Ear infections are a common health problem, the most common microorganism which cause of infection is Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The study aimed to detection for bacterium ability of virulence factors production, molecular detection on that Exoenzyme effectors. The results of P. aeruginosa is the most type at18.62%. This bacterium was had a high level of resistance to the Ticarcillin antibiotic at 73.69%, were 10% of isolates (MDR), 42% (XDR) and 5% (PDR), production was each of the biofilm at 89.47%, protease enzyme at 79.94%, and Metallo beta-lactamase at 47.36%. Presence of exoenzyme genes (exoS:57.89%, exoT: 84.21%, exoU: 73.68% and exoY: 89.47%).

The preferred material for creating removable prosthesis is acrylic resin. for the reintegration of edentulous patients due to its good aesthetics, precise fit, low cost of equipment, and ease of clinical and laboratory manipulation. Acrylic resin exhibited relatively unsatisfactory characteristics like low impact and transverse strength. However, the acrylic resin was reinforced by adding filler materials like glass fibers or mixing two powders like zirconia and chitosan. The goal of this investigation was to explore how adding nanoscale zirconia with micrometer size of chitosan (zr-ch) filler with two percentages of 1% wt. and 5% wt. and two ratios of zr-ch (2:1 and 1:2) according to a pilot study and evaluate the surface hardness, impact and transverse strength .Ninety heat-cure acrylic samples were divided into three groups (each group 30 samples) based on the percentage weight of filler added to the acrylic mixture and the ratio between the nanoparticles of zirconia with a micrometer of chitosan particles. For control group (c) without addition, group A1 with 1% wt. and a ratio of 2:1 (zr-ch) and group A2 with 5% wt. and a ratio of 1:2. Each group was tested with impact strength, transverse strength and surface hardness (10 samples for each test). The zr-ch mixture ratio was prepared and selected according to the pilot study. A sharpy testing device was used to measure the impact strength while a hardness shore D device measured surface hardness and the final test was transverse strength which was tested by a universal Instron machine. The data were statistically analyzed by IBM SPSS statistics (version 24). The findings of the present study showed significant differences in surface hardness and transverse strength throughout the various study groups. However, the group A2 variation in impact strength was discovered to be nonsignificant, while the group A1 difference was shown to be significant. The best result for all three tests was obtained in the group A1. The adding zr-ch mixture improved surface hardness, impact and transverse strength, which improved acrylic denture base.

Thus, the second section discusses the origins of the concern about governance quality in Africa between the 1970s and the 1990s; the third section reviews the rebuttals and reformulations that have led the scholarly debate since the turn of the millennium; the fourth section applies the findings to the challenge of moving Africa on from economic growth to economic transformation; and the fifth section concludes that comprehensive governance improvement is not necessarily a precondition for economic progress in developing Africa.

This present research provides an overview of the main themes covered in the field of environmental diplomacy, including game theory, leadership, domestic and international relations, issue linkage, non-state actors' impact, norms and language, and negotiation and argumentation techniques. It makes the case that environmental diplomacy has lost credibility in recent years due to recurrent failures to draft a climate pact. The discussion of implications for future study on environmental foreign policy and diplomacy closes this work. It also emphasizes the necessity to reevaluate the function of diplomacy in government and the definition of the "outcome" of negotiations.

For Jacques Derrida as a French deconstructionist, the concept of "différance" plays an imperative role in the language's multiple explanations and implications. Also, binary opposition is proven to be a significant concept, which regards such differences as central to the language, human attitude, and culture. It is shown in this study that language of Albee's play does not have a fixed meaning. In fact, it is found that language in Albee’s Me, Myself and I is a highly significant feature which assists the readers to comprehend the absurd, vague, and formless lives of his American characters. Thus, benefitting from différance discloses the absurdities, roughness, and messiness of American society.

Halitosis, commonly known as bad breath, significantly impacts an individual's social life, self-esteem, and overall quality of life. While local oral factors predominantly cause halitosis, systemic conditions and hormonal changes, especially during pregnancy, can also influence its occurrence. Conducted at Al-Sader Teaching Hospital in Missan, Iraq, from October 2023 to February 2024, this cross-sectional study involved ninety female participants, divided equally into a patient group of pregnant women aged 20 to 40 years suffering from halitosis and a healthy control group of non-pregnant women. The study meticulously adhered to inclusion and exclusion criteria to ensure a focused and relevant participant pool. Measurements of VSCs and salivary cortisol levels were undertaken using standardized methods and advanced technology. The study found a significant elevation in the levels of cortisol and VSCs among the pregnant group compared to the control group, suggesting that pregnancy-induced hormonal changes and stress response could contribute to or exacerbate conditions leading to halitosis. Elevated cortisol levels and VSCs in pregnant women underscore the multifaceted relationship between pregnancy, hormonal changes, stress, and oral health, particularly concerning halitosis.

Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) often co-occurs with gastrointestinal (GI) dysfunction, suggesting gut microbiota involvement. current study, the first in Iraq, investigated fecal microbiota in autistic children (n=18, aged 2-9 years) and neurotypical controls (n=27) in Basrah. Culture techniques detected facultative or aerobic bacteria, like E. coli, Enterococcus faecium, Lactococcus garvieae, Enterococcus faecalis ,Brevibacillus parabrevis, Lactobacillus salivarius, and Klebsiella pneumonia while Prevotella spp. in ASD were found to be lower by RT-qPCR. Which was statistical insignificance. These preliminary results point to possible changes in gut flora in Iraqi children diagnosed with ASD. Larger sample sizes and further study are required.

The e-cigarette has gained popularity all around the world since its release in 2003, most frequently in young individuals (18–25 years old). The term "smoking" gave rise to the term "vaping," which describes breathing an aerosolized "e-liquid" that has been evaporated without burning thanks to a small electronic vaporizer device. The aim of this study is to describe electronic cigarettes and their components, as well as to highlight the hazards of e-cigarette smoking on human health, regarding their safety; their impact on smoking initiation and smoking cessation; and regulatory issues related to their use. The scientific databases Scopus, Google Scholar, PubMed, and Web of Science can be searched using relevant keywords to find relevant papers. In conclusion electronic cigarette have an impact on oral and general health.

The present study is an attempt to investigate Doris Lessing's" An Old Woman and her Cat" applying Gerard Genette's model "The Narrative Discourse Method , mainly the concept of voice with its subdivisions of (person or narrator, time of narration, level of narration). The ultimate goal of this research is to spotlight the efficiency of Genette's theory as an analytical tool and to illustrate how this analysis enriches and enhances the readers understanding of Doris Lessing's writing style. The researcher has found out that Genette's model, the concept of "voice" in particular with its sub divisions is applicable to the short story "An Old Woman and her Cat" .Also, the use of narrative technique and stylistic devices contribute to the overall meaning of the short story. Moreover, the narrative choices influence the readers' perception of characters, events, and themes within the short story.

Objective: This narrative review assesses the literature on the effectiveness of erythritol/glycine powder air polishing (EPAP/GPAP) in non-surgical periodontal treatment (NSPT) in terms of improving the clinical and microbiological parameters of periodontium status after air-polishing debridement. Methods: A detailed search of the literature was conducted in the following electronic databases: Google Scholar, PubMed, and Scopus. The inclusion criteria encompassed systematic reviews with meta-analyses that were published throughout the timeframe of 2014 to 2022, and human, peer-reviewed clinical studies examining the efficacy of usage of air-polishing devices in the treatment of periodontitis that were published between 2008 to 2022. Results: The search yielded 4 systematic reviews and 6 original research papers, encompassing a total of 8 clinical investigations. Conclusion: The selected literature lacked data that included a long-term evaluation of more than 12 months on the effect of air polishing powder in non-surgical periodontal treatment. Regardless of that, powder air polishing showed a comparable outcome compared with scaling root planning (SRP) with the superiority of powder air polishing in terms of antimicrobial effectiveness and exhibits better patient experience

This study compared type I and type II diabetic patients with a healthy control group using microscopic qualitative analysis of oral epithelial cytological smears in the possible early phase of diabetes. The cheek, ventral tongue mucosa, buccal, and palate smears were used for the superficial and profound cytological examination of the oral alterations. The type, duration, and consequences of diabetes were linked with cytological alterations of the oral cell population stained with PAP stain (Papanicolaou), PAS (Periodic acid-Schiff), hemotoxylin, and eosin. To detect changes, the experiment was conducted on 100 samples: 50 healthy people, 50 people with type I diabetes, and type II diabetes. They were taken from different areas, stained, and then examined with an optical microscope

In doing so, he seems to be articulating what was regarded as a defining characteristic of the Jewish experience - the arduous journey of self-affirmation. Moreover, the novel is considered ahead of its time and a pioneering achievement in the creative realm, particularly in its treatment of the crises afflicting the Jewish psyche. This thematic quality is discernible from the very threshold of the title, and further reverberates throughout the literary fabric. Environmental monitoring of external and internal radon is very important for public health. To assess the possibility of respiratory cancer, the study dealt with collecting (81) samples of sludge produced as waste from the oil industry from oil fields in Maysan Governorate, southern Iraq. The aim of the study was to determine the concentrations of radon gas (222Rn) and the concentration of radium, and the effective dose resulting from the release of radon gas on the body and lung tissues was calculated. CR-39 trace detector technology was used to accomplish this work. It was found that the Fakka fields contain a high concentration of radium, the main cause of radon, while it was lower in the Bazargan fields. In all samples, the concentration of radium (226Rn) and the radon gas released from it was much higher than the permissible dose level recommended by the International Commission on Radiological Protection.

As for the issue of denying the Day of Resurrection, just because it is difficult to accept it or to flee from responsibility and indulge in lusts. This study discussed the universality of the issue and the proof of the existence of the enemy mentally. Because the mind is unable to comprehend the details of the Resurrection and what happens in the grave, the isthmus, and the resurrection, being outside its limits. Accordingly, the study focused on the Resurrection in the Resurrection. If the resurrection is only the soul and happiness and torment are related to it, then the resurrection will be spiritual, and if the resurrection is the body and happiness and torment are related to it, then the resurrection will be physical. Accordingly, the study proved the spiritual and physical resurrection by the rational methods used by philosophers, to show that the mind and the law do not differ in proving the existence of the resurrection and that the consolidation of this important pillar (the resurrection) in the belief of man rationally and legally will lead to many educational effects on his individual and social life, which include: A sense of responsibility in a person's relationship, dealings, behaviors, and actions with others, in addition to raising the moral level due to the frequent tendency towards moral dimensions. The human goal in the resurrection will be a light that illuminates him in the course of his life, which will lead to the consolidation of faith in the unseen, monotheism and belief in the news of prophecy, and will qualify him to acquire perfection and virtues.

The most important results of the research: harassment is forbidden in Islamic Sharia according to various evidences, and that the political ruler can legislate a penal law that achieves deterrence and leads to the spread of safety and stability in society. The Iraqi law regarding harassment needs amendments and reforms to make it achieve deterrence and societal stability.

The study of legislative comprehensiveness is a crucial topic closely tied to Islamic Sharia’a and its various legislations and Fatawas. The comprehensiveness of Islamic Sharia’a is considered one of its most prominent characteristics and advantages over other divine and human laws. This comprehensiveness implies the ability of Islamic Sharia’a, with its vast array of legislations, to encompass all that a human being, whether as an individual or as a society, and needs in all aspects of life. It is also applicable to all times and places, leaving no aspect of life untouched by Allah's rulings that clarify His stance on various situations. There is no event or incident that Allah does not have a specific stance on. Those who follow the rulings of Islamic Sharia’a can clearly see this comprehensiveness and inclusiveness. Moreover, they find in its legal texts an explicit and unambiguous statement of this meaning. However, comprehensiveness and inclusiveness do not imply the existence of a specific legal text that addresses the ruling of every single event with its detailed and specific titles. This is a notion that none of those who adhere to the concept of comprehensiveness have ever claimed. Rather, what is meant by comprehensiveness and inclusiveness is the ability of Islamic Sharia’a, with its general and universal principles derived from its legal texts, to encompass all the details and variables in every aspect of life. This includes the silence of the legislator regarding the legislation of an obligation or prohibition in a specific matter, as the silence of the Lawgiver indicates permissibility in that matter.

The Present research Delve in to the nature of the role that the Talk shows programs of the Islamic parties satellite channels in shaping the priorities of the Iraqi viewers towards national issues. The research aims to understand the reasons for the audience\'s preference for Talk shows programs on Islamic satellite parties channels, as well as to identify the key national issues followed by the audience through these programs. In adulation, it aims to uncover the in fluential factors of the formation of priorities and attitudes towards national issues among the participants.
The researcher employed a field survey method, using a questionnaire method to achieve the research objectives. The sample size consisted of 600 participants from Baghdad province.
The Main results of the research are:
1) The viewership of Talk shows programs of viewers Al-Ahd Channel was 66.83%, while on Al-Furat Channel it was 65.17%.
2) Both channels in their programs present suggestions to enhance national issues, offer different perspectives.
3) The most influential factors in shaping audience attitudes are the nature of the issues discussed on the channels, persuasive techniques used to focus on these issues.

The Holy Qur’an constitutes the broadest field from which scholars draw their topics. Because of its miraculous importance that no other text has, the linguist, jurist, fundamentalist, and rhetorician dealt with it to understand its meanings and discover the secrets of its miraculousness. The goal of the research was to find out some of the semantic relationships for the interpretation of (Marage AlTafakir fe Dacakc Al Tadaber of Contemplation and the Minutes of Contemplation), by Sheikh Abd al-Rahman al-Maidani (d. 1425 AH), who It falls within the standard of textual plotting in textual linguistics, as it relied on many semantic relationships in interpreting and clarifying the Book of God Almighty. The research plan required that it be divided into an introduction and three sections, which dealt with the introduction, the definition of semantic relationships, the life of the interpreter and its scientific effects, and the definition of interpretation.
The first section dealt with the relationship of gradualism, while the second section dealt with the relationship of causality. The third section dealt with the relationship of generality and detail, in accordance with what the Qur’anic discourse requires, highlighting the most important results reached by the researcher, and presenting a list of the sources and references on which he relied.

The aim of the current research is to reveal the role of modeling in visual learners’ awareness of the basics of perspective in the subject of art education. Therefore, the research population consisted of middle school students (third year of middle school), whose number reached (650) students. The researcher chose (20) students as a sample for his research using this method. Randomization, adopting the one-group experimental approach, and after applying the experiment and collecting data through the research tool (visual perception test), the researcher concluded that modeling has a role in learners’ visual perception after this was proven statistically by the appearance of a significant difference between the pre-test and the post-test for one group, and this is what made the researcher recommend Using modeling to develop learners’ visual awareness of the basics of perspective .

This study aims at at findingt the effectiveness of the numbered heads strategy in improving the motivation of fifth- grade primary school pupils in the English language.
To achieve the aims of the study, null hypotheses have been put on after being subjected to experiment. The study is restricted fifth- grade primary school of female pupils in the city of Dhi-Qar during the academic year 2023-2024.
The sample of the study consists of (58) subjects, (29) pupils represent the experimental group, and (29) pupils represent the control group. The experimental group has been taught by using numbered heads strategy, and the control group has been taught by using "English for Iraq Text book " . The process of equivalence of the two groups has been carried out in the light of the following variables: pupils’ ages, , parents educational attainment, the degree of the pretest tests. The researcher taught the experimental group as well as the control group.
There is no a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the development of the experimental group taught by the numbered heads strategy .
According to the findings of this study, the students of the experimental groups who are taught by using the numbered heads strategy have significantly improved in motivation. This has been based on a comparative statistical treatment of the students s subject's scores on both groups of the pretest and the posttest. The study recommended a number of recommendations and a number of suggestions.

The specificity stored lies in the characteristics of the educational approach that the Holy Qur’an addresses and The methods of education that he mentions, in that this book is the word of God Almighty, protected from error and revealed to the heart of the Final Prophet (PBUH) to be a book of guidance for all humanity, and for this reason the educational teachings taken from the Holy Qur’an are the clear path and the enlightening lamp for all investigators in this field.
Hence this research came under the title ((Characteristics of the educational approach in the Qur’an and the mechanisms for achieving it through an analytical and interpretive study)) to include, after clarifying its linguistic and terminological keys, an explanation of the characteristics of this approach through the study of Qur’anic verses, and among these characteristics are: The attribute of the divine source and destiny, universality, comprehensiveness, stability, immutability and change, and equality and balance that characterize this divine approach to building man and society.
As for the methods to achieve this approach, they are according to extrapolation of the noble verses; The method of role models, preaching and guidance, the story, similarities and analogues of educational ideals, the exploitation of accidents, the creation of habits and values in the psyche of the educated, reward and punishment, and the systematic investment of everything that is suitable for beneficial education. All of this is achieved through various methods, such as the method of leniency and gentleness, the method of enticement and intimidation, and other methods that achieve the goals of the educational curriculum in the Holy Qur’an.

The goal is to emphasize their impact on intellectual, educational, and moral levels and to derive advice and lessons from them. These stories encompass the narratives of the Prophets (peace be upon them) as well as other stories presented in the Qur'an. By understanding and reflecting upon these stories, we can derive contemporary lessons that align with the educational, guiding, and reformative objectives of the message of Muhammad. The Qur'anic story possesses unique qualities and information that enable us to benefit from it in our present lives.

The purpose of this research is to understand how the PLAN strategy affects the general thinking of middle school students. This researcher proposed the following hypotheses to accomplish the research objectives: There are no statistically significant differences between the average scores of the students in the test group that studied biology using planning strategies (PLAN) and the control group that studied biology using planning strategies (PLAN) using the same methods used in standard thinking tests. The Directorate of Public Education in Baghdad and the First Directorate of Education in Al-Karkh conducted the exam and chose Sayed Al-Shuhada School randomly. Sector (B) was randomly divided into two parts. A strategic learning group (PLAN) of 40 students was trained in the first part. The experimental group (Group A) consisted of 40 students and was studied using the traditional (joint) method. It was intended for biology students. Students who learned the same material using PLAN outperformed those who used traditional methods.
