This study aimed to identify the levels of management training in academicleaders in Jordanian universities in the north of the region and their point of view,and that by answering the following questions:

The current research aims to whether the kindergarten's role in the development of moral valuesin children from the viewpoint of teachers and parents of children, and see if the moral valueswhichthe curriculum of kindergarten included is enough to achieve the right moral behavior for childrenfrom the viewpoint of the teacher, and whether that moral valueslearned by the child from thekindergarten curriculum is enough to achieve right moral behavior from the viewpoint of parents,and see if there were statistically significant differences in moral valueslearned by children inkindergarten depending on variable age (kindergarten, and preliminary), and to identify paragraphsthat received the highest weight percentage and free degree of the items of moral values of thequestionnaire of children teachers and their parents. The current research questionnaire, as a tool to collect the required information which has beenprepared by the researcher, the research sample has reached (80) children, (44) females and (36) ofmales from kindergarten in Karkh and Rusafa in the city of Baghdad and in the age of kindergartenand preliminary, (80) teachers, and (80) from parents, distributed to kindergartens in the researchsample of children. Researcher used Pearson correlation, equation and average hypothesis and the standard deviationand the arithmetic mean and weight percentile and the weighted average and T- testing for onesample and two independent samples for the purpose of verification of the objectives of theresearch.The researchfound the following results :- -The kindergarten has a role in the development of moral valuesfrom the point of view of teachersand parents.- The ethical valuescontained in kindergarten curriculum are approximately enough to achieve rightmoral behavior for children from the point of view of the teacher. -The moral valuesthat children learn through kindergarten curriculum are approximately enough toachieve moral behavior for children from the point of view of the parents of the children.- There are statistically significant difference to learn moral valuesfrom the point of view ofteachers to the preliminary stage.The researcher also put some of the recommendations and proposals.

Pop corn forms appetizer wide use by different age groups in many occasions,especially the children of school age, so we went towards the study of its chemicalcomposition ;determination the amount of calories processed; and its content of some essential amino acids and essential vitamins. Therefore we selected six samples of popcornfromfive different areas belonging toSalah al-din province which are displayed in thelocal markets and prepared at the traditional way by the vendors by a preparation machinesof popcorn.The results showed that the humidity content range was 12.0-13.8%, protein7.6- 10.1%, while each of fat and ash giving percentages ranged from 3.8- 4.2% and 3.1-4.2%, respectively, carbohydrates were ranged from 69.4-72.2%.A study of the contentof some of the essential amino acids, which included methionin , cystin, lysine , arginineand tryptophan, showed that there range were 0.13-0.18 , 0.14-0.18 , 0.22-0.26 , 0.06-0.10and 0.38-0.41 g / 100 g nitrogen, respectively.The calculated amount of caloriesprocessed by eating 100 grams of popcorn ranged between 349.0-358.2 Kcal. Thedetermination of some essential minerals showed that there content were 25.3– 30.6 mg ofcalcium, 0.56-0.76 mg of iron, 23.6- 31.3 mg of manganese, 225.6-248.6 gm ofphosphorus , 230.3-245.6 gm of potassium, and 0.43-0.9 mg of zinc / 100 grams of popcorn. The assessment of some of the essential vitamins, including thiamine, riboflavin,niacin, pyridoxine, and folic acid showed that the content were 0.195-0.250 mg, 0.60-0.80mg , 0.6-1.75 mg , 0.55-0.7 mg , 20.5- 23 mg / 100 g of popcorn respectively.

Using this teaching strategy, teachers and students take turns leading discussionsregarding sections of text usingthe four strategies: predicting, questioning, clarifying andsummarizing. This study is an attempt toinvestigatethe effect of using reciprocal teaching onimprovingfemalecollege students' achievement in reading comprehension.To fulfill the aim of thestudy, the researcherhasadoptedtwo nullhypotheses:first,there is no significant differencebetween the achievementof students' who practicethe reciprocal teaching technique and that ofstudents who do not practiceit.Second, there is no statistically significant difference between theexperimental group students' achievement in the pre and posttests of reading comprehension.Toachieve the aim of the study,a four-week experiment was conducted usingpretest-posttest non-equivalent groups design.Two groupsof thirty students eachwere selected from the population offirst year students/college of education for women-department of English.One group was selectedas the experimental group (namely section C D) and other group was selected as the control group(namely section E F).Both students of the experimental and control groups were exposed to pre andposttests.Using the t-test for two independent samples, it is found thatthere isa statisticallysignificant difference in favour of the experimental group. This indicates thatreciprocal teachingtechniqueis more effective than the presentation practice production teaching or the LectureMethod teaching. He believes thattragedy may depict ordinary people in domestic surroundings instead of talkingabout a character from a high rank, a king or a queen. Miller’s main concern lies indramatizing the whole man as he is part of a family and as he is part of a society. Inthis paper,The Crucibleis going to be considered in detail as one of the majortragedies of Arthur Miller. Miller’sThe Crucible is based on the events surrounding the 1692 witch trialsof Salem, Massachusetts. Miller used that event as an allegory for McCarthyismand the Red Scare, which was a period of time in which Americans were in fear ofcommunism and the government blacklisted accused communists. The play wasfirst performed on Broadway on January 22, 1953. The reviews of the firstproduction were hostile, but a year later a new production succeeded and the playbecame a classic. The play in the present time is often studied in high schools anduniversities because of its status as a revolutionary work oftheatre and as adocument to political events of the 1950s. This play is regarded as one of the bestplays of the modern age, due to its deep and captivating plot.2 Miller’sThe Crucible is essentially a critique of McCarthyism and thecommunist scare of the 1950s. Miller saw the parallels between the witch hunts andthe McCarthy trials, and found the witch trials to be a compelling vehicle fordiscussing modern events.
