous stages to find out the results of the comparison and the statement of the importance of training and education, and how to address the obstacles that prevented the achievement of successful knowledge management and work on her uncles to be the approach could be taken in the library research topic, as well as similar libraries.The research found a number of results, among them the following:1-The library was able to in previous years, 2003 to achieve the technical and artistic high gain despite the economic blockade imposed on our country Iraq, especially in the years 1991 to 2003, and the corresponding delay in the use of technology at a time when available all the means of equipment and tools advanced technology as well as provide financial allocations, especially in the years 2011-20152-It turns out that most of the problems that were plaguing the library are a defect in its organizational structure resulting from the imbalance in university libraries instructions.3-achieving cognitive development of human resources is to achieve the proper administration of cognitive it means access to a knowledge-based economy.

The goal of this study is to investigate the relationship between the student and the teacher and the student's behavior for a subject of the student in the intermediate stage, the sample contained (568) student, (266) male and (302) female.The scale of student –teacher relationship was built according to a questionnaire pointed to a sample of the students, adding to that reviewing a number of previous scales and studies which was about the same topic, and in the same way a measure of student behavior was constructed.Results showed that there was significant relation between the student's teacher relationship and student behavior, and the level of student-teacher relationship is higher than the average of the population that is there a positive relationship ,as well as the level of student behavior is higher than the average of the population ,that is their behavior is positive, also results showed that there were no significant differences in student-teacher relationship and student behavior in individuals based on gender.

The research is dealing with the color articulation and its significance in the poetry of Hana Al-bawab, who employed the “color” in a special technique in her poetry.The research is trying to deal with the identification of the color and its aesthetic significance and function in the poetic context, as it determines its indication and interaction with the words next to it in the context. The research will clarifies that the color is not only a visual phenomenon, but also an aesthetic, mental and emotional significance. The results that I have concluded, indicate that the poet has beseeched to display the color in her poetry with the plain and borrowed colors besides the inspired dark and bright colors. The color’s indication has been manifested through the colored picture, the senses correspondence and the opposite duality in the poetry of Hana.

She also used turquoise, onyx and cat eye stone to prevent envy and Exorcism purposes as she thought that these stones could protect her from dangers and this wasone of the common beliefs in the Arab civilization before Islam due to the large belief on myths and magic which was established by the magicians, priests and precious stones traders in order to control women's minds on behalf of their economic and social interests.

This study aimed at analyzing and studying the strategic and geopolitical importance of the Sahel region, which increased the regional competition for the resources of the region, especially the energy resources that have been and continue to be one of the axes of conflict and competition between these forces.The researcher tried to review the competition between the international force, France, the United States of America, China, Algeria and Libya, and the African coast. We note that there is a positive correlation between the severity of the conflict and the intensity of the competition of the major powers to control the countries of the region and the extent of political and economic stability These countries are directly affected by stability and security in the region. The United States is working to limit French influence, while France, in cooperation with China and Libya, is trying to limit American influence and protect its interests in logic. , And this is not to say that the Sahel region was not only an arena for international competition, but was often effective and influential, as the Sahel countries encouraged some parties to enter the arena of competition and objected to the role of other parties, and followed them a foreign policy aimed at economic development And to strengthen political stability in the region. Encouraging these countries to compete was in their interest and attracted foreign investment to their territories.

The study of the historical figures is one of the important in modern history since it is main focus is to show the political , economic or social product of a specific person throughout his life . Therefore , the subject of my research is “ Hussein AL-Husseiny and his politilcal role in Lebanon1968-1992. The research focused on high highting his role in Lebanon within the parliament and the ministry , he has help for the duration of the study. It also dealt with his national attitudes which he lived towardmost of crucial issues in Lebanon.

The research aims:1-To know the intemperance use of the internet by the University's students.2-To know the differences with a statistical indication in the intemperance use of the internet after the gender's inconstant ( Males-females).3-To know the differences with a statistical indication in the intemperance use of the internet after the Major's inconstant ( scientific-humanistic)This current research restricts a sample of the university students for both sexes.Theoretical frame:The research viewed several theories that explains intemperance use of the internet & the results.Research measures : 1-Research has been adapted the scale ( Internet use) which was prepared by the Moroccan researcher ( Muhammad Muhammad Almaghribi) that measures intemperance ( Internet use) through the total grade that the examined get , the scale was adaptedaccording to the Environment in Iraq & the Academic stage after assuring its credibitly & stability & the manner of assuring each paragraph.2-The scale has been applied on a sample averaged between (300) for both sexes (Males-Females) during the (15/11/2015), the researcher has been used the statistic programs for social sciences in Data process (Spss) for analyzing results.The researcher reached to the results that are listed below:1-The University's students have an intemperance in usingof theinternet.2-Results showed that the Males are more intemperance than the Females do.3-The research results revealed that the humanistic major is more intemperate than the scientific major.The researcher has been submitted some of the recommendations & suggestions.

Clear from the results shown the presence of a statistically significant difference between the acquisition of concepts of schoolgirls two groups (experimental and control) for the benefit of pupils of the experimental group who studied using active learning at the level of (0.05) in the Test acquire concepts, which was after the end of the experiment directly

The aim of this study was to study TV advertising and consumer behavior in children and to meet the needs of children. The study included 100 children from Baghdad who were randomly selected from different regions ranging in age from 9-12 years of both males and females. The current research was based on the interview and the completion of special forms prepared for this purpose. This age group was selected for the rare studies conducted on television advertising and limited to different sectors. Data on age and sex were documented, as the results of this study proved The afternoon period was the preferred period for watching the TV show in males, where it was 22%, while the morning period was the female favorite, and it was 23%. The individual viewing pattern was overwhelming in the studied sample, especially in the 11-12 age group. For the male sex and 31% for the female sex while the collective viewing pattern is dominant in the age group (9-10) years, and the musical and animation ads received a high viewing rate and were more favorable for the majority of the sample and for all age groups and both sexes It was noted that the ads of chocolate are the most popular ads of children and then the announcement of fast food and found that the males are more demand for food displayed in the television advertising of the female Wan TV advertising the role and impact in food intake in children and for all ages studied in the study and both sexes, On females more than males

Pragmatique looked at literary discourse as an external subject that needed an actor and based on a communicative relationship, that is, it examines literary work by focusing on the author's intent, and attemptingto monitor the pilgrim and logical dimension in the text. It focuses on the practical and communicative aspect of the language, which aims to convince the recipient and his or her emotional influence.And the novel (Yamrim) starting from the title (Sos) communication, and building dialogue and pilgrims based on two different logic completely, the logic of optimism and look at things with absolute objectivity, the logic of pessimism and closure and look at things with absolute passion. These two tendencies are embodied by the characters Joseph and Maha, who have the task of recounting most of the events of the novel.The researchers adopted the deliberative approach in the study of the novel through reading semantics and meanings, temporal and spatial indications and aids, and monitoring of interferences, dialogues and the pilgrim dimension, reference references to the writer's destination and text, as well as the use of descriptive analytic methods.It was incumbent on us to present a theoretical framework for the concept of the deliberative approach and a brief presentation of its origin and development, and its applicability to the narrative text, which is included in the first part of the research.Editorial:pragmatique, Destination, communication, context, Dialogue

Iraqi-Saudi Relations have witnessed a state of rapprochement over decades. However, this rapprochement was temporary and could not overcome the differences that formed the core ofIraqi-Saudi relations after 2003, relationsbetween Iraq and Saudi Arabia deteriorated with the Iraqi governments that followed the rule of Iraq after 2003, especially the government of Nuri Al-Maliki in which relations reached the end of mutual accusations between the two parties. In order to promote the relationship between the two countries,aculture of moderationhas to be propagated especially in the field of religionand the religious institution should be encouraged to open up to other sects and to recognize all sects as prelude to combating the culture of extremism and atonement and eliminating terrorist organization that take cover of religion such as Al-Qaedaand other terrorist organizations. The Iraqi and Saudi governments should also strive to build excellent relations in which communications is thecornerstone for them. As well as the development of economic relations in a manner that rises to the level of responsibility between the two countries.

This study seeks to examine the language context of the prominent Revolution’s poet, Moufdi Zakaria, in his anthology “ The Algerian Odyssey"(إلياذة الجزائر )in which hemakes use of the Coranic terms explicitly and implicitly. Besides, it seeks to explore the content of his terms from a lexicographic and semantic point of view in their Islamic and human dimensions

In this research the subject of human ability to change, as it is proven in the Koran ,which is proof of the argument against the ability of human change , whether the change in the positive or negative direction .Here the limits of the research are limited to a study of analysis of human ability to change and this establishes the important of knowing that man has the ability while in the wrong way to change the path to the right path which Gifts and guidance .The search required three demands and conclusion -The first required :-is to try the idolaters to take out believers by right .-The second required :-is to change what is inside the soul as areason to enter blessings on man .-The third required :-is good cause of good life .I have reached the most important results .That God AL might between the important of change in the life of the word has likened the believer to life for guidance and guidance and seminfielel death to disbelief and misguidance the reward and honor of Allah is that if a person does a good deed , then he doesn't think that he can't find the reward but he hasareward for it And the last of our prayers is that praise be to Allah lord of the worlds.

This research refers to a set of goals and reasons leading to divorce. The Koran mentioned divorce that the most hated Halal for God. The divorce is true for the purpose of family stability because of abuse by the husband to the wife and children or taking alcohol or drugs in a way that loses the husband's rights. The divorce is necessary from the objectives of the research to identify the reasons behind the launch and its effects on the family to identify ways and means to be followed to reduce this phenomenon.
